Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4346 is to be kept in any room that has no ability to create wind while still being viewed by CCTV cameras. A warning sign is to be put on the door of the room.
Description: SCP-4346 is a small, wooden, classic styled Music-Box. At Random, SCP-4346 will begin to wind itself around to play the popular Childs song "Old McDonald Had A Farm".SCP-4346 will wind slowly at first and then build up speed until the song being played is unrecognisable and then abruptly stopping, shortly after a natural disaster will occur in a random location on earth. the time it takes for the occurrence to finish has ranged 1-5 weeks, times between each occurrence are not consistent and have ranged from 8 months to 1.5 years. any D-class or Foundation Personal attempting wind SCP-4346 without proper authorisation are to be terminated on sight. So far, any attempts to stop or destroy SCP-4346 have either: failed with light casualties or failed with heavy casualties see Addendum 4346-01.
SCP-4346 Was originally discovered by {REDACTED} in an abandoned orphanage.
Addendum 4346-01: Upon any attempts to delay or pause SCP-4346s winding process has only caused us problems to the point where some units sent to attempt to stop the Process have either refused to do anything about it or shot themselves before even trying, any questionings to why they refused is answered with a sentence along the lines of: "it will only kill us".
Addendum 4346-02: Any attempts to take a photo of SCP-4346 have failed and will instead show a picture of one of its victims smiling at the camera, these photos burn themselves after 25-32 seconds. studies to why and how this happens are currently in progress
