Scp 9068-2 and Scp 9068-3, Scp 9068-1, being much more agrresive has red eyes, Scp 9068-2 Being alot more Calm has blue eyes and Scp 9068-3 being slightly agresive has yellow eyes, there is another one out there, known as Scp 9068-4, it has green eyes, its currently stuck in the ground, its weapons deactivated, its half buddie and looks at us, asking questiong, these things are sentient and when asked why they destroy, Scp 9068-1's reply's were, "Its My Directive", "I Like it" and "Its What I Was Made For", Scp 9068-2's replies were, "To Stop Red", "To Protect" and "Keep people Safe", the Foundation has Agreed to use Scp 9068-2, refered to as Blue by the others, as a sort of Gaurd for Scp 9068-1, reffered to as red by the Others, Scp 9068-3's Refuses to Comply, relpying with, "Im Not Shure", "Redacted" and "Does not Compute", and Scp 9068-4's replies were all distorted, "Boe", "Yldl" and "Reuwel", These are either the Names of all the others jumbled and mixed, or they are the names of their creatores, or its even both, bu tis not solved yet!

Description: A Masive 3 Metre tall robot, Its Head being Half a Metre tall, and 4 metres wide, and 2.5 metres Long, its body starts with 6 masive Cylandrical Feet, with small pistons on the bottom of each, these pistons push otu their real feet, small circles with a 10 centimetre radius,
the cylanders of the feed have a 30 metre radius and the legs have a 30 metre radius, those being short apendages that reach from the body, which is a Masive cylander, being 70 centimetres in radius, the entire thing being coated in a Extremely durable black rubber, with tons of tiny metal triangles coating it, making it imposible to see the rubbe runless the triangles are ripped off, and even then the triangles are extremely hard to rip off, it has a big machine gun turret at each corner of the bottom side of the head, with 2 massive artilery cannons on the top of its head, and two missle launcher son the front of its face, on tis face, it has 8 little red eyes, which they use to spot and kill anything thats alive, aside from its own kind

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a standard containment chamber at all times. Any personnel who need to enter SCP-XXXX's containment chamber obligate level 2 authorization.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an oil painting, approximately 32 meters in diameter. The drawings on the item resemble a fisherman boat on water. There is also a cabin next to a dock. The painting is live, and any individual who interacts with it will perceive the textures of which they are touching. Upon testing, any new drawings on the painting will disappear after 24 hours after drawing it.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX was first discovered in a pawn store owned by ████ ███████. It was kept in storage room █-A. Personnel examined the object and brought it to Site-██ for containment.

Special Containment Procedures: In the event of SCP-XXXX breaching containment, MTF-Omicron-5 (“TRUE Fans”) are to enter SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber and immediately instigate high levels of user interaction via intentionally inflammatory or controversial comments on trending topics related to video games on the social media website Twitter. This is to continue indefinitely until SCP-XXXX has been re-contained, upon which MTF-Omicron-5 is to secure SCP-XXXX with nonlethal cognitohazards (see Addendum XXXX-2) and then to stand down and delete their posts. At least one member of MTF-Omicron-5 is to be on standby at all times once one week has transpired since the last SCP-XXXX containment breach.

SCP-XXXX is contained in a 5m x 4m x 5m humanoid containment chamber with an adjacent 2m x 4m x 2m closet, and the containment chamber's lights are to be turned off when SCP-XXXX is alone in its chamber. Infrared cameras are to be placed in the chamber to monitor SCP-XXXX in the dark. At least one level 2 personnel must be present at all times to monitor SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber. SCP-XXXX may be supplied with entertainment on the condition that it has not breached containment for at least 30 consecutive days. Entertainment provided should be video games unless another form of entertainment has been requested, such as books or television. Any devices supplied to SCP-XXXX should not have access to the internet.

Due to inappropriate conduct by by SCP-XXXX, female Foundation personnel are not advised to interact with SCP-XXXX, however in the event of good behavior, a female D-Class may be allowed to enter SCP-XXXX's and hold its hand for the duration of standard humanoid wellness and health checks. Additionally, personnel are not allowed to vocalize strong opinions about video games when in the vicinity of SCP-XXXX in order to avoid provoking it.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a human male between the ages of 18 and 30 years old. It has pale white skin, unkempt greasy brown hair reaching 40 centimeters in length, an unshaven and untrimmed beard covering most of its face below the upper lip and some of its neck, and an unfit but not overweight body with SCP-XXXX’s height measuring 1.7 meters tall. SCP-XXXX has no musculature and has normal human proportions. SCP-XXXX prefers to wear a plain white t-shirt and tan cargo shorts, but will also wear “whatever”. SCP-XXXX does not shower or change its clothes unless forced to, and will persist in an unhygienic state indefinitely. This has been improved substantially by supplying SCP-XXXX with Irish Spring brand deodorant and body wash, as well as the placement of posters in SCP-XXXX's chamber depicting young women pointing and laughing at SCP-XXXX if it has not bathed in three days.

