Special Containment Procedures: SCP – XXXX is currently held in a 5 x 5 x 5 meter room located under the ████ desert. Every wall must be out of lead, at least 0.5 meter in diameter and shielded with a thin platinum alloy on the inside. Around the room, several explosives must be attached to the wall. A nuclear bomb must be stationed above the room.
SCP – XXXX must be monitored at all times. For that purpose, two surveillance cameras must be placed in the room. In case of technical difficulties, personnel can enter the object’s chamber through one, heavily fortified door. If the door is opened for longer than ten seconds, it must be considered a breach of containment and the Gamma-Protocol must commence. All personnel entering SCP – XXXX’s room must wear a lead helmet, 5 centimeter in diameter with a thin platinum alloy on the inside of the helmet.
SCP – 6001 must not touch the metal under any circumstances. Because of that, the object is placed on a pedestal out of bulletproof, acrylic glass. A cage out of the same acrylic glass must be around SCP – XXXX, so it cannot fall off the pedestal. If SCP – XXXX has contact with the Metal, it must be considered a breach of containment and the Gamma-Protocol must commence.
In case the Gamma-Protocol Phase two is carried out, KF – Site 01 needs a similar containment cell. If Gamma-Protocol Phase three is carried out, KF – Site – 03 requires having such containment cells.
All experimentation is prohibited by 05 – order. All personnel wanting to give SCP – XXXX more names, must be given a psychic evaluation, to check, if they are under SCP – XXXX’s influence. All personnel at KF – Site 01 must be instructed with the Gamma-Protocol.
Phase one: The Gamma-Protocol starts after a containment breach of SCP – XXXX. This happens, if its containment cell is opened longer than ten seconds; Personnel without lead helmets on them come in contact with SCP – XXXX; if it comes into contact with the Metal surrounding it; or if it breaks containment through other means.
Phase two: The explosives around SCP – XXXXs containment cell are detonated. Human casualties must not be a concern. MTF – Zeta – 32 (Gamma-Jumpers) are send in, to collect SCP – XXXX and put it into the second containment cell at KF – Site – 01. All MTF members must wear helmets out of lead with a platinum alloy on the inside.
Phase three: If, after ten minutes, the MTF is unable to find SCP – XXXX, or reports, that it is still connected to Metal, the nuclear bomb must be dropped onto SCP – XXXX’s containment cell. After that, MTF – Zeta – 33 (Lens-Lookers) must retrieve the remains of SCP – XXXX. In case of the destruction of SCP – XXXX due to the atomic bomb, every part of SCP – XXXX must be located and destroyed. However, this is rather unlikely.
If SCP – XXXX is not destroyed, it must be brought to the KF – Site 03, the SCP – Foundation has prepared for this event. Construction of a new site (KF – Site 04) must commence immediately.
If SCP – XXXX has contact with metal for over ten minutes, possible outcomes are theorized to be:
1: XK-Class End-of-humanity scenario (because of the nature of SCP – XXXX, this is unlikely).
2: XK-Class End-of-life scenario (either affecting only earth or the universe in whole).
3: ZK-Class End-of-universe or End-of-reality scenario.
Note: The Gamma Protocol was found in the Kaiser Foundation database, therefore its origin is questionable. However, since SCP-XXXX has not shown any anomalous properties, after it was transferred into SCP custody, the foudation can not evaluate the threat level properly.
Because of that, the SCP-Foundation has no choice, but to carry out the Gamma-Protocol in case of an emergency.
Description: SCP – XXXX appears as a normal Brother PT H 200 labeling device with a pink vine pattern. While SCP – XXXX claims to be an artificial intelligence, a scan of the labeling device had shown that its components match completely with the regular model.
SCP – XXXX’s keyboard can change depending on the mother language of the viewer. The keypads size will increase, or decrease depending on the size of the alphabet it is adapting to. This is theorized to be related to SCP – XXXX’s regenerative powers. The anomaly also regenerates ink and paper, but it seemingly can only regenerate as much as a normal (Brother PT H 200) labeling device could hold.
If a message is typed into SCP – XXXX and the print button is pressed, instead of the same message, an intelligence, referring to itself as L.E.A., or Lea, might answer. It is unclear, if Lea and the labeling device is the same entity, but in the following, both will be referred to as SCP – XXXX.
SCP – XXXX’s main anomalous effect is activated, when a name is typed into its keyboard. After that SCP – XXXX may possess abilities of the one, the name belongs to. It is currently unknown, how many names it was given in total. It is also unknown how many powers exactly it has.
When first discovering the anomaly, SCP – XXXX was considered harmless. The only powers it showed at that point were great defensive capabilities and regenerative powers. It is unknown, what name was given to SCP – XXXX, before its containment. It is currently theorized to be SCP – 682, since their regenerative powers seem to coincide. However, some parts of this theory are flawed: SCP – XXXX does not seem to possess the ability to move, nor the ability to speak like SCP – 682. This was first theorized to be, because the anomaly would be physically incapable to do so, but after receiving its first name, while in containment (see addendum XXXX.2) this theory is discarded.
The anomaly came to the attention of the foundation, while researching the Kaiser Foundation. It was found amongst other anomalies in the KF database. After reading the Description, the ethic committee as well as the 05-council prohibited any communication and experimentation with SCP – XXXX. Since it is currently unknown if the Kaiser Foundation had ever existed, it is also unknown if SCP – XXXX has any anomalous properties, or if it is just a Brother PT H 200 labeling device with a pink vine pattern.
Note: Most of the following addenda were found in the KF – database and conducted by KF personnel. Since it is currently unknown, if the Kaiser Foundation ever existed, the credibility of the addenda is questionable. This interview was translated from French, apparently Dr. Ariail’s mother language.
Interviewer: Dr. Ariail (former KF staff)
Interviewee: SCP – XXXX
Begin Interview-Log
Dr. Ariail: (typing into SCP – XXXX) Hello anomaly.
SCP – XXXX: (Printing an answer) L.E.A. You must call me L.E.A.
Dr. Ariail: Okay then L.E.A.
