The British Government has Authorised the monitoring of the 10-mile buffer zone for infected fauna escaping the containment zone via 2 drone flyovers every hour. Any life detected within this 10-mile buffer zone is to be met with a singular strike from a 50llb M47 White Phosphorus Bomb followed up by another flyover to confirm termination of SCP-XXXX infected fauna.
Currently, the only known vectors for infection is contact with infected bodily fluids and contaminated water supply.
At this time, no field operations have been conducted within the containment zone due to the levels of infected fauna within the area and incubation period of SCP-XXXX. As of now, levels of infected fauna have not decreased within the containment zone which indicates (DATA EXPUNGED).

Description:
Initial symptoms of SCP-XXXX infection is the leaking of dark brown fluid oozing from orifices and aching muscles/joints. Within 5 hours of exposure, individuals begin to form new tissues over their body which also ooze the brown fluid. Within 15 hours of infection, infected individuals graft themselves to the ground via more tissues growing from their body in an effort to (DATA EXPUNGED). Within 24 hours, total infection as occurred and the tissue anchoring infected individuals to the ground atrophies to release a husk of the former individual which seeks out uninfected individuals.
The tissue growth after infection has been seen to be related to the individual’s size before infection with a 200lb individual gaining up to 100lbs of additional tissue. After total infection around 50% of this tissue is lost to allow locomotion.
