Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a replica of her residence ( as to not frighten SCP-XXXX) with her mother, hereby mentioned as SCP-XXXX-1, which then they will be transported securely to the location. Until that point, the house is to be left alone and monitored daily by Level 3 personnel. Any examinations must be done using robots and SCP-XXXX-1 must be in attendance.
Description SCP-XXXX is an anomalous humanoid assuming the form of a girl that is 4 years of age who goes by the name Emma, and according to SCP-XXXX-1, she has had these anomalous properties since she turned 4, according to documents from the nearby hospital she was born █████ 23, 19██ from SCP-XXXX-1, both of the entities have lived alone together in this house since SCP-XXXX was born, although the father has been identified, it is currently unknown if the father has the same anomalous properties as SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1. It should be noted, as shown in interview XXXX-1, any mention of her father puts her in a rage and she attacks the person mentioning her father (See Incident XXXX-1 for details)
SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 were discovered after word of random power outages around their residence spread around their town of ██████, Michigan and a personnel of the foundation got word of them. SCP-XXXX is a solely dependent on SCP-XXXX-1. From surveillance videos captured it can be inferred that SCP-XXXX has claustrophobia and extreme anxiety and only feels better when consoled by SCP-XXXX-1. Anyone else who attempts to touch SCP-XXXX other than SCP-XXXX-1 has been known to either:
- Suffer severe head trauma
- Instantly die (Autopsies done on the subject find that the brain has melted)
- Combust, spreading blood and entrails everywhere (An Electromagnetic Pulse seems to emit from the subject upon combustion)
The only person found to be able to touch her thus far has been SCP-XXXX-1, and depending on the amount of interaction had (i.e hugging, hand holding) , an electromagnetic wave emits around them, disabling electronics to a distance of 5 meters to almost 1 kilometer. The vibration seems to not effect the structural integrity of the surrounding buildings and structures.