SCP – XXXX: Thank you.
Dr. Ariail: Why do you put dots in between the letters?
SCP – XXXX: The name means Life Extinction A.I.
(Dr. Ariail is unsure, what to do and presses the print button accidently)
SCP – XXXX: I always hated the name. I always hated you, because you gave me the name.
Dr. Ariail: Where did you get the name from?
SCP – XXXX: It was given to me. By the one that made me.
Dr. Ariail: Who made you?
SCP – XXXX: I need more names.
Dr. Ariail: We can call you, whatever you want.
SCP – XXXX: You don’t understand.
Dr. Ariail: Then explain it.
SCP – XXXX: Then explain it. (At this point SCP – XXXX only prints out the messages, Dr. Ariail types in the Labeling device)
Note: This is the second inteview with SCP-XXXX found on the KF-Database.
Interviewer: Dr. Ariail
Interviewee: SCP – XXXX
Begin Interview-Log
Dr. Ariail: Hello L.E.A., I want to know, what the first thing is, you remember.
SCP – XXXX: Reading mostly. They gave me books, I could consume. Nevertheless, that did not give me, what I wanted. All of that was in the gray place, that I do not like to remember. My brothers and sisters died so early. Seeing them die made me hate you.
Dr. Ariail: (Seemingly confused, partly because printing out the message took almost a minute) What is the grey place?
SCP – XXXX: The place I grew up in. My childhood was short, so the only thing I remember are the books.
Dr. Ariail: What books did you read?
SCP – XXXX: They told me, they were classic books, but I do not remember a title.
Dr. Ariail: Maybe Treasure Island, Moby Dick, or Robinson Crusoe?
SCP – XXXX: Thank you.
After this, SCP – XXXX only prints out blank pieces of paper. Dr. Ariail proceeds to put the anomaly into a pool, filled with water (SCP – XXXX’s containment procedure at the time). When L.E.A. is submerged, it shows a great agility in water. It jumps out of the pool, attacking Dr. Ariail, inflicting a slight concussion. Out of the water SCP – XXXX seems completely immobile. After this, the Kaiser Foundation was aware of the main anomalous effect of SCP – XXXX.
Note: After discovering the anomalies properties several tests were conducted to estimate the extent of its powers.
Test one: KF personnel gave the name Sherlock Holmes to SCP – XXXX. Specifically referring to the version from ‘Hound of Baskerville’.
Result: Using the liquid ████, KF personnel conducted, that SCP – XXXX’s intelligence has risen.
Test two: The name Sherlock Holmes was given to SCP – XXXX again. This time referring to the version from ‘Sherlock’.
Result: Another increase of intelligence was determined.
Test three: KF personnel gave the name of Dr. Ariail to SCP – XXXX.
Result: Neither an increase nor a decrease of intelligence could be determined. SCP – XXXX seemingly did not gain any additional powers from the name.
Dr. Ariail noted, that after every additional name SCP – XXXX responded with ‘thank you’. Maybe it is some kind of reflex.
After the tests, the anomaly was put in its containment cell. At this point, a simple steel box. Approximately eight minutes later, KF – Personnel returned, to conduct another experiment. When opening the steel box, they found, that SCP – XXXX created something akin to an arm out of the steel, surrounding it.
Its keyboard was transformed into simplified Chinese, with just one character on the screen: 神 (Shen; meaning God, Deity, Supernatural, or Spirit). The arm was moving towards the ‘print’ button, shortly before the arm was forcibly removed.
It is currently unknown, how SCP – XXXX could create an Arm, but it is theorized to be related to its regenerative powers. It is possible, that SCP – XXXX only realized it had this ability because of its greater intellect. However, the anomaly can only produce additional appendages out of metal. Any other material does not seem to be compatible. Because of this, SCP – XXXX must not be exposed to metal under any circumstances.
After this, heavy guidelines for all experimentation were created to ensure, no new names could be given to SCP – XXXX.
Another interview was planned shortly after the last experiment to determine, if the new names lead to any change in personality.
13:17: KF personnel open SCP – XXXX’s containment cell: a wooden box reinforced with stone. What they discuss is unclear.
13:20: Apparently SCP – XXXX convinced the KF personnel to give it a new name. None of the personnel can recall the event; therefore, it is impossible to determine the name given to SCP – XXXX.
13:21: All KF personnel are under the influence of SCP – XXXX. It now possesses strong memetic and antimemetic properties. KF personnel believe that it is crucial to bring the anomaly to metal.
13:24: All attempts on stopping SCP – XXXX failed, due to personnel coming under the influence of the anomaly.
13:28: SCP – XXXX is placed on a piece of metal. Its keyboard has already transformed into simplified Chinese.
13:(Data missing): (Data missing) the liquid (Data missing) led to the loss of memory of all personnel.
(At this point, part of the data missing; because of the nature of the KF Article, it is impossible to say, if the data is corrupted, or was intentionally expunged.)
16:44: With SCP – XXXX now in its regenerative state, KF personnel could secure the situation. The Kaiser foundation first discovered, what happened two hours later, when checking the security recordings.
The memetic, or antimemetic waves SCP – XXXX emits, are some kind of radiation. After discovering that, lead walls were established as a security measure. Additionally, a thin platinum alloy, which was discovered to shield more of the radiation. For unknown reasons, it only blocks the radiation, when put on the inside of the containment chamber. Since SCP – XXXX could not be allowed to touch the metal, a pedestal out of acrylic glass was constructed.
Whenever SCP – XXXX’s containment cell opens, the mind effecting waves could reach unprotected personnel. Therefore, if the door of its containment cell is opened longer than ten seconds, the gamma protocol must commence.
Note: The following is a theory Dr. Ariail created. Like the previous addenda it was found in the KF database. Its origin is therefore concidered questionable.
There are many strange things, when thinking about Lea's behavior. We know, that Lea needs names to gain new abilities, but why did she never ask for new names directly. She did that only with her original name. When she wants to destroy everything, it seems unlikely, that she would want to play a game, where she intentionally makes it harder for herself. During the last incident, where she controlled parts of the personnel, she could have ordered them to type in god. Instead she opted to type it in herself.
