Photograph taken of an SCP-7000-2 instance.

Item #: SCP-7000

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: The most recent instance of SCP-7000-2 is currently contained at Site-162, a mobilized site built exclusively to contain the SCP-7000-2 instance. Once SCP-7000-1 manifests a new SCP-7000-2 instance, Mobile Task Force Mu-13 and Field Agent units are to relocate the new instance. Upon relocation, Site-162 is to be deconstructed and rebuilt around the new instance. Upon a new instance manifesting, the previous instance will deteriorate over the course of approximately two (2) weeks. In the event that an SCP-7000-3 instance leaves SCP-7000-1, on-site Security are to immobilize the instance, construction tools prove most effective in doing so. Mobile Task Force operatives are to neutralize the instance via flame (flamethrowers work best) upon arriving on site.

Description: SCP-7000 consists of three (3) related anomalies, a safe haven dimension of sorts (SCP-7000-1), the portals that allow access to SCP-7000-1 (SCP-7000-2), and hostile statues constructed of limestone that escape through the portal (SCP-7000-3).

Not much is known about SCP-7000-1. Any attempts to view the dimension have failed. It's believed that SCP-7000-1 will act as a safe haven in the event of a world-ending scenario. In regards to the failed entry attempts, refer to the recorded list of attempts.

SCP-7000-2 instances are rifts that allow persons to travel to a separate dimension, these portals appear as cracks in reality, allowing one to view through it. Instances of SCP-7000-1 are approximately three (3) meters in diameter. Each SCP-7000-2 instance appears to have a number of rings that circle it in separate rotations. The outermost ring appears to be roughly five (5) meters in diameter. The rings that spin around SCP-7000-2 are a neon white and appear to be incredibly hot. The rings will heat up as human individuals approaches the instance, the temperature of the rings was measured at 7,400ºC (13,350ºF) with one personnel five (5) meters away from the SCP-7000-2 instance.

In the event that an object inside SCP-7000-1 escapes through the portal, the rings enclosing the SCP-7000-2 instance will align, allowing access to the portal. Shortly after this alignment, said object will emerge from the portal, in which the rings will begin rotating once again. On-site Security are to prepare protocols for an instance of SCP-7000-3 any time the rings align.

SCP-7000-3 instances are statues resembling unidentifiable soldiers constructed of limestone, measuring at slightly taller than three (3) meters in height, roughly one (1) meter taller than an average human. SCP-7000-3 instances are sentient and hostile and will begin attempting to kill all people in sight by strangulation or the fracturing of the neck. These instances appear to contain water within the limestone, and exposure to high levels of heat will result in the instance exploding or at the least being severely damaged and neutralized. As a result of this, Epsilon-9 operatives use flamethrowers or other methods of propelling fire to neutralize SCP-7000-3 instances.

SCP-7000 isn't the statues.. it isn't the portals.. it isn't the dimension. It's what BUILT the dimension. It's what controls these portals. It's what makes the statues sentient. It's the reason the dimension exists. The dimension is a safe haven, a place to escape from the real SCP-7000. The dimension is a connector of alternate realities. How the hell are we the only one that hasn't experienced it yet?

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be guarded by four armed guards. It is to be surrounded by steel. SCP-XXXX-1 is to be monitored at all times. If an a doctor asks for an SCP to be put in SCP-XXXX the risk class must be at least warning. Every day something electric must be thrown in the hole. If SCP-XXXX becomes unstable then a XK-class end of the world scenario is to be prepared for SCP-XXXX has no special containment procedures.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a standard 5 meter hole. At the bottom of the hole there is a black hole labeled SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 seems to have no effect on SCP-XXXX. After testing it is found out that the SCP-XXXX-1 does not break radio signals. SCP-XXXX-1 is contently becoming more unstable. SCP-XXXX-1 will stay stable as long as something electric is inserted every day SCP-XXXX is a standard hole. SCP-XXXX-1 is dead. Nothing is special about SCP-XXXX

Addendum XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX seems to be editing our documents. ONLY READ THE STRIKE THROUGHS SCP-XXXX does not edit text.

Addendum XXXX-1: The foundation does not know the origin of SCP-XXXX SCP-XXXX was a standard hole until the SCP-XXXX-1 appeared. Inside of SCP-XXXX-1 is a human of unknown age. It seems to glow white and just wants to make friends. The child seems to have been bullied at school. The child went to the sarciks who sacrificed him, but it went wrong and the child became a glowing humanoid. The child walked to a hole and collapsed. A black hole formed and the child was stuck.

TEST TITLE STUFF
Subject D-32892
Protocol D-32892 was thrown into SCP-XXXX and was monitored until he entered SCP-XXXX-1. D-32892 was also given a radio
Results D-32892 supposedly killed himself after seeing something in SCP-XXXX-1 D/32892 came out safely

Why do they do this. I only want friends to talk to. They never shove anything down here other then these stupid electronic devices. I want a real friend. A person who doesn't hate me for being a "freak". I was bullied in school. I hopped that joining the Sarkics would help, but no. I was just another stupid kid there. They even had the audacity to sacrifice me. At least death would be better then sitting here in the void. I mean they did send this one guy down once, but he just killed himself when he saw me saying "I would rather be dead the know this thing exists. I JUST WANT FRIENDS!

