Special Containment Procedures:

SCP XXXX is contained approximately 50ft (15m) from Aquatic Site 4-I. Due to the size of SCP XXXX relocation has been deemed impractical and thus Aquatic Site 4-I was constructed to house it. All civilian and nation sponsored research into the sea floor near Aquatic Site 4-I must be either co-opted by Foundation personnel in order to protect the security of Aquatic Site 4-I or be shut down entirely. If all else fails amnestics are to be applied to any expressing interest in the 4-I area of the sea floor. SCP XXXX itself requires no additional securing to keep it contained. Floodlights must be pointed at SCP XXXX during research expeditions to it, to aid with visibility.

Researcher’s wanting to initiate new investigations into SCP XXXX must first get approval from Aquatic Site 4-I’s current overseer. Expedition teams going into or around SCP XXXX must have at least 2 foundation certified divers with them. These 2 individuals are responsible for ensuring the safety of all other members during any expedition. Any undocumented damage observed on SCP XXXX is to be reported upon return to Aquatic Site 4-I. An immediate investigation is to done into the origin of the damage and whether it is recent or not. If damage is concluded to not be a part of incident XXXX-1a/1b then it is to be repaired as soon as possible. Regular inspections are to be carried out on the structural integrity of SCP XXXX every month and repairs are to be made accordingly. Failure to ensure so by on site overseer will result in demotion.

Description:

SCP XXXX, otherwise known as the SS. Deliciae, is a large 200,000 tonne interplanetary vessel of extraterrestrial origin intended for leisure trips around it’s home star system. After being ejected from it’s own star system an estimated 75,000 years ago SCP XXXX drifted through interstellar space before being caught by the influence of our sun and eventually colliding with the Earth. Evidence of this event was discovered by Professor Aldane in Adi Selam, Ethiopia. Two clay tablets were discovered (see artefact report 1) during an archaeological survey of the Ethiopian, Semien Mountains. They depicted a god-like entity falling from the heavens and splitting the sky in two before shaking the ground so violently that a mountain fell in upon itself. Upon the discovery of this tablet Foundation scientists began an investigation themselves into the area, to ensure that the tablets were not depicting real events. After the discovery of further evidence (see artefact report 2) that indicated this supposed god fell into the Indian Ocean a survey of the Indian Ocean floor began. This led to the eventual discovery of SCP XXXX in quadrant 4-I and then the construction of Aquatic Site 4-I to contain it. It is the current leading theory that the god depicted in tablets XXXX-1 – 5 mistook SCP XXXX entering the atmosphere and colliding with the Indian Ocean floor as a god falling to earth.

Onboard SCP XXXX are a vast array of technologies already familiar to established Foundation knowledge having to do with interplanetary travel. However the cultural artefacts and corpses preserved onboard SCP XXXX are entirely unique. As of the time of the writing of this report there have currently been 15 preserved corpses found as well as 45 physical unique cultural artefacts. As well as digital copies of reports and logs taken by the crew of SCP XXXX. While the cultural artefacts and corpses give an insight into the culture and biology of this unknown extraterrestrial race, the logs and reports give us an insight into how SCP XXXX came to be in our system. Thanks to the book keeping of the now deceased Captain of SCP XXXX the series of events that brought SCP XXXX to the Indian Ocean are made quite clear. These reports however are in the native language of this race. Any translation further along in this report are the best approximations researchers could arrive at.

Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-XXXX is to be kept on life support in a humanoid containment cell in Site-33. Four SRAs are to be kept active around its cell to prevent it from ceasing to exist.

Any messages found hidden in documentation of SCP-XXXX or within SCP-XXXX's surroundings are to be collected and filed. Any that appear outside SCP-XXXX's cell are to reported to Site Security.

Description:

SCP-XXXX is a comatose member of GoI-5917, the "Wandsmen".

SCP-XXXX is a 2.6 meter tall, albino humanoid with raven like features.
You clearly know a little, or you wouldn't have found me.
SCP-XXXX's hume levels are extremely low. It is theorized that if the SRAs used in containment of it were deactivated for an extended period of time it would cease to exist.

SCP-XXXX was turned over to the Foundation by GoI-5917. They apparently did not have facilities that could keep it stable and sought to preserve its life for as long as possible.
I'm not sure that was the right call.
Though no brain activity has been detected from SCP-XXXX's body, several anomalous coded messages have appeared around it, which are assumed to be attempts at communication.
They would assume right.

Addendum:

The following documents were delivered to the Foundation by the Fourth Wandswoman of Chelon (the elected 'Arbiter' of their organization, tasked with acting as a go between for organizations on Earth.)

The Arbiter claimed that her superiors had not been able to decide on a course of action when it came to how to handle SCP-XXXX long term. Therefore, the proponent of each solution was asked to write a short letter explaining their preferred course of action. Their reasoning was that the Foundation would be able to use these letters to make a more informed decision about what to do with SCP-XXXX.

Letter 1:

Dear SCP Foundation,

It is my strong reccomendation that you do everything in your power to preserve the life of the Seventh Wandswoman of the First Hytoth. None of us remember much about her, but I remember she was kind and decent. And more importantly she saved us all from the dark.

