Section - 1 Introduction
The Scientific Division is one of the most important departments within the Special Containment Procedures Foundation. The Scientific Division's main priority is to do numerous tests on each and every SCP that is not restricted. These tests are used to increase the further knowledge about the SCP (Weaknesses etc.), and is spreaded to combatives of the foundation. This knowledge can help combatives think of ways to recontain the SCP.
Section - 2 Basic ScD Rules
The Scientific Division has strict rules that every ScD Staff needs to know. Failure to follow these rules may result in demotion, suspension, or in extreme cases, exile and being blacklist from the Scientific Division.
1. ScD Personnel must respect everyone, FP, CD, MD, SD, and others.
2. ScD Personnel can’t enter [REDACTED] areas.
3. ScD Personnel needs to answer EC's questions. (Example: Reason of testing?)
4. EC can spectate ScD tests. (Same as MD check-ups.)
5. EC can shutdown a test if they have a reason. (For example: Invalid testing Reason.)
6. ScD Personnel needs at least one combative before starting a test.
7. ScD Personnel has to contribute at least 45 minutes of activity per week.
Section - 3 Test Guide
Request Class-D/Class-D's by using the format: Requesting [NUMBER] CD's, [NUMBER] Combatives.
If request is fulfilled by the combatives, say on radio: Request Fulfilled. After doing that, continue to the Briefing Room and tell the combatives to brief.
After combatives brief, go to the SCP wich you wanted to test on.
Explain to the CD's what they need to do.
After ending a test ask combative to escort CD to CDC.
Log your test in #tests
Section - 4 Ranks
Scientist member - A person, who just got accepted into ScD.
Beginner Scientist - Has some experience with ScD.
Scientist - Has been in ScD for quite some time. Usually doesn't make mistakes.
Doctor Scientist - Has big knowledge about ScD.
Specialist Scientist - An ScD veteran. Expect the best from him.
Senior Scientist - Has big experience in ScD. Never makes mistakes.
Major Scientist -One of the most valuable scientists.
Scientist Assistant Director - ScD Assistant Director. Gets Level-4 access and has full control of ScD, when Overseer and Director are gone for some time.
Scientist Director - ScD Director. Gets Level-5 access and has full control over ScD when the Overseer is gone. Right Hand of the Overseer.
Scientist Overseer - Overseer of ScD. Has full control of ScD.
Section - 4.5 Testing clearances.
SCPs have 3 main classes:
- Safe,
- Euclid,
- Keter.
Testing clearances:
Scientist Member - No tests.
Beginner Scientist - Only Safe SCPs tests.
Scientist - Doctor Scientist - Safe and Euclid SCPs (In Sector-I-II)
Specialist Scientist - Safe, Euclid (In Sector-I-III)
Senior Scientist - Major Scientist - Safe, Euclid, Keter.
Section - 5 Promotion
Scientist Member - Must assist tests in order to rank up.
Beginner Scientist - Must assist and/or host tests with supervision in order to rank up.
Scientist - Doctor Scientist - Must host many tests with supervision to rank up.
Specialist Scientist - Must host tests and log them in order to rank up. No supervision is necessary.
Senior Scientist - Must host tests and log the results to rank up.
Major Scientist - Host and supervise tests to rank up.
Every higher rank, (Assistant Director, and Director) are Handpicked by Overseer.
Overseer - Chosen by 05-X+
Section - 5.5 Chain of Command.
Chain of Command is one of the root things in the Scientific Division. If there are ScD HR's on, by Chain of Command it's easier to let you know who is more important.

Section - 6 ScD Equipment.
The ScD Personnel always has at least 2 items.
- Level card (Your own card, which you have on every team. Clearances change according to your level.)
- Radio (Communication with other personnel.)
