Special Containnment Procedures: SCP-5942 can only be accessed by Level-█ and upper levels of SCP Hierarchy, and it shall be guarded by 2 SCP Field Agents at all times, picked randomly, with shift-rotation at ██:██ ██. After the end of each shift, all SCP Field Agents involved shall have their memories erased from the moment they were assigned to the shift. A Field Agent cannot work 2 shifts in a row, and so, each shift should be separated by a timespan of 5 days to avoid any possible neurological damage. All personnel that is found trying to access SCP-5942 without prior authorization from Level-█ or upper levels of SCP Hierarchy, shall be detained and interrogated. If no collaboration is made in the Interrogation, the detainee shall be executed, due to the matter that there is no information on how the detainee got his information and when, making the erasing of the memory useless. Due to the nature of the SCP in question, all personnel who is allowed to research SCP-5942 cannot carry any objects with them unless authorized by Dr.██████, and such research must be accompanied by the Doctor earlier mentioned. SCP-5942 shall be put on a stainless steel table, on the middle of a 5mx5mx3m, climate-controlled room at Site ██.
Description: SCP-5942 is a red and white Purse, made by ███ ███ ████████. It is estimated that it was made between the 1960's and 1980's [CARBON DATING STUDY - AWAITING ANALYSIS AND APPROVAL BY DR.██████]. The Purse has the manufacturer's markings, and it is possible to evidence several use marks. It is known that it was part of a Collection released to the Public, yet it is not known how and why this purse has such characteristics. It is made out of leather, and has a zipper on top, which grants access to the interior of the purse. A Carbon-Dating Study has found that the leather used in the purse is from the same time as the manufacturing of such.
Upon inspecting the interior of SCP-5942, it can be possible to witness some sort of portal which leads to, possibly, another place on Earth, or even maybe another Planet or Dimension [VOLUNTEERING STUDY - AWAITING FOR THE APPROVAL BY ██-█████ TO USE PATIENT D-████]. Photos of the content have been taken, but are currently Confidential. The only information that can be released is that it is similar, in some way, to our Day/Night Cycle, and Ecossystem. It has been possible to witness Trees, Dirt, Grass, Light and Darkness, Wind and Rain, although some of these mentioned forms appear to be modified/distorted from our reality, hence why the possibility of being another Planet or even Dimension has been taken into consideration. There hasn't been any contact with communicating life-form, or even the eyesight of one.
Acquisition: SCP-5942 was obtained and taken into the Foundation's care upon the possible correlation between SCP-5942 and several cases of missing people, in the region of ████████. According to Police Records [RELEASED TO PUBLIC], SCP-5942 was sold initially by a Woman called ███████. The first person to buy it, Mr. ████, bought the so-called purse for ██ euros. 2 days later, the disappearing of Mr. ████ had been reported to the Local Authorities, and the location of the purse was unknown. After interrogating the Seller, such admitted that the purse was seen a block away from her stand, and, with no sight from the buyer, for a total of 10 minutes, presumed that the content had been abandoned, and so retrieved it, for later to be sold again. The same cycle continued, and until SCP's interference on the investigations, a total of 10 people had disappeared, including the original owner, ███████, and a second owner (after the disappearing of the first), her son, ███████. Due to the age of this purse, possibly more people could have disappeared, yet, only the earlier mentioned number could be directly linked.

While driving back to our local headquarters, the Vehicle came to an halt after a Man, later identified as Mr. █████, ran to the front of the car, making the Officer engage the parking brake to avoid hitting Mr. █████. After pulling over the vehicle, and running over to Mr. █████, with the intention of aiding with any possible injuries, Officer ████ saw "visible expression of fear, in a man with poor hygiene, completely lost in space.".

"On the ██/██/██, after 2 reports of disappearings, and both being possibly linked to Mrs. ███████, and the selling of her antique purse, Vehicle ██, consisting of Officers █████ and █████, was mobilized to "Rua de █████████", with court authorization to arrest and, in the shortest amount of time possible, interrogate Mrs. ███████. I stayed there for a while, maybe 5 minutes, maybe even more to be sure it was abandoned, still no sight of the guy. I decided to snatch it, and well, keep it.
Detective. █████.: Your alibi matches. We have Surveillance Footage showing you leaving the store and closing it, and coming back 30 minutes after. You're lucky we didn't see you kidnapping Mr. ████ though.
Mrs. ███████ ██: Look, Im telling you, on my Son's grave. I have no clue what happened to him. All I know is that the purse was abandoned, and so I took it. Perfectly legal, it was abandoned.