I shall do everything in my power to try and save her. All I ask is that do your best to give me time. I and the Multiverse will thank you.

Special Containment Procedures: There is currently no way to prevent SCP-XXXX from manifesting or to exactly determinate when it will manifest, all available personnel are to observe medical facilities, news regarding miraculous recoveries and descriptions of persons that mach SCP-XXXX-1 profile for possibles apparitions of SCP-XXXX.

If a apparition of SCP-XXXX is confirmed all instances of SCP-XXXX-2 must be brought to the nearest foundation Site for examination and interrogation, Class B amnestics are to be applied to the subject and any testimony that came in contact with it and released following procedures.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a unidentified female entity that presumably has a deep love for certain species around the universe and attempts to help them by curing and improving their mental and physical capacity, SCP-XXXX manifest by targeting one or more people that have incurable diseases or life treating conditions with no apparent limit of how many people SCP-XXXX can target at once, SCP-XXXX has show to only manifest in a close environment with at least one human size opening such as a window or a door, the reason for this exact restriction is still unknown, when SCP-XXXX manifest a extreme bright white light will start to shine from the openings of the room and anyone that comes in fisical contact with it will experience a strong sense of relief and immediately calm themselves down regardless of their previous mental state, people affected by this light won't show any sight of curiosity regarding it and if questioned about it they will usually say they mustn't interrupt the procedure and remain calm, SCP-XXXX time of manifestation varies with each subject but usually last from 40 minutes to 2 hours 1 to 3 hours.

After the light start shining from the room of the subject, now referred here as SCP-XXXX-2, SCP-XXXX-1 enter the room using any opening available although no change can be seen on the outside, SCP-XXXX-1 is a thin androgynous humanoid figure named "The Doctor" with approximately 1.95 meters in height and it is always seeing wearing a common doctor's uniform, SCP-XXXX-1 has no remarkable characteristics outside of it's skin tone that appears to change depending on each SCP-XXXX-2 subject and it's face which has a anomalous propriety that makes anyone that sees it feel relaxed and comfortable and in addition it makes impossible to even describe it's entire head structure outside of a few words such as "Handsome", "Beautiful", "Gorgeous" and so on, it is unknown if this is SCP-XXXX-1 natural appearance or if it only does that to make SCP-XXXX-2 comfortable.

Upon entering the room SCP-XXXX-1 will approach SCP-XXXX-2 and will usually talk with the subject trying to comfort it saying good things in a very calm and pleasant manner, after which SCP-XXXX-1 will give a unknown pill to SCP-XXXX-2 which will fall asleep immediately after consumption, after some time has passed SCP-XXXX-2 will wake up in perfect health with no visible marks of any medical procedure on its body, it is not know if the pill given by SCP-XXXX-1 cures SCP-XXXX-2 condition or if it is just something to help SCP-XXXX-1 on it's procedures, SCP-XXXX-1 will then start to casually conversate about random topics with SCP-XXXX-2 with most of the converse being about the recovery and well being of SCP-XXXX-2, after the conversation has ended SCP-XXXX-1 will congratulate it's patient and say it's very lucky to have been received it's treatment, SCP-XXXX-1 will then give the patient a lollipop of it's favorite flavor and exit the room, after the light coming from the room stops shining SCP-XXXX will demanifest.

Current there have been four thousand and sixty five (4065) confirmed apparitions of SCP-XXXX with the newest being in 17/03/202█ [REDACTED] France and oldest 22/07/1816 [REDACTED] China, it's estimated that SCP-XXXX has been manifesting itself for much longer time and more actively before since additional research have reveled artistic descriptions of SCP-XXXX-1 around the world with the oldest dating to 21 B.C. SCP-XXXX chance of manifestation appears to raise significantly in periods of war and pandemics.

SCP-XXXX was first discovered in Valentine's Day of 2019, when the Mexican goverment reported to the foundation several lifeless bodies from humans that were found close to The Tajin ruins in Veracruz, the bodies that were found are all dried up like if they died from dehydration with pale skins and bleeding eyes. There was also rare instances of dead trees found on The Tajin ruins which's leafs have all been gone and the trunk is all decayed and rotten.

The foundation decided to use MTF Rho-13-A and MTF Rho-13-B ("Deadly Boys") in order to contain the creature, when MTF Rho-13-A arrived to enter the Tajin ruins, at first they thought that the anomaly was gonna be easy to contain, but they quickly figured out that the anomaly was going to be more difficult that they thought.

The team started to attack the anomaly by shooting at it, but the anomaly not only was it able to tank the shots, but also regenerate all of it's wounds caused by the shots of the MTF. After the anomaly regenerated all of it's wounds, the anomaly became enraged and it used it's right arm to summon somekind of a energy spear, the spear had a indigo colouring with a dark purple sparks around the aura of the spear, when the anomaly created it's spear, it's enraged attacked started. In this enraged attack, the anomaly was not only able to stab through three members of MTF Rho-13-A, killing them in the process, but also has cut the arm of another member task force.