Wow! You flipped a card and got: Staffchat Recap Team Proposal (Well Here We Are Again)!!! You ca reload the page or go to the next.
DATE: 27 Jul 2021 18:42

The following is based heavily upon the original recap team proposal, found here. Thank you to YossipossiYossipossi for laying the foundations of this proposal.

As you probably remember, about a month and a half ago a proposal was made to establish a new staff initiative to publicly recap the significant goings-on in staffchat for the purposes of accountability, transparency, and communication. This is a modified version of that policy with the same purpose, but with a number of changes having been made to create the best possible policy and compromise for both sides of the issue.

1a. A new, independent staff team known as the Recap Team will be created in order to achieve increased accountability and facilitate certain aspects of communication between staff and the SCP community. This team will not be closed, and new members may be recommended to the Captain and/or Vice Captains by either staff or non-staff. Nominations will be reviewed by both team leadership and the team at large prior to a decision being made on their inclusion, whether through an internal vote or through executive decision by the captain.

1b. In order to determine the initial roster of this team, recommendations will be accepted from both staff and non-staff users. Staff may recommend non-staff that they feel would be fit for the team, and non-staff may recommend staff that they feel would be fit for the team. Upon this team being approved for creation, users who were recommended several times will be shortlisted. All current non-staff who are admitted to the team will be elevated to Junior Staff.

NOTE: The Addendum at the end of this proposal contains additional details regarding the admission of non-staff to this team and their elevation to JS.

2. The Recap Team is to watch staff discussion channels both on Discord and IRC, and make summaries of any non-trivial events which occur. They will then format these into concise but detailed reports.

Trivial information that will not be included in reports may include miscellaneous discussions not related to staff duties, members of the site, or the site itself. This may also include things such as requests for pages to be unlocked, non-disc threads for minor issues, etc. Ultimately, whether or not something is trivial will have to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. At the end of the week, the list of events is presented to the Admin-Captain Chat. They are to scan the list for things which cannot be included in the report (see below on what this entails), and remove them. However, if the team is of the majority opinion the expungement is not justified, they will have permission to reverse the expungement. It will be stated in the final report where an expungement has occurred, but not what was expunged.

Information that may be expunged may include personal or sensitive regarding individual staff members (such as IRL events, compromising data, or information able to doxx people) or information which may be harmful to a user on the wiki (such as rule violations or official complaints in #site17 for all staff to see).

4. The team will aim to publish their reports biweekly to 05command every other Sunday. If a report is not ready for release at its expected window, it will be released at the next window. Repeat.

Addendum: The following is not to be considered an integral part of this proposal and should only be voted on as a potential addition to the Recap Team's capabilities. The above proposal may pass without this amendment.

Should the addendum pass, Junior Staff members of the Recap Team will have access to view, but not speak in, staff channels which are normally restricted to OS+, and will be able to contribute to recapping these channels. OS+ channels would still be recapped by OS+ aboard the team if this addendum does not pass. However, the addendum will provide an additional level of accountability to the staffchat recaps, as OS+ channels will not be solely recapped by people who could benefit from excluding certain information that might otherwise be included.

Due to increased sensitivity concerns that the passing of this addendum may raise, its ratification will also allow for a confirmation vote (similar to a promotion thread), in which all current non-staff candidates will be voted on by staff as a body to determine which candidates are fit for limited access to sensitive channels.

As stated in the original proposal, these recaps will likely follow a similar format of operation and presentation to that of the Admin-Captain Recap (or AdReCap) system, with an example presented below:

Topic: Collections | Apr. 16th, 2021

Important Notes: Collections was absorbed into MAST following approval from CO Captains and Sub Section Heads. The primary reason for this was to provide more resources and J. Staff, as Collections was stagnating in keeping up with tales.

Also stated in the original proposal, and something that I would like to repeat here, is that this is not a cure-all for the problems with staff transparency that exist at current. However, I believe it is the first step in a longer path that will ultimately lead us to a better place when it comes to accountability, transparency, and communication.

This discussion thread is meant to act as a final check for whether the team should be enacted with this policy, and the procedures outlined within, as its guiding principles. Any suggestions, comments, or criticisms of the policy should be voiced so that they may be properly addressed prior to a vote being held for the team's creation.

This discussion is open to all staff, including Junior Staff. If non-staff users wish for their input to be heard on this thread, they may reach out via PM.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in an airtight cell with two sets of airlocks. No personal are to enter SCP-XXXX cell without permission from level 5 clearance or above. If entering SCP-XXXX's cell a hazmat suit is to be worn and then disposed of on exit. After exiting SCP-XXXX's cell they are to be tested for SCP-XXXX. If positive the induvial is to be put in a airtight class E cell. If negative they are allowed to enter SCP-XXXX's cell within a month,

Description: SCP-XXXX is an airborne virus. If an induvial is infected by SCP-XXXX any kind action they preform will cause their heart to turn to gold. All heart functions will stop.

