SCP Tested: 409, Safe. Quadrant-IV.
Number of Class - Ds Used: One.
Class - D Names: apture (who will be referred to as D-001)
Number of Spectators: One.
Description: Test request was made in advance to avoid long wait times for when an 017 test conducted by Dr. Camo completed, to avoid testing competition with other researchers. One SD and one D-Class was requested. Briefing went normally, and testing party (Me, security, D-Class, and spectator) proceeded to Quadrant-IV. On the way though, we got lost 4 times due to the maze like structure of the site, and that was in Quadrant-II alone.
Fortunately, we were able to gain our bearings in Quadrant-III and only went in the wrong direction once. No misdirections happened in Quadrant-IV due to my familiarity of the surroundings.
The spectator was instructed to wait in one corner of the room while D-001 was briefed on instructions in the other corner. D-001 was told to approach SCP-409 and make contact with it. After some brief questions, D-001 approached and had their sleeve touch SCP-409.
The shirt immediately began to crystallize and froze onto D-001's torso, causing immense pain and trauma as the thing froze into D-001's skin and began freezing his blood and internal organs slowly yet excruciatingly. D-001 eventually passed out, incapacitated by the freezing of their internal organs and blood.
This eventually proved fatal as D-001 was pronounced dead and the test concluded, with the test party returning to Quadrant-II.
Addendum: Before making contact with SCP-409, D-001 remarked feeling "fine" in 409's chamber, despite the extremely cold temperatures and also stated that they held a small desire to approach and touch SCP-409. This may mean that SCP-409 has a weak, but present memetic influence to get those under it's spell to touch it. Further testing is required to confirm or deny this, however.

SCP Tested: 053, Safe. Quadrant-IV.
Number of Class - Ds Used: One
Class - D Names: apture (who will be referred to as D-001)
Number of Spectators: One. (IonSinclair)
Description: Briefing occured as usual, though I was slightly delayed in my arrival to the briefing room. However, I fortunately arrived before the briefing began. Obtaining the D-Class for the test was slightly tumultuous, as I wanted to get one that wasn't tested yet. However, the D-Class that I wished to test left the game before the blast doors even closed. So, apture was retrieved (again) and briefed.
After this, events were atypical. After two misdirections, Quadrant-III was successfully located and cut through with minimal misdirection, and Stairwell-C, and by extension, Quadrant-IV, were found soon after entry into Quadrant-III. D-001 was then promptly taken to SCP-053.
D-001 was put against the wall closest to the door leading into 053's containment chamber and given instructions for the test. He was told to kill SCP-053 by any means possible, and was then put inside the chamber to do so. D-001 moved to do this, but there was a catch.
- D-001 tried to hide it, but showed signs of fear such as sweating, rapid eye movement, and shaking.
- Even though D-001 was shouting threats towards SCP-053, D-001 could not muster up the ability to actively harm SCP-053, despite being so close to it.
- The security guard offered to give his M9 to D-001, but stopped right before doing so, apparently out of a moment of hesitation. I considered it a possibility that the security guard didn't want D-001 to go rogue, but it turns out he was under the spell of SCP-053.
After all neutralization attempts failed, D-001 was taken out of SCP-053's chambers and returned to his quarters. Test was concluded shortly afterwards.
Addendum: SCP-053 appears to possess extremely strong memetic influence on Class-D, essentially protecting itself from danger. Crosstesting on more dangerous SCPs like 173 is suggested to see how 053 tries to defend itself.

SCP Tested: 081, Safe. Quadrant-III.
Number of Class - Ds Used: One.
Class - D Names: Zodgras (who will be referred to as D-001).
Number of Spectators: None.
Description: D-001 was obtained from the CDC and briefed in BR-1. An MTF inquired about what SCP I would be testing over the radio. I answered in person with 081. After briefing, me, the SD guarding, and D-001 (which I will refer to as the testing party) proceeded to SCP-081.
There were no misdirections in any quadrants, however D-001 kept violating the rules of the briefing and almost got himself terminated. After a stern talking to, we reached 081.
Once inside 081, D-001 was briefed to stay at the door, and when entering 081, D-001 carried this out, and was promptly instructed to slowly approach SCP-081, stud by stud. The purpose of this was meant to determine which distance was necessary to cause the effects of SCP-081. These were the results.
- At around 8 studs, initial symptoms are experienced.
- At around 6 studs, symptoms escalate into more extreme feelings, such as torso pains, runny nose, and extreme sweating.
- At around 3 studs, D-001 exploded.
Test was concluded. I went outside, and was confronted by two MTF about my testing of 081. I explained to them that 081 was safe, and I have the keycard to access it, so I was allowed. After the MTF verified that 081 was Safe in game and not Euclid, as it is on the wiki, I was allowed to return to Quadrant-III.
Addendum: It is unknown whether or not explosion as a result of SCP-081 is guaranteed when 8 studs has been reached. Further testing may be required to determine whether symptoms will dissipate before reaching 3 studs. Testing may also indicate whether or not explosion is imminent upon reaching 3 studs, or if the symptoms must develop first.