SCP-XXXX displays heightened levels of apathy and lack of inclination for self-preservation. The only exceptions to this are when consuming entertainment or when SCP-XXXX’s agitation state is triggered. SCP-XXXX’s preferred form of entertainment is video games, particularly role-playing games and fighting games, however due to SCP-XXXX being forbidden from accessing the internet and most Foundation personnel’s unwillingness to interact with SCP-XXXX, it has few opportunities to play fighting games in a manner that it deems satisfactory based on body language. SCP-XXXX is nonverbal, and communicates via gestures and facial expressions.

SCP-XXXX’s agitation state is triggered when a user on social media website Twitter.com posts their opinion on a video game favorable to SCP-XXXX. If the post in question generates a large amount of interaction, such as a sufficient amount of comments or quote tweets, and the interaction gains more likes than the original post - a phenomenon more commonly known as “ratioing” - SCP-XXXX will become agitated and dematerialize from its chamber.

SCP-XXXX will then reappear in the vicinity of the individual who made the original post, typically in their home. SCP-XXXX’s appearances are accompanied by signs of entry that weren’t there prior to its appearance, such as unlocked doors or open windows. This is speculated to be for psychological effect on the target, as SCP-XXXX materializes within the home of the individual without needing to enter the area in such a way. The target will then experience the feeling that they are being watched, as they are: SCP-XXXX appears behind objects such as closed doors cracked open to grant line of sight to the target.

The target will respond accordingly, often calling out to ask who is there. In the event this happens, SCP-XXXX anomalously causes an object in the same room as the target to move and create a loud noise, often to the maximum possible effect to scare or intimidate the targeted individual. If the individual ignores SCP-XXXX, it will begin to affect other objects in the home until a sufficient reaction is received. Actions SCP-XXXX have taken include slamming doors, placing full glasses of water close to the edges of tables and countertops, breathing down the target’s neck while their back is turned, and opening the individual’s freezer door. These actions will continue until the individual leaves the premises or deletes the post that triggered SCP-XXXX’s agitation state. However, it has been demonstrated that SCP-XXXX enters a dormant “satisfied” state after inciting posts are deleted by their authors. This satisfied state lasts at least one week and has shown to be variable based on SCP-XXXX’s temperament, and during such a state no further inciting incidents occur regardless of how many posts that would incite SCP-XXXX are made.

SCP-XXXX will also dematerialize and reappear within another home if another, unrelated post gains more interaction or “ratios”. MTF-Omicron-5 has successfully re-contained SCP-XXXX this way ██ times.

Addendum XXXX-1: 26/02/2021: First reported instance of SCP-XXXX manifesting. Foundation personnel were notified of possible paranormal activity within the residence of Twitter user @N████████. SCP-XXXX dematerializes after the home is evacuated due to standard Foundation procedure. The targeted individual is questioned, and the individual mentions the inciting post due to its correlation with SCP’s activities. Target is administered amnestics.

Foundation webcrawler SIGMA-25-GENO deployed to monitor for posts containing the phrase “Scrimblo Bimblo”.

Addendum XXXX-2: 06/03/2021: Third reported instance of SCP-XXXX. Foundation personnel on alert from the previous incident deploy a Provisional Task Force to secure the area due to the identical nature of the incident. Provisional Task Force prevents the targeted individual from leaving the area and secures SCP-XXXX by deploying nonlethal cognitohazards in the form of figurines created by SCP-████ (see Addendum XXXX-4). Amnestics are administered to the target.

SIGMA-25-GENO updated to monitor for posts containing the phrase “anime swordfighter”. MTF-Omicron-5 assigned to SCP-XXXX containment.

Addendum XXXX-3: 15/06/2021: Following repeated containment breaches, SIGMA-25-GENO updated to monitor posts relating to Super Smash Bros. containing the phrase “command inputs”. Twitter user @ScrubQuotesX is to be monitored by MTF-Omicron-5 for potential targets of SCP-XXXX.

