Addendum:
Test-1: D-class 64781 was instructed to play "another one bites the dust" by the band "queen". this resulted in the D-class personnel seemingly gaining the personality of Brian May for the short period the D-class 64781 was playing the song.
Test-2: D-class 00283 was instructed to play "crow bar" by the band "frank carter and the rattlesnakes". Upon starting the song D-class 00283 appeared to gain a similar posture and playing style as "Dino" the bands guitarist. When testing personnel asked D-class 00283 "who are you", D-class 00283 replied "yeah bro". further attempts at communication have all resulted inn the same response.
Test-3: D-class 33398 was instructed to play an original piece written by testing personnel. This resulted in D-class 33398 playing the composition with 0 faults. however the cognitive change was not observed.
Test-4: D-class 20202 was instructed to play "smells like teen spirit" by the band "nirvana". once SCP-XXXX's effects had started testing personnel attempted to remove SCP-XXXX from D-class 20202. this resulted in 2 doctors being send to the medic bay and site security having to step in.

scp-1111111 looked at the test subject for half a minute before returning to its spot on the floor, but right before we let the test subject out he threw a can at scp-1111111, the scp got up and charged at the test subject and threw him at the wall so hard that the test subject broke threw the wall, the subject had the top of his head had split open and reveled his completely cracked skull. ever since then it has been changed from a safe class to a Euclid class object, and is now being moved to heavier containment.

Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be contained within a plot of land measuring 1km by 1km located in the Mojave Desert in Nevada, designated Area-17. This plot of land contains a seven room research complex for foundation staff, a small housing complex for all living Instances of SCP-XXXX, and an entrance to small cave centered in the middle of Area-17.
To maintain secrecy, Area-17 is concealed with four class one reality destabilizers to maintain the area's secrecy. Each destabilizer is to be placed at four designated locations. Additionally, three mechanics authorized in repair and study of class one destabilizers are to be on site at all times.
At least ten guards must be paroling the inside of Area-17 at all times, and no less than five guards must patrol the parameter at all times.
To further hide Area-17, a gas station is to be maintained by foundation staff all time at the edge of the destabilizers. No less than three foundation personnel are to be manning the station at any given time, and at least one must be at the register to confirm sales to passing civilians.
Anyone authorized to leave must first be administered Class F amnestics before redeployment.
Access to Area-17 is restricted to personnel authorized by the O-5 Council. Any attempt to enter or leave Area-17 without O-5 approval will be met with immediate termination. Any unauthorized individuals that make it through the destabilizers are to be terminated without question.
Description: SCP-XXXX is the designation for three types of anomalous entities. The first, designated SCP-XXXX-A, is an anomalous language of Native American origin. This language consists of a fourteen letter alphabet and ten numerical symbols. When spoken, these words contain no anomalous effects. But, when written, the words gain the power to alter certain parts of reality to the writers will. While limited in use, this effect has proven powerful in the right hands.
The second entity is the 1km by 1km plot of land designated SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-B consists of the land and a small cave containing carvings of the language on its walls. The inside and outside of the cave has been shown to be unable to be damaged by conventional means such as blunt force from hammers, to explosions from dynamite and stray bullet fire. Notably, SCP-XXXX-A has no effect within SCP-XXXX-B.
The third type of entity, designated SCP-XXXX-C, are a small tribe of Native Americans of Navajo decent. The Tribe current consists of thrity-two members. Fifteen males, and seventeen females make up this small tribe. The youngest members are five children born in 20██. And the oldest, if they are be believed, was born in 16██. All tribe members over the age of ten bare tattooed words written in their language on their body. It has been noted that the ones bearing the most tattoos are treated with much more respect and trust than the others. The leader of the tribe, documented as SCP-XXXX-C-1 bears the most tattoos, as their body is almost completely covered in them.
SCP-XXXX-A has shown a wide range of use, though it is almost always used in tattoos to gain the effects. Tests have shown that these effects do carry over when written on paper and clothing, but not anything digital. Comprehensive knowledge of the language is require however for this to take effect.
During tests, the tattoos have been shown the ability to protect individuals from the elements, produce fire and lightning, and even allow them to understand languages they would normally not understand. When a word is spelled out on a surface, the effects of said word carry over. Clothing and paper with these words written also carry the same effects. While not as powerful as when on skin, it still proves to have impressive effects.

Every possible app installer must be monitored heavily to ensure SCP-6160 is not easily accessible. As long as this occurs SCP-6160 should only be accessible via specific search.
Description: SCP-6160 is the designation given to the mobile application "R3V3TH4N4T05 V6.16935". SCP-6160 somehow uses the individuals contact list from their mobile device and will alert the device owner whenever one of their contacts dies by emitting a high pitched screaming sound. SCP-6160 will then proceed to send the installed device high quality photographs of the deceased contact in decreasing intervals. From photographs analysed it appears to send the first 5 photographs within 10 minutes of each other. It is currently unknown when SCP-6160 stops sending photographs as some devices have had photographs of a fully decayed corpse buried underground. It is impossible to uninstall SCP-6160 and nothing can be done to stop the scream and photographs being sent.