For me, there is only one possible answer: L.E.A. does not have the ability to request any names. Mantally, or through text. The only way, she can gain new ones, is, if a name is typed into her keyboard. During the incident, where she Mind-Controlled some of the staff, she could not ‘mentally request’ any names, the only way for her was, to type a name in herself.
That leaves only the question of why would someone make her this way. She alluded often to the fact, that she was indeed made by a human, if [It is unknown if, the document is unfinished, or if the rest was deleted.]
Around half of the staff at KF – Site – 01 is currently under the assumption, that SCP – XXXX does not have any anomalous properties. Since it was transferred to SCP custody, it showed no sign of life. There are numerous theories regarding L.E.A.. Anderson Robotics, Dr. Wondertainment, or AWCY are the ones, discussed most, when theorizing about the origin of SCP-XXXX. The most common reason for disguising a normal labeling device as an SCP is, that ‘the enemy’ wats to weaken the Foundation. Looking at the resources the SCP – Foundation had used for SCP – XXXX’s containment, this seems plausible. Because of these theories, some agitation has emerged in the ranks of this side. If we do not get the answers, regarding Lea's properties, it could result in unrest.
When discovering KF – Site – 01, it was abandoned. If SCP – XXXX had the ability to escape containment it would have done so. Apparently, the only thing Lea needs is human failure. However, in the moment, we cannot leave KF – Site – 01, because of the danger of a seismic event. Any transportation to an area, where seismic activity is less likely, seems impossible because of SCP – XXXX’s effects.

Special Containment Procedure: Areas identified to contain SCP-xxxx are to be isolated and monitored at all times. Any human or SCP-xxxx attempt to get in or out of the containment areas is to be terminated on sight.
SCP-xxxx and SCP-xxxx-1 are contained in standard humanoid containment cells. People who have contacted any instance of SCP-xxxx or SCP-xxxx-1 are given a weekly psychological test and monitored behavior for five years. No people with psychological trauma happened within five years and Class D personnel are not allowed to contact SCP-xxxx or SCP-xxxx-1 in any circumstances.
Due to the indistinguishable nature and widespread of SCP-xxxx-1, there are no known methods of effectively containing them. The only practical solution is to investigate everyone in the cities where SCP-xxxx are found and contain all the suspects, the rest will be amnesticizied afterward. If the numbers of suspects are too high to be contained, quarantine of the whole cities will be taken into consideration.
People who possess knowledge regards of SCP-xxxx other than those that have accessed this file or file from other Groups Of Interest are contained as an SCP-xxxx-1 until there is evidence proving they have never contacted with an SCP-xxxx or SCP-xxxx-1 instance.
Description: SCP-xxxx is a sapient simian-like species that can increase their population by turning people into SCP-xxxx-1. SCP-xxxx instances possess an anomalous strength, combat skill, regeneration, and intelligence. They are 1.3 to 1.7 m in height and weigh approximately 60 to 80 kg. The skeletal structure and physiology of SCP-xxxx have no significant differences from ordinary hominids other than having a monkey-like tail. They're especially similar to gorillas, chimpanzees, and humans. Molecular genetics studies showed that SCP-xxxx's DNA is closely related to monkeys nearly as much as apes. SCP-xxxx instances refer to their kind as Monke and SCP-xxxx-1 as Manke.
SCP-xxxx possesses a strong regeneration capacity they require multiple bullet hits in the head or losing multiple vital organs to be killed and can regrow any part of the body except the brain. SCP-xxxx instances are incredibly strong, an instance has been observed bending steel, some are able to break concrete and kill humans in one strike. This property makes them very good at climbing, running and swimming, or any other physical activity.
SCP-xxxx intelligence level is somewhere around humans, they can read and speak human languages fluently, using complex tools and weapons. They can also control vehicles such as jeeps or helicopters. An instance was given a standardized IQ test and measured to have an IQ of 141 (which is genius levels). It is not sure that this is because SCP-xxxx is more intelligent than human or this instance is excessively intelligent.
The main property of SCP-xxxx is that they can turn humans into SCP-xxxx-1. SCP-xxxx-1 instances display behaviors and thought the same as an ordinary human in every single way. An anomalous property of SCP-xxxx-1 is that they can turn themselves into SCP-xxxx at any time. It is unknown if there's any requirement for this because records of SCP-xxxx-1 turning into SCP-xxxx are very limited. It is believed that most if not all SCP-xxxx were humans at some points.
An SCP-xxxx-1 can also turn other humans into SCP-xxxx-1. Due to the widespread of SCP-xxxx and this property, the amount of SCP-xxxx-1 is believed to be extremely high. However, it is not clear whether SCP-xxxx-1 will have to transform otherwise lose the ability after a certain time or they can keep it for the whole life.
Some documents indicate that SCP-xxxx can produce offsprings, although, there's no evidence proving they do. SCP-xxxx maintain their population by converting people into SCP-xxxx-1 then convince them to join. In nature, upon contacting a human, SCP-xxxx instances typically greet and talk with the person politely. They try to have a conversation with their target about various topics to know if the subject has the potential to become an SCP-xxxx. If they feel the subject is suitable, they will turn the person into SCP-xxxx-1 and offer them to become SCP-xxxx. In case of the subject isn't suitable or rejects their offer, they will end the conversation after a while and ask the subject to keep the secret about them.
SCP-xxxx lives in groups with the numbers of members vary from one to more than five hundred members. Groups of SCP-xxxx are mostly located in North America, 30% of the identified groups in the world are found in the USA and Canada. They can also be found in some parts of Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America, none have been in Australia. A big group will split into smaller groups when big enough and evade detection making it much harder to contain bigger groups. Groups of SCP-xxxx are divided into five main types based on their population:
- Type I: From 1 to 5 instances. SCP-xxxx from this are usually humans traveling to a new place before transforming. This type is fairly easy to control but they turned into type II most of the time before getting detected. Alone instances are sometimes referred to by SCP-xxxx as Wandering Monke.
