Description:
Whitewater Militia Base 60-07 (Or WMB-6) is a militia base built by the U.S. government in ◼◼◼◼ to store the 010 Plague, a highly infectious zombie-like plague, and ◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◼◼◼, the first of the infected. In ◼◼◼◼, a man by Felix ◼◼◼◼◼ hired 3 assassins — Juliana ◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼, Halle ◼◼◼◼, and Oden ◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼◼ — to retrieve the 010 from the militia base. In the bunker, Juliana was taken into custody by personnel and Oden was taken and locked in a room with ◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◼◼◼◼. Halle returned to Felix to recieve payment, but was rejected due to him grabbing an empty vial.
◼◼◼◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◼◼, the president at the time, found out about this secret mission thanks to Juiliana, who had a chip planted in her brain to mind-control her. (This soon lead to the invention of the Mind Sweeper gun.) This chip force Juliana to hunt down and execute Felix and Halle. This proved unsuccessful since, as it turns out, Felix was shot and killed over the payment and Halle ended his life in prison.
At this point, ◼◼◼◼◼◼ wanted the virus destroyed, but was assassinated soon after thanks to Oden's great shot and amazing stealth and lockpicking skills. Oden has plastic surgery, divorced his wife, ditched his kids, and officially changed him name to Cyriacus Kai, he started a new life. Using his new-found identity, Cyriacus ran for and cheated until he was announced president. With Cyriacus' new information on the 010 Plague, he dispatched an experiment on the residents of ◼◼◼◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◼, an entire civilization built underground.
◼◼◼◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◼'◼ assigned experiment was the 010 Experimentation Program, a militaristic experiment which involved a modified strain of the 010 Plague onto the residents. The experiment was done on the initiative of WMB-6 personnel. Cyriacus proceeded to order all entrances to ◼◼◼◼◼◼ ◼◼◼◼ to be locked. Permanently. The test subjects all were locked in their homes and exposed to the 010 as government officials observed the changes the test subjects would go through. After their infection, the subjects underwent both physical and mental changes over a period of three days. Their form became genderless, extremely boney, and extra limbs grew from their bodies. However, a great number of them died, either due to the loss of major brain functions which caused them to be unstable to sustain their basic bodily needs, or due to the personnel being forced to kill the subjects as they ehibited severe bouts of rage and anxiety. After the recordings of all these "zombies," the experiment was shut down.