Targeted individual is filming from their computer chair. The room is dark with only the light from the computer monitor illuminating the immediate area. The room is quiet, save for the creak of the individual's chair, their heavy breathing, and the ambient noise of the computer and refrigerator running. The camera pans the darkened room in an unsteady manner as the individual's hand shakes.

19:04 [UNINTELLIGBLE] not playing with you dude… HELLO?

Running water is faintly heard, and the camera swings to point in the direction of the bathroom. The target of SCP-XXXX slowly gets up from their chair and momentarily aims the camera down as they turn on the phone's flashlight function. The individual walks over to the kitchen counter and grabs a knife before they continue to the bathroom. The door is cracked open and the running water sound is louder.

19:07: If there's a serial killer behind this door, better make it count. Better make it hurt. Better kill me in one shot.

Targeted individual throws the bathroom door open and turns on the light. They quickly check all corners of the bathroom with the camera. SCP-XXXX is no where in sight. The running water noise is determined to be the toilet, as the toilet tank lid has been moved and placed on the closed seat, and the flapper has been adjusted to cause the water in the tank to continuously run.

19:08: What the fuck…?

A loud clatter is heard behind the individual. The camera spins around and focuses on the kitchen cabinet doors, some of which are ajar.

19:10: Please don't eat my ass, spirits…!

Targeted individual walks over to the cabinet doors and closes them. The camera suddenly looks down, focusing on an empty plastic and cardboard box. Individual immediately bends down and picks it up, placing the phone on the counter before doing so. SCP-XXXX can momentarily be seen looking at the individual as the camera pans over the bathroom entrance. The target does no notice it. Individual picks their phone back up before walking over to the shelf where the box was previously displayed, alongside other similar boxes containing figurines.

Entrance to SCP-XXXX, prior to the current containment protocols

Special Containment Procedures: The entrance to SCP-XXXX has been sealed indefinitely. Civilians who approach or attempt to enter SCP-XXXX are to be detained and amnesticized. Should an individual somehow enter SCP-XXXX, personnel or otherwise, they are to be considered lost.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a narrow cave system located approximately 12km from the town of Faun, Nebraska, with two primary anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX's first anomalous property involves the durability of its structures. Geological formations within SCP-XXXX are more durable than non-anomalous rock and highly difficult if not impossible to damage. This includes through the usage of brute force, complex mining equipment, and high grade explosives.

SCP-XXXX's secondary anomalous property occurs when any form of biological life enters a section of SCP-XXXX. Immediately upon entry, affected individuals will rendered unable to die. This effect continues perpetually for as long as an individual remains inside of SCP-XXXX, and includes invulnerability from disease, aging, physical harm, and other similar ailments.

Addendum: Prior to the discovery of its anomalous properties, SCP-XXXX was a popular location for cavers and similar hobbyists to explore. The area was particularly famous for its tight corridors and deep, narrow passageways which caused many to regard it as a 'fun' challenge for experienced cavers to attempt.

On 11/13/2011, 32 year old amateur spelunker Maurice Phillips descended into SCP-XXXX with the goal of navigating a previously uncharted section of the cave known as "Clark's ditch". After a wrong turn, Phillips instead became lodged in a dead-end tunnel, and began to cry out for help upon the realization that he was trapped. Rescue teams arrived 10 minutes later, and first attempted to free Phillips by removing him from the tunnel via a pulley device attached to his legs, although this proved ineffective.

Rescuers then tried to collapse sections of the tunnel in an attempt to widen Phillips area of entrapment, whereupon SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties were first noticed. These efforts continued for roughly a week before being deemed too dangerous to continue. The cave was soon closed to public access, with the area in which the incident occurred being sealed shut and made into a makeshift grave for Phillips, who was presumed to have expired as a result of dehydration.

Containment of SCP-XXXX was established 6 years later on 12/19/2017.

Orange=Protective, when it detects a Non Safe SCP has Breached it will Breach out of its Containment, even when we try to stop it, it always just breaks out, it usualy attack the SCP that has Escaped, when either its to injured to fight or the SCP is re contained, it usualy marches back to its containment room, but when its attacking it also accidentaly injures SCP Personel!
Purple=Hungry/Thirsty, yes, This SCP Eats, but its Eats Scrap Junk, Proken guns and armour, and even pieces of its self that broke off, eating metalactualy heals its self too, which makes it a very confusing, how does it heal its self? Drinking Water Allows for its Skin to Heal aswell!
Dark Red=Agresive, in this state it must be contained at once, knowing it wasn't an accidental attack, it will try to kill the attacker with blinding flashes, body slams, tail smacks and Claw Slashes, thus its Euclid
Yellow=Curious, when somthing new or interesting is placed infront of it, it will usualy become curious and attemtpt to figure out what it is!
This SCP has even been shown to be Able to Reproduce, When its Given Lots of Extra Metal, it will usualy Build a smaller Version of its self, this smaller verion is known as SCP 9067-2, it spends its time, eating metal, playing with SCP 9067-1 or Foundation Personel, and even Growing up, once it reaches its adult size, its name is changed to SCP 9067-1-2 and the original is called SCP 9067-1-1, its posible to get a total of 5 SCP 9067-1's but once a 6th is made, they don't create anymore of them selves!and any extra metal is left there for regular food! only 1 SCP 9067-2 will exist at once, as they refuse to make a second one