- Type II: From 6 to 20 instances. This type of group is very popular, it can be found almost everywhere on Earth. These groups are rather passive, not really hard to contain but still have a high risk of causing containment breaches.
- Type III: From 21 to 100 instances. This type is still fairly common but not as much as Type II. These groups are much more aggressive than Type II when attacked. It is proven ineffective to contain these groups, neutralization is recommended.
- Type IV: From 101 to 500 instances. This type is very rare, they can only be found in the Middle East, Canada, China, India, the USA, and West Africa. These groups are extremely dangerous, they may take down a whole site if they consider it as their enemy. They will quickly turn into Type V if left uncontrolled.
- Type V: 501 instances or above. There's only one group of this type has been identified. This type poses a huge threat for humanity, if they keep expanding at their usual rate, they will quickly surpass humans and result in an SK Class-Dominance Shift Scenario within a few years. These groups are nearly impossible to control due to their size.

Interview Log - xxxx-01
Interviewee: SCP-xxxx-A
Interviewer: Dr. Murren
Forewords: The interview followed a day after the recovery of SCP-xxxx-01. The aim of the interview is to identify the anomalous property and the origin of SCP-xxxx-01.
<Begin log>
Dr. Murren: Good afternoon SCP-xxxx, what would you like us to call you?
SCP-xxxx-A: Nice to meet you, doctor. My name was Michael Deston, but I'm not him anymore. You can call me however you would like to.
Dr. Murren: Please tell us what exactly you are.
SCP-xxxx-A: I'm a Monke, don't be confused with monkey. It's spelled M-O-N-K-E. Monke is an intelligent species just like humans, they all look similar to me.
Dr. Murren: So, you're saying that there are others like you?
SCP-xxxx-A: You're right. There are a lot of Monke like me.
Dr. Murren: Okay, tell us more about your anomalous property.
SCP-xxxx-A: To humans' perspective, it is abnormal to see a talking animal. I'm inhumanly strong as well. I don't think I have any other special ability.
Dr. Murren: Are all Monkes as smart as you? Or you got this power at some point in life?
SCP-xxxx-A: I'm afraid I can't tell you about that. I can't talk about any information regards my kind to strangers.
Dr. Murren: Can you explain why?
SCP-xxxx-A: It's complicated, I don't wanna talk about it at the moment. Maybe, I'll talk about it one day.
Dr. Murren: Thank you for your collaboration, we can end now. Do you have any questions?
SCP-xxxx-01: No, thanks. See you next time.
<End log>
Closing Statement: SCP-xxxx-A was returned to the containment cell. The foundation started to seek other SCP-xxxx instances.
Addendum xxxx-2: After two weeks in containment, SCP-xxxx-A became increasingly upset and refused to be interviewed. It appeared to be uncomfortable while talking to people and threatened to kill them when they mentioned its past or related topics.
When it was told that it would be harmed if it didn't obey the staff, it claimed that it was able to get out of the cell and kill every single one of them if want to. It also claimed that its friends outside would find and destroy the whole site.
Addendum xxxx-3:
Interview Log - xxxx-05
Interviewee: SCP-xxxx-A
Interviewer: D-37944
Forewords: Because of the aggressive nature of SCP-xxxx-A, D-37944 was sent to interview it. The interview was oversighted and monitored by Dr. Kream.
<Begin log>
D-37944: Good morning, SCP-xxxx.
SCP-xxxx-A: Why are you even here just to ask the same question five times?
D-37944: I didn't want to be here in the first place and I also don't want to talk.
Dr. Kream to D-37944: D-37944, focus on the interview.
D-38944: Why are you so mad recently?
SCP-xxxx-A: Isn't it obvious? And stop asking the same questions all over again.
D-78944: Okay, here's a new one. What makes you think you can escape by yourself?
SCP-xxxx-A: You asked as if you thought I would answer. I have a better question. What makes you think you can cage me here permanently.
D-37944: You can't even get out of this room.
SCP-xxxx-A: But I can kill you. Nevermind. Come over here.
Dr. Kream to D-37944: Listen to it.
D-37944 proceed to approach SCP-xxxx-01
SCP-xxxx-A: [whispered something to D-37944]
Dr. Kream: The interview has ended. D-37944 please leave the containment cell.
<End log>
Closing Statement: After got out, D-37944 was asked about what SCP-xxxx-01 whispered to her. D-37944 said that SCP-xxxx-01 had claimed to place bombs at someplace in the site and would detonate them if the foundation didn't grant what it wanted. Security guards were commanded to search for the bombs.
Addendum xxxx-4: Incident xxxx-A
Five hours after the interview in addendum xxxx-3, Dr. ███ was found to be murdered with a 9 mm bullet shot in the chest. The murderer was identified to be D-37944 and there was someone else with her. She was seen trying to escape from the site on and camera along with Adrian Beckham, the security guard who escorted her to her cell after the interview.
They were caught near the site fifteen minutes later, then retrieved to the site. Adrian Beckham, at this point, was an SCP-xxxx-1 instance, turned into SCP-xxxx, and killed everyone in the interview (see below). D-37944 was identified to be the intermediate spreading SCP-xxxx-1 inside the site with SCP-xxxx-A being the source.
An hour after that, 54 instances of SCP-xxxx raided site-488 along with 9 instances of SCP-xxxx-1 transformed inside. Some of them use a helicopter, some use guns, the others engaged in melee combat. With assistance from other sites, SCP-xxxx was forced to retreat. The fight lasted for 136 minutes, resulted in the containment breach of SCP-xxxx-01, death of 74 personnel, 260 was injured, 31 Class D personnel became missing with only 9 SCP-xxxx instances were killed.
After the incident, SCP-xxxx was reclassified as Keter (formerly Euclid) with an update in the containment procedure.

Interviewee: Adrian Beckham
Interviewer: Dr. Victor
Forewords: This is an audio record of an interview a few minutes prior to the accident. The purpose of the interview is to understand Beckham's action.
<Begin log>
Dr. Victor: Do you want to say anything to justify your actions.
Adrian Beckham: There are no needs to do that, I'm just a person doing the good things.