Notes The foundation is currently unaware how this app entirely works. It is theorised that an entity is sending the photographs. The entity must be able to defy some laws of physics due to the fact that corpses buried 6 feet underground and within a coffin can be photographed. More research must be done before SCP-6160-1 can be considered a new SCP.
The foundation conducted multiple tests by heavily monitoring corpses that were currently in the process of being photographed by SCP-6160, however no activity was detected by researchers or foundation instruments possibly suggesting SCP-6160-1 is on a separate plane of existence.

Special Containment Procedures: The entrance to SCP-XXXX entrances are not to be covered under any circumstance and 2 armed guards are to be stationed outside the entrance at all times. Any personnel entering SCP-XXXX are to be apprehended and punished accordingly. Any personnel authorized to study SCP-XXXX are not to be within SCP-XXXX for longer than 10 minutes. A detachment of Zeta-9 is to be on standby in case of the need of a search and recovery team. Any civilians to enter SCP-XXXX are to be recovered and administered Class B amnestics before being released.
A routine investigation of disappearances in the area should occur every year along with an aerial search around the tunnels for entrances. Any new entrances that are found shall be immediately searched for civilians and the previous procedures should be put in place.
Description: SCP-XXXX are a system of tunnels in the Son La province of Vietnam that were constructed in 1969 and were in use until 1975. Although the exact size is unknown, the tunnel system is approximately 35 kilometers in length and expanding, with a further 10 to 14 kilometers being dug by SCP-XXXX-1 every year. This typically includes 1 to 2 new entrances into the tunnels. The exact depth of the tunnel system is unknown. The tunnel itself is 80 centimeters wide and 80 centimeters in height, although has been noted to be smaller on rare occasions. Any attempts to cover or fill the entrance of the tunnel system leads to a further two entrances being created in the week following by SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX has the anomalous factor of constantly shifting pathways and walls, tunnels have been observed shifting after breaking visual contact with them. The tunnels shift seemingly at random and all attempts to map the system have failed. It has also been observed that after 10 minutes in SCP-XXXX subjects start to feel disoriented. This includes headaches, confusion, loss of direction and eventually unconsciousness.
The presence of traps within SCP-XXXX makes returning from expeditions inside it extremely difficult in combination with the anomalous ability. These non-anomalous traps are placed seemingly at random throughout the tunnels beyond a 100 meter radius of entrances. These traps include spike pits tipped with urine and feces, tripwires that lead to venomous snakes, bees, and other creatures, cave-ins of the tunnel, flooding, hot tar, explosives, and the release of toxic gas.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a humanoid, quadruped entity that resides in and builds SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-1 is a Vietnamese male but is extremely mutated. These mutations include a loss of pigmentation in the skin and eyes to possibly acclimate to the constant darkness, long, sharp finger nails, a longer than average torso, and short legs leading it to be 1.1 meters in height. This body composition allows the entity to effectively crawl around the tunnels. SCP-XXXX-1 wears a ripped Viet Cong military uniform. The entity is able to crawl and move throughout the tunnels at high speeds and seems to be able to understand the sporadic changing of the tunnels. This can be observed when a subject makes visual contact with SCP-XXXX-1 in which it will attempt to crawl away; the tunnels sporadically change behind SCP-XXXX-1 during this time. SCP-XXXX-1 also has the ability to give migraines to anyone within a 20 meter radius, or any subject that attempts to harm it.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX was first found in 1988 after the investigation of multiple disappearances in the Son La district of Vietnam. When the entrance of the tunnel was first found, a search party of local law enforcement and Foundation agents were sent into the tunnel. After contact was lost with the party Mobile Task Force Zeta-9 (“Mole Rats”) were organized to investigate the tunnel system. After 11 casualties were reported, Zeta-9 retreated and the area around the entrance was put into Foundation custody.