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX instances are to be kept in a 50 x 25 x 45 cm aquarium filled with fresh water, which is to be maintained between a temperature of 24 to 27°C.

At least Three adult Triops australiensis specimens are to enter SCP-XXXXs Containment Area daily via the trapdoor on the top of its Containment Chamber, please note that this will change depending on how many instances are currently in the Containment Chamber.²

Any personnel entering the Observation Room of SCP-XXXX are to be equipped with anti-memetic viewing equipment such as SCRAMBLE Goggles and briefed on SCP-XXXXs effects. Upon finding any pictures of SCP-XXX instances an investigation is to begin about its origin and it is to be subsequently destroyed.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an aquatic creature with qualities of both fish and bird life, and exhibits a carnivorous diet. It has only been discovered in North America.

Direct viewing or viewing of pictures will induce migraines, Nausea, and exposure lasting more than 5 hours will cause the ceasing of all life functions. Though illustrations have shown to not induce this effect. Some instances of SCP-XXXX have shown to reach lengths of roughly 6 meters and the average weight of an instance is 25 kg.

Discovery: The First Recorded SCP-XXXX instance was found by a marine biologist in Lake Michigan-Huron, after coming to the Foundations attention the marine biologist was administered Class-A amenstics and all research destroyed, the SCP-XXXX instances found were put into Foundation Custody for further testing.

Results: D-Class reported having a headache after looking at the SCP-XXXX instance but didn't report any change after coming into direct contact with the instance and then later vomited when being returned to his cell.

Analysis: SCP-XXXX instances induce Migraines and Nausea on visual exposure.

Test B - 30/07/2009

Subject: A single SCP-XXXX instance

Procedure: D-Class forced to view an SCP-XXXX instance for 12 hours

Results:

9 AM: Test Start
10 AM: Reported Headache
11 AM: D-Class Starts vomiting
12 AM: D-Class Begins crying
1 PM: D-Class Expires and the test is aborted.

Analysis: Prolonged exposure to instances causes severe symptoms followed by death

Phase 1: 30 Seconds in. Your Vision Becomes Dark and Small White Eyes Apear in the Corners of the room, This Causes Alot of Stress for Most D Class, Especialy one with Paranoia!
Phase 2: 2 Minuites in. Your Head Beggins to Hurt, Like a Painful Headache, your Hearing also Becomes Muffled, and you Start to feel Tired
Phase 3: 10 Minuites in. Shadow Figures Start to Apear, these figures Each Have Several eyes, Causing More Stress, at This Point your Head Starts to Hurt so Much that it Might get Numb
Phase 4: 30 Minuites in. Most People Pass out at This Point, But Those who Do are Subjected to More Phycological Torture, as they feel tons of Things Crawling all over them, and Their Feet beggin to Hurt aswell as Their hands Begging to hurt aswell, Their Chest is Blasted with Laods of Pain aswell
Phase 5: 1 Hour in. 90% of D Class who Make it to This Point Usualy Pass out or Die of a Heart Attack, Any D Class Who are still alive or Awake are Subject to Absolute Torture, Their Entire Body is Rushed with Severe Pain, aswell as them begging to Get Paralized, at This Point there is Nothing THey can Do

Their Mandibles are only 10 Centimetres Long, with Small, Backward Facing hooks!