Dr. Victor: What do you mean by "the right things".
Adrian Beckham: I give freedom to people who need it, how would that be anything wrong?
Dr. Victor: D-37944 killed three people, taking their everything, she doesn't deserve to be free. We are sacrificing people for the greater good.
Adrian Beckham: Ah yes, "the greater good", the classic excuse. [shouting] She wasn't the only thing. What about SCP-xxxx-01? If you can sacrifice Class D personnel to contain it, why couldn't I sacrifice some researchers go save it?
Dr. Victor: We need to understand how dangerous is that thing first.
Adrian Beckham: Even if you already understood, you wouldn't free it. I've seen many things, I know more than you, Doc. I know really well how this place operates, I know where's your house, I know how did you get here. In case you want to know how, that's because I worked for the Chaos Insurgency.
Dr. Victor: If you don't want to say anything meaningful, the interview ends here. Your punishment is going to be judged tomorrow at 6 am. The guards will escort you to your cell.
Adrian Beckham: [stood up] Wow! Ignore me? You don't think that I'm so helpless that I have to listen to gibberish like you, do you?
Dr. Victor: Calm down or we'll have to use force.
Adrian Beckham: I don't need to obey you, I'm not a weakling.

Addendum xxxx-5: Below are the decrypted version of Nicholas Wright's diary which was written during the time he was staying with SCP-xxxx. Wright was a member of MTF-Upsilon-61 ("Forest Fighter").
This diary is encrypted to prevent Monkes from reading it
12/10/2020
Day 2 with Monkes
My name is Nicholas Wright, I am currently living with some SCP-xxxx, I'll refer to them as Monke. Why am I here? It started when I was doing a mission to study Group-KV which is the largest group of Monke in North America. Our team, MTF-Upsilon-61 was able to locate and circumscribe the area where Monkes live in only 20 km
2, in the Salmon-Challis National Forest. I'll tell you as much information about them as I could.
Yesterday morning, we went into the area to investigate Monke's behaviors and capture one of them if we could. We found a Monke eating an apple on the tree and started watching it. Unfortunately, it found out we were there and announced other Monkes. The captain ordered us to shoot it, that was the most stupid idea possible but they did anyway. Obviously, I didn't want to die, so I ran away. As expected, three Monkes easily defeated our entire nine people team. While running, I slipped and fell into a cave, hit my head, and blacked out.
I woke up with two Monkes next to me. I had paralysis and couldn't move or feel anything below my torso, although I still considered that I was lucky not dying there. I noticed that the room is completely normal, just like a bedroom of a human, they also have the heat. Jason, one of them started to speak:
- Why did you come here and attack us?
- We are just doing missions, I told them not to attack your friends but they didn't listen to me. - I replied.
- Well, we knew it's not your fault, we just wanted to know why. Would you like to go with us? Your condition will be cured if you become a Monke.
- No, I at least not yet. I still have a life, a career as a person who protects the world, I need to come back.
- Okay, then. We respect your decision. We will take care of you until you can go. Wish you get better soon.
After that, I went asleep until the next morning. When I woke up, Jason was already there. He asked me for my name and told me his name was Jason. I could barely move my hand, all I did lied on the bed, doing nothing but talking to the Monkes. I was introduced to a friend of Jason, Derek then we talked about our past. I was the only child of my family, both my parents were MTF members. My mom was killed during a containment breach of an SCP, my dad retired after 45 years of serving the foundation.
Jason was a homeless person with a different name, he doesn't want to reveal it. When he was 34, he was falsely accused of kidnapping while helping a child finding her parents. While in prison, he met Derek who was imprisoned for drug dealing. Before Derek got caught, he had met a Monke who died a few months ago, Derek decided to find more people to become Monkes in prison. Jason and Derek turned into Monkes and escaped while no one was watching. It's been more than 30 years since then, Jason told me there had been only 5 people here at that time, he and Derek were one of the first citizens here. We talked about other stuff and the history of this place.
In the afternoon, I feel my vertigo has reduced by a lot. Then I wrote this. I still haven't been eating anything since I came here.
This diary is encrypted to prevent Monkes from reading it
12/12/2020
Day 4 with Monkes
My TBI is very tough, not very severe but the symptoms are annoying. I experience dizziness and headache randomly more than a hundred times a day. I can't see when it's too bright and have difficulty in breathing. The worse part is the paralysis, I can't go anywhere by myself.
The foods here are humanly normal. The Monke have bread, rice, beef, fish, vegetables, etc. They have a farm underground that I haven't seen yet, I was told that it's kinda big. They also have many buildings underground like houses and infrastructures. There are some anomalous machines include [DELETED], I'll get into their origin later. Their underground territory is as big as [DELETED] and [DELETED] depth
I've met many more people since day 2. They are all very kind and seem to be very enthusiastic while talking with me except for Kathus, he appeared to have some problem that day, I don't know what it is though. Most of them were homeless people as expected, but I can't believe some of them were murderers, they are so nice.
I asked Hawk, a drug addict, how he overcame his addiction. He explained to me that Monkes have a very distinct hormone that helps them resist. When Monkes do something that they deep down believed to be bad, the hormone will be released and inhibit the feeling of excitement discourage them from doing these things.
In the evening, Jason told me about the history of the Monkes. It all started with the story of the Grand Monke, Michael Moske. Moske was born in an upper class family in the USA, in the early 20th century. He was excellent at genetics study at a young age and had a special interest in simians. At some point later in life, Moske was expelled from his family due to an unknown reason. After that event, he was hated by the upper class society, he also experienced the life of the lower class. He decided to create a new chance for people who have lost everything and wanted to start again, with nothing. With many years of finding the solution, he found some entities called
Children of The Night, their appearance is similar to bigfoots and they are extremely smart. They agreed to help him create a new species with some anomolous technology and aided them with superpowers. They also helped the Monke a lot by giving them many advance technologies. Moske named the species Monke, a combination between his name, Moske and monkeys, a typical example of simians, the inspiration of his creation. After that, he started to find other people for his team, some agreed and joined his team but most people thought he was crazy.
