Special Containment Procedures: The forest clearing and immediate area that surrounds SCP-XXXX has been converted into Site-XX. The airspace above Site-XX and its 8 adjacent storage bunkers, designated Bunkers XX-A through XX-H, has been deemed a public "no fly" zone in order to minimize complications involving the transfer of matierials and Foundation personnel to and from Site-XX, as well as maintaining the cover story that Site-XX is nothing more than a U.S. Army military base.
Any aircraft entering this zone that is not a Foundation cargobob or other Foundation aircraft is given 10 seconds to present the Site-XX security passphrase. When the 10 seconds is up and no passphrase is presented, or if the given passphrase is wrong, the intruding aircraft will be immediately shot down by a focused EMP blast from on site anti-air emplacements, and MTF Zulu-40 "Blitzkrieg" will be dispatched to recover the aircraft and any survivors, who will be brought back to site HQ for immediate interrogation. If the intruders are not Foundation personnel or allies, they will be terminated after all relevant information is gathered from them. The aforemention passphrase is changed once every 24 hours.
A 7m tall electric chain fence completely surrounds Site-XX with no way in or out. The fence is to be constantly charged with no less than 0.2A of electricity by on site generators. The maintenance of these generators is of the upmost importance, and condition assessments are to be done twice daily. In the highly unlikely scenario that any of these generators malfunctions or breaks down, all on site security is to report immediately to their stations, with 2 marksmen providing overwatch from one of the 8 ramparts built on the perimeter of the fence, with an additional 15 agents taking ground positions on every side of Site-XX. Agents are not to leave their posts until a "situation normal" has been issued by site command.
Transportation of acquired matierials and Foundation personnel going in and out of Site-XX is to be done only by Foundation cargobobs.