Containment is Difficult, Like SCP 173, with its Containment Chamber needing to be Cleaned, SCP 1867's Containment Chamber Must Be Cleared of Big Webs, Else it Will Create Eggs which Create 1-2 Versions of SCP 1867, These Instances of SCP 1867 are much Smaller and more Transperent and have a more Purple-ish Tint of Color, These are Known as SCP 1867-2, with the regular Being Known as SCP 1867-1, SCP 1867-2's are Anoying, They Tend to Scurry Around Everywhere, including Crawling all Over Staff who enter, luckly they don't do anything other than searching for food, since they can't hunt, But once thye Grow up and Become Adults, Then Thats When they Become a Threat, When Reaching Adult hood, they become less transperent and become a bit more red, but still retaining their Purple-ish tint, Normaly Swarming and Killing Any and All Staff who Enter, These Instances must me Killed Right Away, but there is a Big Problem, if Egg Sacks or Younger Spider Are Attacked, SCP 1867 her Self with Directly attack with an aray of Attacks, Uncluding Painful Flesh Shreding Attacks, Leg Stabs and Slashes, and an Acid Spray From the Abdomen, If the SCP 1867-2's are not Killed, those too will re produce, Creating 1-2 SCP 1867-3's, These Ones are the Exact Same as SCP 1867-2's but purple with a blue-ish Tint, and then it goes to SCP 1867-4's, which create SCP 1867-1's!, if left unchecked you can a whole colony of these horrifying things, and here is the biggest problem… they are bullet proof, all of them, Meaning you must Use Explosives, But this Risks Destroying the Site, Thus, we must Take the Risk and Kill them before they reach adult hood! and If the Colony is Left Uncheck for too long, they can break out, and this will cause chaos, Bullet Proof Spiders Going Everywhere, these things are Not the Be Messed with, Their Attacks can Rip Right Through Armour, and even break our Guns! They Must be Contained in a Room with Steel Walls and a Small Cave, Without the Cave, they get Very Stressed and will Break out as soon as the door opens, and even then, if they can't get out, they will kill any staff who enter without a second to think, but with the cave, they also make egg sacks, so its a give and take.

SCP 1867 is a Big Red Spider, 2 Metres Longs and 75 Cenemetres Wide, Its Leg Span is 3.75 Metres, Each Leg Being 1.5 Metres Long, wiht the exeption of its front legs, which extend 3 Metres each, Causing a Leg Span of 6.75 Metres, these Legs have Tiny Sharp Hooks at the End, The Leg Joitns are Yellow, with a Darker Red Third Segment at the End of each Leg, with Eyes Described as Soul Piercing by the D Class, Its Eyes are Yellow with Tiny Red Pupils Each, It Mandibles are Serated amd Barbed, the Mandibles them Selves are 25 Centimetres Long Each, its entire body never goes above Half a Metre High

SCP 1867 has a close relitave, SCP 1866, They Seem to not Attack Eachother and Even Co Exist, even defending eachothers young! Another Thing is That They seem to Comunicate with eachother and even act like they are the same species as eachother!

SCP-XXXX, Giardiasis Duodenalis Timor

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Foundation staff should monitor the communications of various medical organizations for outbreaks of Giardiasis or mass hysteria. Upon discovery of a Giardiasis or mass hysteria outbreak, foundation personnel will be deployed to quarantine the affected area and observe for a SCP-XXXX outbreak. If the area is determined to be affected by SCP-XXXX, the residents in the quarantined area should be evacuated to the nearest foundation site for further observation. Additionally, samples of food and water are to be collected for further research on SCP-XXXX. Lastly, any sources of water suspected as a vector for transmission should be destroyed, along with the village and any food sources that may be contaminated.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous subspecies of the parasite known as Giardia Duodenalis. Transmission occurs when a potential host comes into contact with a contaminated food or water source. SCP-XXXX feeds on the host's fear synapses by actively triggering the fear synapses of the hosts brain. Once a host is infected by SCP-XXXX, the host goes through several stages¹ before the parasite fully assimilates to the body of its host:

• Stage 1: The host exhibits symptoms consistent with an average case of Giardiasis².

• Stage 2: Muscle spasms and moderate to severe pain throughout the body.

• Stage 3: Mild to moderate auditory, visual, olfactory, gustatory, and tactile hallucinations.

• Stage 4: SCP-XXXX assumes control of the host's perception of reality.

All known anti-parasitic medicines are ineffective at treating the SCP-XXXX infection. Furthermore, all attempts to surgically remove SCP-XXXX have resulted in the brain death of the host.

Hosts that survive the SCP-XXXX infection regain control of their perception of reality. Furthermore, surviving hosts find that they no longer have the phobia that SCP-XXXX exploited. Surviving host also display the anomalous ability to control what used to fear them. As such, surviving host will be given the designation SCP-XXXX-01 and kept in a standard humanoid containment cell for observation.

