Description: SCP-001 is a large humanoid creature of believed demonic origin, measuring at approximately 332.232 Centimeters in height and 91.44 Centimeters in width. SCP-001 possesses no identifiable facial features other than two luminescent white eyes. This anomaly has a entirely black appearance, with no physical properties to it other than appearance and strength. SCP-001 carries a large battle-axe classified as SCP-001-A, measuring at 263.4 in length and 60.48 in width. SCP-001 is friendly yet incredibly dangerous, able to attack and terminate any known non-anomalous creature. SCP-001 retains the ability to speak despite having no identifiable facial features other than two luminescent white eyes. SCP-001 has the ability to shift his structure into any form he pleases, however tends to stay with his supposedly original form. SCP-001 appears to have a unremovable dark grey fedora attached to it's scalp. SCP-001 often has two large black antlers that appear to originate from a Cervidae creature. The anomaly has a series of unremovable Umbonia crassicornis like thorns covering it's upper rear body.

SCP-XXXX in containment

Consult SCP-XXXY's entry for further information.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a fully soundproof containment chamber measuring at least twenty (20) by twenty (20) by four (4) meters in Site-15. The chamber is to house a panel on the floor opening into an underground room lined with at least ten (10) meters of titanium. Two deaf guards are to be stationed outside its entrance. SCP-XXXY is to accompany it at all times as it loops fast-paced Russian dance music at approximately seventy-five (75) decibels, except during certain experiments. Such experiments are only to be carried out if approved by the Site Director. If the experiment involves the transportation of SCP-XXXX to another Site, the Director of such a Site must also approve. A microphone is to be installed in the object's chamber. If the microphone detects any audio for five (5) seconds quieter than seventy (70) decibels or louder than eighty (80) decibels, at least three (3) deaf D-Class personnel adorned in clothing that fully covers their skin are to enter the chamber and readjust SCP-XXXX's volume to the desired amount. In the case that any D-Class personnel become instances of SCP-XXXY-1 during this process, they are to be quickly neutralized and replaced. In the event that the containment chamber undergoes a power outage, SCP-XXXX is to be powered by at least three (3) large backup batteries.

Description: SCP-XXXX resembles a Sony D-50 Portable CD Player. Any sapient entity which hears music output by the object's speakers, henceforth designated SCP-XXXX-1, will perform action corresponding to such music. Any body parts of SCP-XXXX-1 in use during such action will be fully paralyzed while it hears the music. However, body parts not in use during the action will not be paralyzed, allowing SCP-XXXX-1 to use such body parts at will. Subject consequently realizes that these actions are not its own and makes a visible attempt to stop them. Conclusion: Smooth jazz from SCP-XXXX is not useful for secure containment of SCP-XXXY.

Procedure: SCP-XXXX plays the Overworld theme from the video game Super Mario Bros. by Koji Kondo.

Objective: To find a method by which SCP-XXXY can be contained.

Results: D-XXXX-1 becomes an instance of SCP-XXXX-1. Subject runs, jumps abnormally high, and punches the ceiling uncontrollably, while showing signs of awe and enjoyment. [EXTRANEOUS DATA REMOVED] Music is ceased. Subject is no longer an instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

Conclusion: SCP-XXXX-1 does not dance to the music, but performs action often associated with such music. Action video game music from SCP-XXXX is not useful for secure containment of SCP-XXXY.

Test XXXX-C - 10/03/2019

Subject: D-XXXX-1

Procedure: SCP-XXXX plays an assortment of Russian dance music.

Objective: To find a method by which SCP-XXXY can be contained.

Results: D-XXXX-1 becomes an instance of SCP-XXXX-1. Subject performs myriad Russian dances. After thirty (30) hours, subject shows no signs of physical deprivation. Music is ceased. Subject is no longer an instance of SCP-XXXX-1.

Conclusion: Russian dance music from SCP-XXXX causes almost every body part of SCP-XXXX-1 to be put to use and become paralyzed, making it useful for secure containment of SCP-XXXY.

Procedure: SCP-XXXX plays an assortment of Russian dance music.

Objective: To confirm that SCP-XXXY can be contained by SCP-XXXX.

Results: SCP-XXXY becomes an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 and, despite extreme effort, is nearly incapable of breaching containment.

Conclusion: SCP-XXXX is capable of securely containing SCP-XXXY.

Test XXXX-E - 01/04/2021

Subject: D-XXXX-50

Procedure: SCP-XXXX plays "Dance Mr. Funnybones" by PuffballsUnited.

Objective: To determine whether the visual properties of the "Diversion" from "The Henry Stickmin Collection" video game carry over when its corresponding song is played by SCP-XXXX.

Results: The "Diversion"'s effects spread throughout the entirety of Site-15's eastern quadrant. Affectees alert neighboring individuals. [EXTRANEOUS DATA REMOVED] The situation is sorted.