Dr. Valens: Hello, my name is Dr. Valens and I will be conducting this interview today. I'm just going to ask you a few questions. First and foremost, Agent Nolan, what was your role during this mission?
Agent Woods: I was a member of the search and rescue team that was sent down to… that. We were sent in to find the others who went down and I took point. It was gonna be just another retrieval mission.
Dr. Valens: Can you describe what transpired after you entered the tunnels?
Agent Woods: Yeah, a bunch of us entered… about 14 of us. We started descending through the shaft before we got to a small tunnel… it seemed easy to get through so we started climbing inside and I took point. Eventually all of us were able to crawl in there and before we proceeded with the mission we looked behind us and the entrance was… gone. We asked command what our next action was going to be and they told us to just keep going… and so we did.
Dr. Valens: What did you observe as you pushed forward?
Agent Woods: The tunnels were rapidly shifting… every time I looked away the tunnel would change! It was insane how rapid it was, I knew we were going to be stuck in there for a while. Though after about 15 minutes my head started to hurt and I couldn’t even keep a sense of where I was… the rest of the guys started complaining about migraines and some of them didn’t know why they were there in the first place.
Dr. Valens: According to the audio log, after 120 meters into the tunnel Agent Berkov was trapped. Can you elaborate?
Agent Woods: Uhhh yeah… we reached a split in the tunnel and we decided to split up into two groups. I led Group A and pushed forward while Agent Berkov split and led Group B. It was only a couple of seconds after crawling through my section of the tunnel when I heard a scream coming from him… I couldn’t see what happened but I saw the aftermath. Berkov was stuck in a spike trap and he couldn’t get out. I could see the spikes ripping through his skin like it was paper. The guys tried as hard as they could but they couldn’t get him out, and eventually he was starting to become unresponsive and it looked hopeless. We couldn’t do anything… it was a shame.
Dr. Valens: Did you continue on with the retrieval mission?
Agent Woods: Of course we did, no matter what we had to find those people; they were in there for a good cause. But this time the captain led the team through the tunnels. And eventually there was another split that required us to separate so we split into another two groups… A few minutes later I heard an explosion. We couldn’t even find his team… or what was left of them. The tunnels shifted too often to navigate. All we found were the skeletal remains of civilians what seemed to be U.S. and Australian troops from the Vietnam War. After that we knew we had to get out of there.
Dr. Valens: After this incident you were ordered to retreat but encountered SCP-XXXX-1; what transcribed during this encounter?
Agent Woods: That thing was terrifying… nightmare fuel. It was completely grey and disfigured… I’ve seen worse but in the lighting I was struck with fear. The monster tried to run away but we reacted violently and started shooting. I was able to hit a few shots with my pistol but all it did was scream and continue running. After that I almost collapsed from the pain in my head… I felt as though I was constantly fading in and out of consciousness… I don’t remember much from that point on. We just knew we needed to get out and quick.
Dr. Valens: How did you escape the tunnels?
Agent Woods: I don’t even know, we just started crawling back the way we came… it… it was completely different but we somehow made it out. I just remember constantly crawling and looking back only to see my comrades… my friends… stuck in traps or being swarmed by bugs. The next thing I remember is seeing a light as guards rushed towards me and the couple of others that made it out… the amount of people we lost in there was terrible… they were my friends! [Interviewed puts his hands on his head before sighing and continuing] Was the rescue team able to get any of the boys back?
Dr. Valens: The search and rescue team that responded after the retrieval team was unable to escape from the tunnel. We have not been able to recover either teams.
Agent Woods: They’re… they’re all gone?
Dr. Valens: Sadly, yes. [Silence fills the room for 5 seconds] I believe we have concluded the examination of events Agent Woods. Thank you for your time.

Addendum: During a test of SCP-XXXX, D-1132, a subject who was imprisoned for the murder of an elderly couple during a failed robbery, was commanded to enter SCP-XXXX and explore as much as possible. D-1132 was equipped with a 50 watt flashlight, rations to sustain D-1132 for 72 hours, a GPS device, a 35 watt headlamp, 8 batteries, a multipurpose knife, a radio, multiple OTC headache tablets, and an audio transmitter. 05:19 It's been a long time… I think… Time seems to go by much slower down here. I have absolutely no clue how long it's been but definitely not more than two days. Which seems like just enough time because I finally have something that is worth writing down other than dark, cramp tunnels. I went down a tunnel I saw. It seemed a bit larger than the others and after crawling through I saw a big room. It has to be about 20 meters long and it's kind of like… a bedroom. There's what seems like a really old bed, holy shit it seems really old. There's also a desk, chair, lamp, and a few other things…
05:21 Everything in this room reeks and seems like it can be destroyed with just a touch. I'm trying to find things throughout the room… like… what is this? It's a photograph; multiple of them too. The first one looks like a military unit of some kind, they're all Vietnamese and wearing army stuff. And one of the guys, one who looks like the leader of the unit, is the same person from another one of the pictures. It's him and what seems to be what I would guess to be his father. About 60 or 70s years old I'd say. And there is writing on the picture; [translated] revenge for him. That's creepy as all hell.