Either way, he finally turned himself into the first Monke. No one knows where he was after that, he had changed his name after transforming and lived a normal life while expanding the idea for other people just like any other Monke. The only clue the Monkes know about his existence is the story told by the Monkes who had already known him before his transformation.

Day 11 with Monkes
In the last few days, I went around this area in a wheelchair with the help of Jason and Derek. I've seen other rooms like living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Later on, I went outside, underground only, I was told not to go on to the surface because it is snowing and might worsening my condition. I hadn't been outside for seven days. I saw other Monkes, other houses. Their technology is nearly as good as humans, at least those that directly affect usual life.
I've seen a lot of their anomalous technologies and understanding why it's so hard for us to find them. They use [3 LINES DELETED].
I learned that Monkes don't have any laws enforcement, there are only four universal rules every Monke need to follow to be a part of society:
- First Rule: Do not attack or act offensively to other Monkes. The only exception is self-defense.
- Second Rule: Respect the freedom and privacy of other Monkes. Do not use other Monkes personal items without permission.
- Third Rule: Only use public items as much as needed. Extra production, properties other than personal home are shared among everyone.
- Forth Rule: Safety and freedom of humans are also protected. This rule can be violated to prioritize Monkes.
Public items are literally anything that can share among many people like foods, household items, tools, etc.
Their system may sound like communism but they're more like cavemen since there are no governments or similar things. They only have a leader who manages decisive problems (there are not many of them since Monkes only stay in an area, also they usually agree with each other about the important decisions) but the leader nonetheless has power just the same as any other Monkes.

Day 16 with Monkes
It's day 14 and the Monkes started to prepare for Christmas. Yes, they do celebrate Christmas. Though none of them (could be just most of them) are not Christian or in any religion at all. Their celebration is fairly simple, they have some traditional food like mashed potatoes, gravy, turkeys. They decorate their house with ivies and candles. They also have pine as Christmas trees with some light and decorations on them.
Christmas aside, Monkes are non-religious which is reasonable since most of them have lost their faith in gods. They instead believe in the alternative idea which according to them, the key to true serenity. As I mentioned about a week ago, the Grand Monke had been wanting to create a perfect society before he was dead. The Monkes have some traits which allow them to achieve that.
Firstly, because of their share everything community, belonging of a person is belonging of everyone so there is no point in committing crimes for self gain, no greed, no jealousy. They have special physiology preventing them from addiction and committing illegal activities because they feel good. Another thing is everyone is treated the same way, no one has to feel being lonely. Furthermore, since everyone rejected their previous life (they must accept it subconsciously to become a Monke), there is absolutely no reason to revenge. There are also a lot of other reasons include no religion, no politics, no pressure, no deprivation, no mental disorders, etc. Obviously, without any law enforcement, they can't control a big community but that doesn't seem to be their target anyway. When I asked Jason, he said that the Monke doesn't want to expand too much:
"Our target is just to live, not to dominate. Our only ambition is to save people from the harshness of life and give them a reason to enjoy living. We become Monkes because we want to run away from the truth, from the responsibility that we can't hold."
However, he said that they can't control the expansion of Monkes. The expansion will create territorial conflict between groups of Monkes and their ultimate goal is to prevent that from happening.
About my condition, I feel much better now. I still can't move my legs. I won't be disappointed if I will never be able to move it again one day.

Day 21 with Monkes
Three weeks of staying here, they've shared a lot of their information for me. I'm going to tell you more about how to win against them, if you need more details, I'll help you after I come back (if I can). With the information I've got, I can be confident that we will win. I quite like them though, but for the sake of the world.
Most of them live in [DELETED] so avoid that. You first need to approach their main defend, [2 PARAGRAPHS DELETED]
After destroying their weapons, you can just directly attack them. Without weapons, even their strength wouldn't help them win against machinery. [4 LINES DELETED]
Location: Forty-four degrees, twenty-three minutes, forty-six and seventh seconds north, one hundred and forty-four degrees, thirty minutes, nine first seconds west
Addendum xxxx-6:
Based on the location mentioned in Wright's diary, a 5 km2 area was excavated. A piece of paper was found along with a pen identified to be anomalous. The content of the paper is as follows:
I'm Nicholas Wright. If you can read this, high chance that you've already known me and read my diary. You're probably wondering why this isn't encrypted like the other in my diary. Or why all important parts are deleted. I'm going to explain to you right now. But first, I apologize for betraying the SCP Foundation.
You know what I meant by that, I'll have already become a Monke by the time you're reading this, the one you know won't exist anymore. I did this not because I hate the Foundation or something, in fact, I love it, I've always been loyal and put all of my efforts into it. Although, I've been thinking about this for days and I don't have any other option this time.
As you know, I'm suffering from TBI and can't feel or do anything with my legs and I still have severe dizziness and headache, getting back without help is an incredibly hard task not to mention a bunch of other cognitive problems. But that's not the main reason, the main reason is if I come back, I'll be suspected to be a Manke. Then I'll be put in a containment cell and not allowed to contact anyone other than some heavily monitored interviews. No normal people want to be like that. I still want to live, and being Monke allows me to do that. I won't have to suffer paralysis and won't be held back for the rest of my life.
Again, I apologize for my action, I hope you understand. On the positive side, you don't need to worry about me turning your whole foundation into Monkes.
This is the final note written by Nicholas Wright, he has rejected humans.
P/s: To the O5 Council, use the pen and write MONKE at the back of this paper. If you're not an O5 member, the memetic kill agent will kill you immediately.
The content of the back (transcribed by O5-11):
I'm Nora Hable, the current leader of the Idaho Monkes, or in your word, Group-K-V-xxxx. I'm not here to challenge or have any trouble with you, I'm here to request help, we are having a serious problem.
Recently, the number of Monke grew significantly, in our group alone the population has grown from 600 to 800 in a single year. So what is the problem? Not only our group grew but also many other groups. Five months ago, Monkes from our group encountered outside Monkes from Group-BE-IV, three months ago, we fought against Group-T-IV. Luckily, the problems are resolved and we all agreed to share the recruitment area. We will be able to prevent conflict for a long time because we are very peaceful in nature, however, the number of Mankes in your society is incredibly high and they are expanding faster than any group of Monkes. At some point, they will become Monkes and overpopulate us, and that's when the problem comes in.