Conclusion: The properties of the "Diversion" from "The Henry Stickmin Collection" video game were confirmed to carry over when its corresponding song is played by SCP-XXXX.

Subject: the deceased body of D-XXXX-1

Procedure: SCP-XXXX plays an assortment of smooth jazz.

Objective: To determine whether deceased bodies can become SCP-XXXX-1.

Results: D-XXXX-1's body remains inanimate.

Conclusion: SCP-XXXX only affect those who hear its audio.

Notes (not part of the article):

I was thinking of having this thing be made by some sort of GoI like Anderson Robotics, and include a "Discovery" section containing a user manual. The manual be addressed to some man who allegedly custom ordered the product from the GoI. The section would go on to say that this man is the only one who is unaffected by SCP-XXXX, and that he ordered it to be used for filming dance videos with any people he wanted and posting them on the internet for money (a smart yet evil business idea). The Foundation wants to interview him, but they are unable to locate him. If he is found, he is to be kept away from SCP-XXXY at all costs (for obvious reasons).
I also thought of making this a Dr. Wondertainment product, advertised as a CD player that "you'll never stop dancing to".
If anyone likes either of these and thinks they should replace what is currently there, please notify me.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept in a standard containment cell adjusted for size.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a set of three objects, a sphere approximately 1 meter one diameter, a six-meter high dodecahedron, and a curved platform with 6 segmented legs protruding from the sides. 80% of the visible surface of the sphere is covered by a glass ocular device, with the surrounding surface comprised of a copper alloy.

SCP-XXXX remained active for 12 years before abruptly shutting down. During its active stage multiple interviews were conducted via a small keyboard expelled by SCP-XXXX.

Special Containment Procedures: A foundation-operated web scanner Phi-06 ("Stonebreaker") is to scan all uploads to major music sites (such as Spotify, Bandcamp, Deezer) and test them against the 6711 sequence. If the sequence is found in the music, the sequence is to be subtracted from the music via an algorithm and re-uploaded.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be monitored for movement at all times. Site staff should be constantly ready to adjust the portable walls stationed around SCP-XXXX in case of any movement. The staff on-site must not let any non-authorized individuals within 1 km of the site. A drone is used routinely to check SCP-XXXX's surface for changes. SCP-XXXX-1 instances must have their vitals monitored for any changes, and staff will tend to the SCP-XXXX-1 instance with a drone if needed. If any instances of SCP-XXXX-1 start to regain consciousness, the staff are required to pilot the on-site drone and its equipment to monitor the behavior of SCP-XXXX-1. If the instance of SCP-XXXX-1 becomes fully unaffected by SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties, the drone is to be used to cover and apply pressure to the instance of SCP-XXXX-1's eyes, to stop the bleeding. One of the 14 unmanned ground vehicles will then be dispatched to the SCP-XXXX-1's location and will be transported back to the safe zone. Doctors will then take care of the instance until death or full recovery.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to most as a sphere made of an unknown metallic material hovering 4 meters above the ground. SCP-XXXX randomly phases in and out of its metallic form and will appear as a cluster of eyeballs, with varying sizes and colored pupils, being held by a semi-transparent material. It is located adjacent to a pecan farm 2km away from the town [REDACTED]. Based on observations, SCP-XXXX appears to have a width and height of 2m. SCP-XXXX will change appearances depending on the individual looking at it, but its most common appearance is that of a cluster of eyeballs. SCP-XXXX regularly emits an aura that will cause any organic creature to move towards and float around 4 meters above the ground while rotating around SCP-XXXX, using it as an axis. The entities affected are classified as SCP-XXXX-1. The aura SCP-XXXX emits stretches for ██ meters. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1, after reaching the four-meter height mark, will begin to lose visible consciousness and cease all communication with the un-affected, while making movements with their mouths, but not producing any sound. All recorded instances of SCP-XXXX-1 to date have had their eyeballs pulled out of their sockets by an unknown force and added to the floating cluster. All bleeding caused by the removal of their eyeballs will be stopped by the unknown force. This will only occur while SCP-XXXX is in its semi-transparent form. Due to the fact that SCP-XXXX immobilizes anyone in a ██ radius of it, no one has come close enough to touch or see any details on or inside SCP-XXXX. With the use of a remote-controlled drone with a mounted camera, the entity's surface has been thoroughly inspected. See test log A below.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found on ██/██/07, by a pecan farmer in a nearby town named [REDACTED], located in New Mexico. The individual who found SCP-XXXX, named Orlando ████, was interviewed, administered Class-C amnestics, and relocated to a new town along with the rest of the residents of the nearby town. The foundation moved in to contain the entity, losing [REDACTED] staff members in the process, all of which became instances of SCP-XXXX-1.