21:33 While crawling I was able to find a very large room, or a shaft. It's about 30 meters long, 20 meters wide and 70 meters tall. A bit of light comes through the roof although I have no clue from where. It has a pool in the middle and a waterfall coming from the top of the room that flows into the pool. The water seems relatively safe to drink but I was advised not to. I drank it anyways and it was just normal water. Oh boy what a surprise there!
21:40 The weirdest part about this room is that there are a couple of skeletons littered throughout it, all with the same outfit. I've been taking a look through them and they all have similar stuff, Camouflaged gear, armed with a pistol and flashlight, and an Australian flag stitched onto their helmets. They seemed to be apart of some military squad. Some of them have pictures of wives, some of kids, and some with siblings and parents. It's all pretty creepy… but the photos remind me of my family. It's so far the only thing keeping me sane. My batteries are probably going to run out soon and it seems as though I'm going insane in this constant darkness. The headaches are also starting to get to me… ever since I looked at that thing I've been having to use more tablets and they aren't enough for the headaches anymore. Although I'm probably lucky I'm only experiencing headaches… I've heard much worse has happened to the other poor souls that came down here… woah what is that?

Addendum: D-1132 was unresponsive after the final log was transmitted. During further testing with D-1176, D-1132's corpse was found in a tunnel, approximately 200 meters from the entrance. Any attempts to locate the rooms D-1132 wrote about have been unsuccessful. Identification of SCP-XXXX-1 is ongoing, and researchers studying SCP-XXXX have increased testing to understand how the number of disappearances and deaths that occurred within the tunnel evaded the Foundation's knowledge.
Addendum: After the revelation of the pile of bodies observed in SCP-XXXX, there has been an increase in researchers declaring for a more efficient containment of the entity. So to prevent further fatalities and to halt the increasing size of the system, Dr. Valens issued an expedition to contain SCP-XXXX-1.

[HelmCAM footage looks to left to see operator Zeta-4 looking up with his flashlight. HelmCAM pans up to view SCP-XXXX-1]
Zeta-1: We have made visual contact with target proceeding with containment.
[Operators proceed with containment procedures. Subject starts screaming in fear and attempts to escape. Zeta-3 tackles subject and sedatives are injected. Subject appears unaffected and rips Zeta-3 off. Subject is then shot with horse tranquillizer. Subject slows but otherwise still remains unaffected]
Zeta-1: Helms and Bale tackle it!
[Operators Zeta-2 and Zeta-5 proceed with attempts to restrain the subject. Subject continues to scream, before stabbing Zeta-5 with fingernails and breaking Zeta-2's arm; Zeta-5 is heavily wounded and unresponsive while Zeta-2 retreats towards other operators.
[HelmCAM footage shows Zeta-1 giving the signal to shoot. Zeta-3 shoots subject in leg and torso with pistol]
[HelmCAM footage shows the subject scream as operatives immediately clutch their head. HelmCAM footage shows all operatives fall to the ground in pain. Operatives become unresponsive after 1 minute. Footage shows SCP-XXXX-1 grab Zeta-3's unconscious body and escape through the tunnel system. Tunnel begins shifting behind SCP-XXXX-1 until visual contact with SCP-XXXX-1 through HelmCAM is lost. Zeta-3's HelmCAM is unresponsive.]

[At 21:13, 5 hours following Containment Expedition, Zeta-3's HELMCam resumes with interferance. After 1 minute, full video is resumed without interference.]
[Zeta-3 is being dragged into room full of other bodies of various origin and garb. There is a shrine at the center of the back wall with various ornaments and candles. A skeleton is observed to be sitting upright in the middle of the shrine. This skeleton has the clothes of an average civilian and has not reached final stage of decomposition. The skeleton's right arm, hand, and fingers were twitching.]
[SCP-XXXX-1 proceeds to light a bonfire parallel to the shrine. SCP-XXXX-1 drags multiple bodies towards the fire and throws them into the fire. The ashes originating from the fire are all pulled towards the direction of Zeta-3. At this point, Zeta-3 is confirmed to be conscious, although is lethargic. Zeta-3 struggles to grab a hand grenade; but eventually was able to insert his index finger into the pin.]
[SCP-XXXX-1 notices Zeta-3, proceeding to grab Zeta-3 without resistance and drag Zeta-3 towards the fire. The HelmCAM pans and shows a much larger part of the room seeming to be 30 meters in length, lit by candles and lanterns. The view revealed the object Zeta-3 was pinned against, a green disk with 3 layers of engravings wrapping around the edge of the disk. The disk appeared to be absorbing the ashes originating from the fire. Approximately the quarter of the engravings are an ash like black while the remaining engravings are dark green. Zeta-3 pulled the pin of the grenade and was thrown into the large fire. 6 seconds later the grenade proceeded to explode and contact with the HELMCam was lost.]

Addendum: Any attempts to locate this room have failed. Examinations of the disk through the video have revealed the engravings are similar to SCP-093's engravings; with one engraving being a match. Although due to video quality majority of engravings are illegible. Regarding the skeleton discovered on the shrine, the skeleton is theorized to be a male in his sixties to seventies. The twitching observed in his right arm, hand, and fingers is not caused by outside forces.