SCP Tested: 409, Safe. Quadrant-IV.
Number of Class - Ds Used: One
Class - D Names: Pramysz (who will be referred to as D-001).
Number of Spectators: One, Kyokaii.
Description: Before the test, initially a Class-E had been retrieved. I refused to test the Class-E and ordered the SD to put him back, but Kyokaii told the SD it was okay and that I'd have to "deal with it". So I cancelled the test and tried again later, and got a Class-D. D-001 was briefed with no issues and was escorted to SCP-409.
D-001 was briefed on instructions pertaining to what to do in SCP-409. He was told not to approach 409, and to stay safely away, which was met with compliance. D-001 was then asked about how they felt regarding SCP-409. D-001 said it was cold inside the chamber (not like Report #1) and that he did not want to touch SCP-409.
D-001 was then returned to the cells, and the test terminated. I had a brief conversation with Kyokaii after that, but that's not relevant.
Addendum: It is possible that SCP-409 may still have memetic properties but D-001 did not have the right mindset. Though, overall, I think it's more likely that 409 does not have any.

SCP Tested: 1123, Safe. Quadrant-II.
Number of Class - Ds Used: One.
Class - D Names: thecutieofemall (D-001)
Number of Spectators: None.
Description: D-001 was obtained and briefed, and then escorted to 1123 with no misdirections. It was overall unremarkable. We arrived at the chamber and D-001 was given a flashlight and told to not touch 1123 immediately upon entering, which was met with compliance.
D-001 expressed desire to touch SCP-1123 when inside the containment, and remarked that she heard whispers and voices. She touched SCP-1123 and entered the fugue state. Unfortunately, after about two minutes, D-001 began foaming at the mouth, and then died of severe brain damage. Test was declared over.
Addendum: SCP-1123 may have additional memetic properties influencing D-class to touch it. Further testing is necessary to confirm or deny this.

Question: Does SCP-714 have an after effect once usage is ended?
Hypothesis: SCP-714 does not have an after effect.
Test Information: D-Class personnel Nachobarrt was retrieved from the Class-D Cells and briefed with no incident. Nachobarrt was assigned the title D-001, which will be used to refer to him from now on in this report. D-001 was brought to the elevator, descended to Detachment-2, and escorted to SCP-714 without incident.
However, once D-001 was given instructions and approved into the chamber, this is where the problems started. D-001 successfully complied with instructions to equip SCP-714. However, D-001 placed SCP-714 within his pocket and refused to take it out, only quickly showing it and then placing it back. D-001 was warned once, and seemed to not understand. After the second warning, D-001 asked for clarification about what SCP-714 was, but still did not remove SCP-714 from his pocket. After the third warning, D-001 placed SCP-714 back on the podium and remarked feeling much happier.
Shortly afterwards, D-001 was terminated and the test was cancelled.
Conclusion: No proper consensus on my question/hypothesis was reached due to the nature of D-001, though it is possible that SCP-714 may possess secondary cognitohazardous influence, though further testing is required to confirm or deny this. I will personally look into this further.

Question: How does SCP-014 react if his music is disabled? (The article does not specify.)
Hypothesis: SCP-014 will become hostile and attack anybody near him until his music is turned back on.
Test Information: D-1262 and D-1558 were retrieved from the Class-D cells. However, three other unauthorized D-Class ran into the briefing room and attempted to escape. In self defense, I (as a Scientific researcher) stabbed the Class-Ds to death, alarming the Mobile Task Force guard, who told me not to attack any other Class-D.
Class-D were briefed with no errors, and properly escorted to Lower Detachment-2, where they were brought to SCP-014's containment chamber. I instructed D-1262 to keep watch of SCP-014, and D-02 to interview SCP-014. D-1558's interview with SCP-014 was unremarkable, and seemed to match up with previous interviews.
After around ██ minutes of interviewing, D-1262 was instructed to disable the music for SCP-014. He pressed the red button, disabling the music, which caused SCP-014 to turn visibly angry. SCP-014 demanded that the music be re-enabled, and his requests grew more and more demanding, and more angry, as SCP-014 slowly began to look more and more visually like a piece of concrete.
Eventually, SCP-014 fully manifested into concrete (confirmed by samples testing), and was declared neutralized. D-1262 and D-1558 were removed from the chamber, I grabbed some samples, and Engineering & Technical sealed off the chamber.
Conclusion: SCP-014 will materialize into concrete when heavily displeased. He does restore to normal after his music has been re-enabled, though this takes a long amount of time. I haven't been able to ascertain a specific time, but it tends to happen at later hours when nobody has been observing SCP-014 for a long time.
