Scp 4021 is a drawing of a man in a gas mask in black and white with shading. It has been drawing into a standard UK school sketchbook.
Every 3 hours the drawing jumps out of the page and anyone in a 20m radius is poised from a unknown gas, the longest kill time has been estimated at 10 nanoseconds. This scp is a pencil with a black rubber grip on it, this is a pencil witch was made in Germany and has been found out to be the pencil to have drawn scp-4021. This is a anomaly due to the fact that is one the thing that drew a keter scp and if we put in enough research we could find out how it could draw other anomalous objects.