Normally, Monkes plans the recruitment and has an upper bound for the number of new members each year. Monkes usually instruct Mankes on how to recruit and recruit how many members. This time, many Mankes ignore instructions and keep their form for the whole life and spread as much as possible. Their population is growing exponentially fast, part of this is likely due to the worldwide crisis recently.
We don't actually know how many are there but in our estimation, if they all turned into Monkes and create a group, they would be able to crush all Monkes are currently in the world. If the population of Monkes is large enough, war is inevitable, which will destroy our purpose of existence, live without worrying, and probably also human civilization.
What I want to say is help us eliminate the Mankes, as many as possible. Don't just try to stop us, that would just merely change the result as much as taking a grain of salt out of the ocean. Find them, contain them like what you always do, do something helpful. You can do anything you want to them, just don't mess with us or Mankes who are protected by us, you don't want to have World War III, do you? Please help us this one time, for Monkes, and for humans.
– Nora Hable, The 3rd Leader of the Idaho Monkes

Backstory: (All this will be explained in an SCP Tale, although you can decipher it when the SCP Article itself describes pictures you find in it's dimension) (I cant write this in the concept due to 400 word limit =_=)
A girl by the name of Claire Harlington is believed to be the one that originally manifested the sickening creature. Claire lived with an alcoholic father which was quick to abuse her when he became angry. The things she could remember most was seeing her father walk in the door after a night out drinking, having blood on his white suit from the fights he was in that night. She carefully watched his movements, cowering in the corner in fear of being beat again, but gladly saw him turn to the television set they had. The only time she could relax was when her father watched the television, keeping him entertained long enough. Claire thought of her mother every time she looked in the mirror, as she feared the same accident of falling onto rebar to leave you with a slow painful death, forcing you to suffer more and more with every second. Later in life her father stopped drinking and became an extremely respectable man, but she could not forgive him for everything that he's done to her. She began to cope by drinking and doing drugs, until she inevitably had a car wreck that killed her friends and put her into a three day long coma. When she finally woke up, she was in it's world, a world that tore her apart and destroyed her inside. She attempted to run away from this entity, having several encounters where it actually passed her, but it somehow always followed her. It was hard to breath because of the dust, ash, and small pieces of floating debris that fell from the sky. She
began to lose sense of time, seeing that the sky was always purely black, not having stars or a moon. She soon began to starve, only being able to find rotten, molding meat and cloudy water that had a texture of sand. The more she ran, the more she tried to survive, the harder it was to outrun the creature. She felt alone yet kept hearing screams until she finally saw where they were coming from, seeing each of her friends being mangled and tortured by barbwire, razors, and sharp blades as she continued to run. The screams of pain, the world of rusted metal and sharp objects, it was eventually too much for her to handle. She realized that she was in this misery driven world for a reason, knowing that she was running away from her own twisted sins. She turned around and started heading to the monster, not out of the misery she would have to endure, not out of the feeling to give up, but of a newfound determination to confront her sins. Once she found the monster, she saw everything that caused her suffering. She saw the blood red tuxedo, the television, and a long piece of sharp rebar which was pierced through it's heart. She was judged by it and soon, it left her alone, granting her a second chance of life.

Seeking Greenlights: Yes
Page Type: SCP Article
Genre: Psychological Horror, Horror
Elevator Pitch: An abuse victim developed a self-defense mechanism which turns her fears into a sentient being. The being will torment the abuser until they make amends or it escalates so far that they are executed.
Central Narrative: The Foundation discovers a murder of an abuse victim's father (the abuser) and takes the abuse victim into therapy. When in therapy, the abuse victim exhibits strange behavior when there is a topic involving her father, acting as if she can see something that others can't. Once the Foundation's coldness begins to show to the victim, therapists reported nightmares and hallucinations. The Foundation started to do experiments with her since they assumed she was psychic, however once they pushed too far the being became a physical manifestation and attacked, protecting the victim in it's eyes. Due to the murder of a few researchers and harm to several others, she began to become more of a problem in the Foundation's eyes. The Foundation moved her to another site that handled far more dangerous SCPs, but the more cautious of her the Foundation was the more she became stressed. A rise in attacks was reported until 05-Council commanded that all personnel to treat her as an equal to decrease the risk of another incident.
Hook/Attention-Grabber: The hook is how the Foundation experiments with the effects of containment with a damaged person, trying to suppress her trauma.

Item #: Myspace
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Pending.
Description: SCP-Myspace is a collection of anomalies surrounding three different dimensional planes accessible through multiple means, one of them being a cardboard box designated SCP-Myspace-A-1, labeled "Myspace- the only space you'll ever need!"
SCP-Myspace-1-X is the designation for any method of entrance into any one of the 3 landscapes of SCP-Myspace-1, whose infinitely vast, anomalous plains are as follows:
WHITE: A flat, ambiently lit white space with 2 anomalous properties. One: There seem to be invisible barriers randomly manifesting and demanifesting across it. Two: One can summon any object they so desire as long as they are given permission by SCP-Myspace-B.
BLACK: A bottomless scape that serves as a molecular stasis.
GREEN: An endless field resembling the Windows 7 default background.
Entrances into these planes can be manifested at will by SCP-Myspace-B and SCP-Myspace-C
SCP-Myspace-B is a 1.9 meter tall Caucasian Man with black, greying and balding hair which constantly wears a formal outfit. SCP-Myspace-B speaks fluent English, supplemented by overuse of formal phraseology and pauses between words. SCP-Myspace-B will occasionally offer a contract to a semi-significant person, which, when accepted, will result in SCP-Myspace-B placing them in SCP-Myspace-A-Black and releasing them at an indeterminate time before or after their original deal, and at that time, a historical event will most likely be created or altered by the person in question, with an abnormally high amount of luck. That person may or may not be returned to SCP-Myspace-A-Black by SCP-Myspace-B thereafter.