SCP-XXXX was discovered on █/██/████ at V███ labs. V███ labs was trying to make a flesh eating virus. During testing V███ labs thought that the virus did nothing. The virus was put into the trash bin. All people tested died shortly after volunteering to test another virus. V███ labs preformed an autopsy and realized that the hearts of the induvial turned to gold. They also realized that all of these people where from the failed test.

The foundation learned of this they stepped in and took the sample of the virus. After interrogation they learned that V███ labs was contacted by the Chaos Insurgency. After more investigation it was learned that the Chaos Insurgency was trying to steal SCP-061 in order to control site-19. The virus was supposedly supposed to be a distraction to steal SCP-061.

Addendum: Several tests have been done yet none has yielded a cure. The closest cure is SCP-008, but the effects of SCP-008 still appear just at a later date.

The following email was recovered from the V███ labs database

Test XXXX-1
Subject D/9034
Protocol A sample of SCP-XXXX was injected into the blood of D/9034
Results 1 minute in D/9034 complained of his wrist feeling heavy. 15 minutes in D/9034 fell to the ground and couldn't get up. 30 minutes in D/9034 lied down and started to turn purple. 33 minutes in D/9034 had died. An autopsy showed that the blood of D/9034 had turned to gold.
Test XXXX-2
Subject D/10391
Protocol D/10391 was given a sample of SCP-XXXX and then a modified version of SCP-008.
Results D/10391 felt fine until 30 minutes in where he fell to the ground and died. More testing required

Wow! You flipped a card and got: Agent Mister Monkey's Personal File!!! You ca reload the page or go to the next.
DATE: 27 Jul 2021 17:56

Full Name: [Redacted]

Codename: "Mister Monkey" (Commonly referred to only as "Monkey")

Security Clearance: 5

Current Designation: MTF Agent

Current Assignment: MTF Delta-0 ("Black Badgers")

Pre-Foundation History: (Most information regarding Agent Monkey has been redacted per order of the 05 Council, although there is still some remaining information)

Before joining the Foundation, Agent Monkey served in the United States Air Force as a Combat Control Specialist. (Combat Control Specialists are multi-purpose elite ground soldiers that are placed into special forces units in other branches of the military) His ranks and operations throughout his time in the Air Force have been redacted, although it is known that he served for 9 years. After leaving the military, he joined the CIA as a Protective Agent.

He came into the Foundation's attention during a raid in ███████, Argentina. After a notable FBI agent went AWOL with classified information, a joint task force was formed. This task force was made up of FBI and CIA agents, Seal Team 5, and 1 Special Forces Unit. Agent Monkey was selected to be a part of this JTF. After the AWOL FBI agents' location was found, a raid on the property they were located in was commenced. It just so happened that said property was in the possession of the Chaos Insurgency, and they took the FBI agent in for unknown reasons. At ██:██ AM, the raid on the property began. All Chaos Insurgency agents on the property were terminated and the FBI agent was found dead.

The Foundation then swooped in, taking over operations related to the incident and seizing the property. All Chaos Insurgency agents were covered up as terrorists and their bodies were taken to Site-██ for evaluation. It was later found that the property had several anomalous items inside, and that one of the soldiers involved in the raid has come into contact with one of the items and had experienced it's effects. That soldier was Agent Monkey. He was taken in for questioning ██ days after the incident. After questioning him and evaluating his history, Doctor █████ ████████, the personnel questioning him, deemed Agent Monkey a potential recruit due to his past Military and CIA history. Doctor ████████ submitted a formal request to recruit Agent Monkey, which was later personally accepted by 05-2.

Agent Monkey was then briefed on his recruitment and willingly entered specialized training. After completing the █ month long training period, he was officially recruited into the foundation.

Profile: Agent Monkey is currently assigned to MTF Delta-0 ("Black Badgers") as of 7/21/20██, he is tasked with [Data Expunged]. Agent Monkey is currently located in █████████, Venezuela undergoing a long-term reconnaissance mission. Due to the lack of information, most information of Agent Monkey's skills are from other Agent's words. One agent has stated:

Agent: Felix ██████ - Former Alpha-5 Operative
Subject: Agent "Monkey"

"Well… It's been a while. I was assigned to Alpha-5 years ago, but I do remember going on at least a few missions with him.

gents who have worked with "Mister Monkey" in the past have stated that he is a reserved and quiet person, only speaking when he needs to.

Assignment: Task/Role:
MTF Alpha-5 ("Honor Guard") Field Analyst
MTF Nu-7 ("Hammer Down") Field Medic
MTF Epsilon-6 ("Village Idiots") Combat Specialist