Today is an exciting day! I found out that after many years, the missionaries who used to preach and help the village will be returning soon. I have been hard at work spreading the good word and dedicating myself to the Lord. I cannot wait to show the missionary all I have done to help keep his work alive in our village.

There has been some kind of sickness going through the village. I hope this does not stop the missionaries from coming to see us.

I went to go see the herbalist today, and unfortunately there was nothing on hand that she could give me for my stomach troubles. I'm going to have to try and visit with the other villages today to see if they can help me out when my stomach gives me a break.

My body is aching all over and I cannot stop shaking. I can hear the screams of many people in the village, and it terrifies me. Some of the screams I hear are of those in pain, others sound like screams of pure terror. Maybe our village has been afflicted with some kind of demonic plague. I will spend my time in prayer, at least in the moments when my body does not feel like it's being ripped apart. If our medicines won't work, maybe the mercy of the Lord will fix our afflictions.

My head is killing me, our herbalist usually has something for the pain. If the herbs we usually use can't fix what is wrong, maybe she will have something to dull the pain.

I feel like I'm being punished and this feels like what the missionaries mentioned hell was like. I've been devout. Why am I suffering like this? I'm so scared. I'm going to try and pray for comfort.

I woke up screaming. This can't be possible. I thought I fell asleep in my bed. Maybe I have died, but why am I here? There's a darkness that seems almost unnatural yet, I can see clearly around me. I think I'm in some sort of cavern, but it's so hot. I'm going to explore and see where I am.

I'm so exhausted. I've run as far as my feet can take me. I still hear that infernal laughter and I'm too afraid to see what kind of beast could laugh like that. I'm going to do my best to hide and sleep. Between the oppressive heat and the smell of rotten egg and burning flesh, it is hard to get some rest. What have I done to deserve this hellish fate?

How long have I been in this place? This has to be Hell. I lived a devout life, how did this happen?

I finally saw one of those beasts today. I wish I had not. The beast was about 4 meters tall, had 5 massive horns on its hyena-like head, the body of a zebra, and massive arms. It reeked of rotten meat and would not stop with its infernal haunting laughter. Once again, I ran in terror not stopping until the laughter was a distant echo in these damned caves.

I saw a bright red glow that managed to cut through the darkness. I decided to follow it just to get out of this cursed darkness. I wish I had not been so curious. One of those giant beasts was throwing people into a pit of fire. I could here the wailing and moans of despair mingle with the constant laughter of those beasts. I'm going to try and hide again. I'm going to try and pray, maybe something will hear me.

A creature had spotted me and chased me down the caverns. I did not have time to look back and see it but I could hear the demonic giggles as it chased me. After some time, the creature managed to catch me, I could feel its cold claws dig into my back and the warmth of my blood coming from the wound. I do not know what was scarier, getting caught and clawed into, or that the demon had left after it had me at its mercy. They're playing with me, tormenting me. I'm so scared and alone. I think I found a place to hide, I'm going to try to rest.

I saw a light again in the cave but this time it was different. There was a warmth to it that made me feel calm. I decided against my better judgement to go and have a look.

What I saw in the cave made my heart leap with joy. It was one of the missionaries, and an angelic being by his side. The missionary said that the being with him was the archangel Uriel and that they were here to rescue me. They told me to rest for the journey ahead would be a long one. For the first time in who knows how long, I was able to have a good rest.

When I awoke, Uriel helped me to my feet. He was not very gentle and his touch burned a bit. I did not think too much of it since this was an angelic being and I am just a pathetic lost soul here in Hell. The missionary came back and said he had scouted ahead and charted a path for us to take.

As we made our way through, I could hear the rhythmic stomping of large beasts. I begged my companions to find another way, the sound of their stomping filling me with fear. Soon after, I noticed that the archangel Uriel was tapping the hilt of his sword in rhythm while the reverend muttered blasphemies in time with the rhythm. Without a word to the others, I bolted in terror down the tunnels the demonic laughter of the two resonating down the caverns.

There is no way out. I am doomed to live this way for the rest of eternity. I do not know what I did to deserve damnation but I think it's time to accept my eternal fate. I will go submit myself to the demons willingly to be cast into the lake of fire where I belong.

I went up to the stream to get water for the village this morning. It wasn't flowing as much as it used to, but there was enough to fill my containers after some time. I hope that there is no drought on it's way, I do not think that the village could handle it at this time.

The stream had almost fully stopped so I decided that I should check and see what was going on with the stream, our village needs this water.

