Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4358 is to be held in a 5x5 meter room surrounded by titanium plates. The room is to be guarded by 5 guards at all times. The room will buzz when the object is in a docile mode. Any change in behavior is to be reported immediately to 05 Command.
Description: SCP-4358 is a 4x3x4 Feet steel box coated in a thick, viscous material, similar to that of oil. The logo of is printed onto the material. SCP-4358 is similar in design to that of a fog machines. SCP-4358 is in a inactive state until a blizzard (SCP-4358-1) starts up in the red area (See Addendum 1-A). SCP-4358 will then start depositing heavy amounts of Hydrogen Monoxide and taking in Oxygen, killing anything within a 5 Feet radius. Anything that holds a pulse and is covered in the snow (liquid or solid) will be affected by Stage 2. Stage 2 involves the liquidation of all victims (referred to as SCP-4358-2) simultaneously. SCP-4358-2’s organs, tissue, and blood will be mixed into the machine, seemingly missing from the body immediately, stopping SCP-4358 from transitioning Oxygen into Hydrogen Monoxide, and deactivates. SCP-3827-1 will no longer be deadly and will start to snow blood, organs, skin, hair, and other things like bones in a solid state that is on the verge of solid and liquid not unlike snow.
Addendum 4358-A: SCP-3827 was found in ████████, Alaska. Agent ████████ was sent with Alpha-38 to retrieve item. Distress call was sent after many missing person reports. Dr. ████, Dr. █████, and Dr. ████ were all killed in the retrieval, along with 16 others.
Addendum 4358-B: Agent ████████ managed to stay warm and cover his body from the blizzard, saving him. Agent ████████ (after) was put into therapy.
Addendum 4358-1: D-2038, D-1928, And D-9182 were sent into containment. D-2038 was told to get close. D-2038 died by Hydrogen Monoxide poisoning.
Addendum 4358-2: D-1928 was exposed to snow. D-1928 dies. D-9182 eats blood snow. D-9182 survives. D-9182 survived until end of month termination.
