Overview: SCM Stands for - Secure Contain Militaristic.
It was founded by Agents of NU-7 and Epsilon 11, its creation however was not approved by the 05 council, it is against all enemies of the foundation, it mission statement is to "Eliminate evil and contain it.", It does not have an official emblem however the most used is a black background with an 8 pointed star.
The Coalition claims its enemies are all opposing forces to the Foundation, Including the Chaos Insurgency and the Serpent's hand, The Foundation has attempted to disband the Coalition, claiming it is "not needed", however the Agents in the Coalition keep launching attacks on forces against the foundation, and tries to recruit new members, however the Foundation has blocked all attempts of doing so.
The Foundation denies its connection with the Coalition, and strangely assists the Chaos Insurgency and Serpent's hand with assaults against the SCM.
Despite the enemy assaults, the SCM has continued to attempt to protect the foundation,
during a mission, 3 SCM Agents were captured by the Foundation, while they tried to attack a classified Chaos Insurgent outpost, The Foundation once tried attacking the Coalition, but were met with machine gun fire and were forced to retreat, the location of the Coalition has been classified by the 05 Council,
all being said about it was "The SCM's Location is in North America, that's all.", later upon discussion an Alpha 1 Agent confronted the Site Administrator of Site-19, and asked "Is there anything else to know about the SCM?", the Site Administrator claimed "I do not know, the 05 only knows."