I found what had blocked off our stream. My dear friend from the next village over, Akuji, was dead and in the stream. I found a notebook close by, maybe it will tell me what happened. For now, I will get a few of the other men to help me with Akuji's body and give him a proper burial.

There has been some kind of sickness going through the village. I will try and radio a clinic for help.

I managed to get in contact with some traveling doctors and after explaining the village's symptoms they said some people would be sent over with some medicine.

The doctor and her assistant made it to our village in the early afternoon. They are both very nice people who promised to help as much as they can. I asked them to treat everyone else first, I can wait. I will cook a big meal for our guests to thank them.

My limbs wont stop twitching and everywhere hurts. Even the doctors are not feeling well now. The medicine that we were given does not seem to be working. I can't help by recall Akuji's journal. Will that be our fate? I'll give his journal to the doctors and see what they think about it.

My son's screaming woke me up. I did my best to comfort him, but he said the pain made it hard to sleep and the laughter of hyenas are keeping him up as well. Strange though, I can't hear what he does.

There is something off about the village, an emptiness that I cannot explain. There's less people about than usual, I suppose the sickness is to blame for that. I can't shake the feeling I'm being watched though. This whole thing is deeply unsettling.

18/10/1995

My son woke me from a nap in the late-afternoon today. He was screaming about being mauled by hyenas. I could see no injuries but he was holding himself like we was wounded.

In his delirium and without warning, he punched me in the nose and took off for the wilds. I was so stunned, it took me a few moments to recover but I have to go after him!

I could not catch my son, I feel like I have failed him and my family. As soon as I get back to the village I will get help to search for my son.

When I got back to my village to get help, something was very wrong. I could not find anyone. I checked every house and anywhere people might be out. Not a soul to be found. This feels like a very surreal nightmare. All I hear is the sound of the wind, not even the sounds of animals are around. Strangely, I still can't shake the feeling of being watched.

19/10/1995

I woke up early this morning expecting to be done with that nightmare and see everyone. Sadly, this is not the case. Though the feeling of being watched has only grown stronger.

I decided to go from house to house today. I thought that I could find out why everyone has disappeared. Every so often, something would clatter to the ground around me, somehow. The sudden noise breaking the silence and giving me a heart attack. Is someone toying with me?

There has to be some reason that everyone is gone. I can't think of why everyone would leave without so much as a note or a warning. Regardless, I'm going to stay here a few days and see if someone comes back. I'm not sure what scares me more, loneliness, the feeling of being watched or the unnatural silence.

It's been a few days but I miss the sounds of my wife's voice and the laughter of our son, I hope you're both still ok. I cannot stand to be here all alone.

It took almost all day but I made it to the next village over. To my horror, there is no one here either. It's like everyone has just disappeared. I still feel like I'm being watched though. I called out a few times and all that responded was the echo of my voice. It's late and I'm tired. I'm going to take over one of the houses here, not like anyone can argue with me over it.

23/10/1995

While sitting in the middle of this village thinking of what to do, I heard the static of a radio coming to life. I almost couldn't believe my ears, thinking this was a trick of my mind or whoever is watching me. It could still be a trick but I can't help but see what's happening.

My heart leapt when I got a response on the radio, it was the doctor's assistant. It felt so good to hear another voice after being in utter silence for so long. She mentioned that everyone was in the village, and even my son was found. I mentioned all that has gone on and oddly enough she didn't know what I was talking about.

I know I should get to the village, I'm sure everyone is scared but I'm close to Akuji's so I need to go check out his village. It's only a small side trip.

It took some time but I finally made it. Passed through more empty villages on the way. Going though them was frightening and surreal. Still feeling watched and dealing with spontaneous noises.

Just as I feared, Akuji's village is a ghost town. I'm still hopeful that something good will happen but there's a strong fear in the back of my mind that it was just a trick of my mind.

What the hell happened here? I finally made it back to my village only to find it burnt to the ground. It hurt to dig through the burning embers of the smoldering wreckage but I have to find something. Even a body for closure would be nice.

Nothing at all. Whatever is going on here, I'm doomed to live in loneliness. I can't live like this.

Foreword: The following interview, is the first interview between Dr. ███████ and SCP-XXXX-01-α, the first Tanzanian host in SCP custody to fully recover from SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-01-α was medical personnel with Doctors Without Borders, prior to its infection and subsequent containment.

Dr. █: Good afternoon zero one.

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Good afternoon doc.

Dr. █: And how are we feeling this afternoon? Everything well?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: If you mean am I still in the normal world? Then yes.

Dr. █: Glad to hear it. So, you are the first subject to recover from the effects of the parasite. To the best of your recollection, I need you to tell me about your experience with the infection.