While one of the members of the MTF was able to flinch the anomaly, the only thing that he did was to make the anomaly even angrier, the anomaly somehow was able to propel itself in the air to the direction of the member that shot it's head and grabbed the member by the neck, and after it did that, something happened that the members of the task force did not expect. Both the member that was shooting the anomaly's head and the anomaly opened their mouths at the same time, when that happened, the soul of the member being grabbed by the neck started to get out of his mouth and tries to enter the anomaly's, the rest of the surviving members tries to distract and flinch the anomaly by shooting at it, but it does nothing at the creature because of it's regeneration, and because of this it ends up killing the member.

The leader of MTF Rho-13-A (Jonathan Bright) realized what he needed to do after seeing what it just happened with his's fellow fallen members, he contacted the leader of MTF Rho-13-B to get more back ups because og how dificult is going to be to contain the anomaly.

When MTF Rho-13-B arrived with 15 soldiers of the foundation at the area where MTF Rho-13 and the anomaly were battling out an hour with 16 minutes later. When anomaly noticed the team that arrived to help MTF Rho-13-A, it roared loudly enough to shake the floor that they were standing on, the floor started to crack and out of the ground a group of 6 to 8 undead beings appeared to help the anomaly, after that happened, the corpses of the people the anomaly started to awaken and now became part of it's undead group.

The anomaly ordered it's undead group to attack MTF Rho-13-A, MTF Rho-13-B and the soldiers that were sent by the foundation to contain the anomaly. The undead group of the anomaly used weapons like spears and swords (except the ones that were revived, those ones are using their fire arms that they had when they were still alive) to start attacking the team and the soldiers. The soldiers, the surviving members of MTF Rho-13-A and MTF Rho-13-B were able to defend themselves against the soldiers using their spears and swords, but some of them got injured from shots from the undead members of the MTF that were revived by the anomaly.

After the anomaly realizes that it's undead army were destroyed by the foundation's soldiers, the anomaly decides to go serious and suddenly started to lighten up it's hands with somekind of dark indigo energy and then ran into the foundation's soldiers. The anomaly started to use it's dark indigo energy to shoot fire like if it was a laser at the soldiers, destroying part's of the place that they were on, it managed to strike and kill two members of MTF Rho-13-B and injure three of the soldiers that arrived with MTF Rho-13-B.

The teams and the soldiers started to counter attack the anomaly with their rifles to fire back at the anomaly, but the anomaly threw a bunch dark indigo energy like fire balls to counter attack, but all but one of the foundation soldiers were able to dodge the attacks from the anomaly, but one of the soldiers gets hit by one of the fire balls and got critically hurt.

The team started to shoot at the anomaly when they saw their chance of damaging the anomaly, even with it's regeneration, the anomaly was keep getting hit to the point were it couldn't use it's arms to counter attack.

The anomaly knowing that it was going to be defeated by soldiers using weapons that it never fought againts, the anomaly decided to shoot a dark indigo energy ball from it's mouth to the ground to cause a blast that temporarily blinded the foundation soldiers. With that opportunity, the anomaly tries to escape the ruins so that it doesn't get contained by them.

When the anomaly ran out of the Tajin ruins, the surviving soldiers, the surviving members of MTF Rho-13-A and the surviving MTF Rho-13-B restored their eye sight and saw the anomaly escaping. While that was happening, the sun came up and something unxecpected for the anomaly happened, it suddenly stopped moving and was stuck in place.

The surviving soldiers, the surviving members of MTF Rho-13-A and the surviving MTF Rho-13-B noticed this and came to it's direction, when they arrived there, they saw that the anomaly wasn't moving and was stuck on a running position, it would appear that the anomaly was stuck in place to the point where the anomaly was not able to move it's body, it could only move it's mouth and head. Because of this bizzare event, they were able to contain the anomaly and brought it to the foundation.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a 75 by 75 centimetre sealed metal case only accessible to Level 3 personnel or higher. All personnel are not to make contact with SCP-XXXX unless they are equipped with the required resources. Description: SCP-XXXX is 44 by 24 centimetre brown, blackened, labelled Victorian bitter Beer other known as VB. SCP-XXXX appears to be empty with no past liquid behaviour. SCP-XXXX is lethal to the skin of any biological species. Interactions involving SCP-XXXX and the subject causes there skin to burn into the subjects epidermis, and there dermis will slowly decrease and fall through the dermis going by the layer's of skin. The only point you can touch SCP-XXXX is the labelled sticker, Which if attempted to scratch or peel off will lead into a seizure. If 0.5 centimetres of the scratch or peel of the sticker is removed, all peeling's or scratch's will regenerate there wounds to the original state.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX Was found at a nearby park located in Georgia by Mobile Task Force Unit Beta-7 finished a mission involving another SCP . Beta-7 witnessed SCP-XXXX traits when a 43 year old man had thrown SCP-XXXX in a bush to the left of them. The mans skin started to burn until they die in front of a Beta-7 Operative, The operative requested a retrieval team to recover SCP-XXXX. All citizens within the area were administered Class-C Amnestics.