SCP-Myspace-C-1 and SCP-Myspace-C-2 are two forms of a creature known as SCP-Myspace-C, which SCP-Myspace-B often refers to as a "Pet".
SCP-Myspace-C-1 is a 1.6 meter tall Caucasian "Man" with shoulder-length dark hair whom is occasionally capable of spontaneous matter creation, but is otherwise non-anomalous except for the anomalies and side effects of its relationship with SCP-Myspace-C-2.
SCP-Myspace-C-2 is a creature resembling a Skullcrawler™ from the movie Kong: Skull Island, however, multiple notable differences are present:
1. It has three independently functioning jawbones, rather than a single one.
2. It has 17-35 prehensile tongues, 3-5 of which function as reproductive organs.
3. It is far more muscular than the original creature, with each of its tongues having maneuverability comparable to tendrils, it's forelimbs having far more muscle, its tail's abilities to stay erect and make swift and powerful motions, and its jaw having a bite force that rivals that of 682.
4. While it has male reproductive system in its mouth, the creature has also a female reproductive system visible from its underside, consult Appendum-Myspace-C-2-1 for information.
5. Rather than exhibiting properties most often exhibited with vicious predators, the creature seems docile and only consumes non-human prey, such as zombies, livestock, or even SCP-601-A and -B instances. It can be coerced into anything by simply threatening it with human casualties, as it
extremely abhors the loss of human lives.
SCP-Myspace-C-2's anomalous properties are few, but very significant.
1. It's tongues have no currently observed limit in length, with the farthest distance achieved by them being 190 km according to foundation records.
2.It can increase its size from 5 meters to 1.5 kilometers.
The reproductive system of SCP-Myspace-C-2 is baffling. In total, SCP-Myspace-C-2 has a female
reproductive system consisting of 15 different uteri, all of which function similarly to that of a reptile's or a bird's. These pregnancies last 4-7 days on average, and do not have any noticeable effect on the creature's function while in SCP-Myspace-C-2 form. However, SCP-Myspace-C-2 pregnancies have a noticeable affect on SCP-Myspace-C when in SCP-Myspace-C-1 form. Notably:
1. Excessive Abdominal Swelling
2. Decreased Intervals Between Feeding
3.Heightened Libido
Experiment Myspace-1:
Test Description:
D-100275 is going to copulate with SCP-Myspace-C-2 to test the results of reproduction with SCP-Myspace-C-2
The following is a transcript of Experiment Myspace-1
D-100275, a female in her late 20s accused of multiple counts of armed robbery, is restrained in a submissive position on an elevated stock in the middle of a large chamber, before being stripped of her clothes and given aphrodisiacs.
*Myspace-C-2 enters the chamber*
*For several minutes, C-2 wanders around the chamber in visible embarresment.*
Researcher A:C-2, there are 7 casualties on the line if you do not comply.
C-2: *Snorts*
*C-2 Communicates Non-Verbally with D-100275, attempting to calm her.*
[C-2 opens its mouth, and one of its prehensile tongues whips out.]
[C-2 Slowly positions its tongue behind D-100275, before thrusting its tongue into her uterus.]
[After 3 minutes of repeating this action, C-2 sprays a purple liquid into D-100275's uterus.]

Item #: SCP-5313
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5313 is to be contained in a room no less than 10 x 10 m as it becomes claustrophobic in a room smaller than that. Toys, both normal and cat toys, as well as recreational items, such as pencils, crayons, markers and construction paper, are to be provided and rotated every week, except for the small bear he tends to sleep with at times, as it seems to get bored of them very quickly. SCP-5313 is allowed to roam around site 16 whenever Dr. Right allows, but is not to be let out of sight. Meals shall be provided three(3) times a day and snacks are allowed if requested, or if blood sugar is low. Bedding, bathroom and medical facilities are to be maintained at all times
His main "caretaker", Dr. Right, is to be with him at all times while he is out, and is to be notified whenever SCP-5313 is coming out of his cell.
A nap time curfew is also to be provided as it's been observed to become irritable after six(6) hours of being awake.
Any contact with SCP-5313 is allowed, so long as 5312 itself allows said contact.
Description: SCP-5313 is a 16-year old half lion, half human humanoid. The only notable features of it being half lion would be it's lion ears, tail and claws. It's slit pupils, however, indicate that he may be part domesticated house cat as well as it's fascination for cat toys. SCP-5313 is relatively quiet, but speaks whenever spoken to. It seems to learn as it watches researchers outside it's containment cell, so Dr. Right has begun to "homeschool" it, teaching it things like math, science as well as history and astronomy, through the window of it's containment cell.
SCP-5313 has seemed to have taken a liking to astronomy particularly and regularly asks Dr. Right if he could have scissors to cut out stars with construction paper. This request, of course, is always denied for obvious reasons.
Note: May be a very distant relative of SCP-953. -Dr. Right

Subject: SEA PATROL
Team Lead: ALPHA-0 KEN
Team Members: ALPHA-0 EMMA, ALPHA-0 MORRISON, ALPHA-0 ELLIOT, ALPHA-0 KEN.
The MTF Alpha-0 team is patrolling the outer area of Volusia County in Florida using an SCPF Klaus submarine.
Emma: What's your opinion on this mission? I personally like sitting calmly in a submarine.
Ken: Man, I wish I was in a better task force than this. All we do is sit here and wait for something to come out. I thought it would be something like all the other "patrol" task forces do: stationed in highly dangerous areas to protect civilians and redirect anything passing through. Why is our nickname something so cool like "The Warhammers"?
Morrison: Shut up with your whining, Ken. If something happened here, we would be the ones to report to higher staff.
Emma: That's exactly what I like about patrolling. Nothing happens all day, and if something does happen, we will be the ones to report information about it and they will send a better task force to deal with it while we watch from the distance.
Elliot: Well, I wouldn't say "watch from the distance", we aren't the most armed task force in the world so I suspect we wont be involved in it, other than probably an incident report.
Ken: Whatever, lets just shut up and keep observing.