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Can you tell me where I am or who you people are?

Dr. █: I'm afraid that's classified information. Now please, tell me about the infection.

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Me and my partner were responding to a radio call from one of the villages. It sounded like a routine call to treat some form of infection, maybe dysentery or some kind of parasite.

Dr. █: And what was the village like when you got there?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: It wasn't great, most if not everyone was infected. Some had severe pains and tremors. We gave out what medicine we had in hopes that the anti-biotics and anti-parasitic would work.

Dr. █: Were the medicines administered effective at all?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: If there were any effects, I certainly didn't notice them.

Dr. █: And when do you think you contracted the parasite?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Akida, one of the villagers, cooked dinner for me and my partner. I think that's when I picked up the parasite.

Dr. █: How did you feel when you realized that you had been infected?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: I didn't think too much about it at first. Just a case of nausea and the runs. Uncomfortable, sure, but not usually life threatening. It wasn't until the first day that I had muscle pains and spasms that I got really worried.

Dr. █: And what worried you the most?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: The symptoms were unlike anything we usually treat in the area. Then Akida gave me a journal found near the body of a guy from a neighboring village upstream from where I was working. The journal gave me insight on what to expect…

Dr. █: I don't see why not.

Foreword: The following interview, is the second interview between Dr. ███████ and SCP-XXXX-01-α. The topic of the interview will cover SCP-XXXX-01-α's late stages of infection. SCP-XXXX-01-α will be allowed to bring their pet tarantula to the interview as a form of service pet.

Dr. █: Good afternoon again zero one.

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Good afternoon again doc.

Dr. █ stares uneasily at the tarantula and SCP-XXXX-01-α chuckles a bit

**SCP-XXXX-01-α:* Don't worry, Mr. Skitters doesn't bite. Quite harmless actually.

Dr. █: If you say so… Please continue where we left off yesterday.

**SCP-XXXX-01-α:* Right, so the village was going mad. Everyone was terrified of something, and it seemed like they were in their own world.

Dr. █: And how about yourself during all this?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: It started with little things here an there. Sometimes, I would see a spider out of the corner of my eye. Sometimes it felt like I walked into a spider web or a spider skittering across my arm. Other times it was hearing the constant skittering of spiders around me.

Dr. █: So you had a major phobia of spiders?

SCP-XXXX-01-α:I was bit by a brown recluse as a child. Sent me to the ER where I nearly died. Was terrified of spiders ever since.

Dr. █: When you were debriefed after recovering from the parasite, you mentioned being trapped in a spider world. Elaborate on that for me.

SCP-XXXX-01-α:There were huge spiders everywhere. Many of the homes in the village were covered in webbing. I could hear the cries of hurt and dying villagers almost constantly. And the spiders were very aggressive. All I could do was fight, hide, and hope to survive.

Dr. █: That sounds horrifying. Did you ever realize at any point that it wasn't real?

SCP-XXXX-01-α:The thought never crossed my mind. Dealing with oversized spiders and fighting for my life didn't give me time to reflect on my situation. The spiders felt so real, I'm not sure if I could ever realize it was all in my head.

Dr. █:You mentioned the size of the spiders a few times. How big were they?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: About two or three times the size of Mr. Skitters on average, if that gives you any idea. Although, there were a few that were even bigger than that.

Dr. █:Was there any moment where you thought you were safe?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: There was. One of the locals had some kind of repellent that managed to repel the spiders for a day or so. It was a few days of rest until the repellent failed and it was right back to square one. The situation became scarier and felt hopeless.

Dr. █:And how were you able to deal with the situation after that?

SCP-XXXX-01-α:I just thought that this wasn't the place where I was going to die. I refused to give in to fear and despair. Instead I became numb to it. After a few days, things just started going back to normal and I found myself here.

Dr. █:Interesting. According to the psychologist here you no longer have a phobia of spiders. Is that correct?

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Yes. It is.

Dr. █: You've also mentioned having some kind of bond with spiders.

SCP-XXXX-01-α:That is correct. Watch.

01-α gently places its pet tarantula in the middle of the table

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Go ahead Mr. Skitters, wave at the doctor.

The tarantula turns to face the Dr. █ and waives with its front two legs. Dr. █ goes pale

Dr. █:That's…uhhh…Very nice…

Dr. █ leans back, away from the tarantula

SCP-XXXX-01-α: Something wrong doc?

Dr. █: Not at all…I think we have everything we need for now. Thank you Zero One.
