SCP-7500.png

The best quality image we currently have of SCP-7500.

Special Containment Procedures: Due to the sheer size of SCP-7500, along with its distance from Earth, SCP-7500 cannot be contained.

Description: SCP-7500 is a pitch black anchor-like structure about 1,000 light years away from Earth. The bottom section of it appears to have a red eye-like structure, although it's still unconfirmed if it really is SCP-7500's only visible eye.

Incredible seismic activity has been recorded in the direction of SCP-7500, comparable to that of two black holes colliding. A variety of electromagnetic waves have also been picked up, including those of the planets in the solar system and SCP-6995.

Anyone who touches SCP-7500 in a physical photograph has their consciousness taken to another place, created out of monotone materials and where every resident is pitch black. This place (referred to as SCP-7500-2), has been proven to be what's inside of SCP-7500 thanks to exploration of SCP-7500-2. Once an hour passes, the user is transported back to their regular body.