Upon arrival, both Officers saw Mr. ████████, with a visible expression of fear and despair, waiting for the officers at his House Entry. Mr. ████████ said there that his mother, Mrs. ███████, had been missing for around 1 day. Upon asking the reason for the exit of Mrs. ███████, and the time, Mr. ████████ said, in a elevated tone, possibly due to being afraid something wrong happened to his mother, that she had gone to sell her antique purse to a customer, and that she would only take 15 minutes since the customer was waiting for her on the other side of the street. Upon asking if any complaints were possibly received by this customer, possibly raising the fact that Mrs. ███████ was kidnapped/lost track on his way to the meeting, and such had not been made, Mr. ████████ said that until now, no one has said anything about any pendant deal. After trying to calm down, to try and get some more information, Mr. ████████ also said that he had attempted to find his mother, only to find the purse on a bench 200 meters from his home. We reached the conclusion that this disappearing can be related with the 7 disappearings that have happened this month. We decided not to confiscate the purse due to the fact that the court must be contacted, and we must be allowed authorization for such. We decided not to interrogate Mr. ████████, since we do not believe that he had anything to do with the missing, and the fact there is a significant lack of evidence.".

First clearly recorded instance of SCP-3199, taken during initial recovery.
Special Containment Procedures: All live instances of SCP-3199 are to be contained on Site-114 within a modified Keter humanoid containment chamber (hereby referred to as primary containment), the walls of which should be coated in approximately two centimeter thick acid-resistant steel. CCTV equipment is installed in the north-eastern and south-western corners. Two meters of empty space are to be allocated between primary and secondary containment.
Secondary containment consists of suspending all live instances of SCP-3199 within a block of solid transparent substance (currently clear acrylic resin).
This block is to be at a height of at least three meters, with one armed security guard stationed immediately outside initial containment at all times. An eight-digit passcode can be obtained from the current Site-114 director in order to bypass primary containment.
Secondary containment is to be regularly examined for damages. Movement and activity of any kind is to be noted, and the current Site-114 Director is to be informed at the earliest possible convenience.
A temporary recall procedure is detailed in Addendum 3199-03. Experiments involving the use of live SCP-3199 instances are strictly prohibited without approval from at least two personnel of Level-4 security clearance or above.
As of 12/6/2017, there are four live instances of SCP-3199 successfully contained.
As of 2/18/2019, there are six live instances of SCP-3199 successfully contained.
Description: SCP-3199 denotes a species of sapient Category-5 biological entities of currently indeterminable origin, though tissue samples indicate the presence of Silkie chicken1, chimpanzee2, stoat3, mussel4, adder5, and human DNA. They are typically hairless, stained with a thin layer of an albumen-like excretion, and stand at an average of 2.9 meters. Its weight averages 780 kg for a matured instance, and 360 kg for a hatchling. Autopsy has determined that the cervical vertebrae of a mature SCP-3199 instance is composed of cartilage, rather than bone. This enables the neck and throat to twist and dislocate to around 340° in either direction, aiding their unusual reproductive cycle.
SCP-3199 are opportunistic hunters, engaging with live subjects within a currently unidentified radius within a radius of 0.6 kilometers surrounding hatchlings that have not yet reached full adolescence. Average speed is recorded at 25 km/h. Upon contact with human or animal subjects, SCP-3199 will proceed to [REDACTED], liquefying internal organs and bone structure. A suitable cadaver is then transferred within range of the closest hatchling.
SCP-3199 produces large eggs of an off-white coloration and rubbery appearance. An egg will pass through the entity's digestive track, esophagus and eventually out via the mouth, followed by a viscous red substance (first thought to be a form of placenta, chemical breakdown has determined it to be a highly corrosive material.) SCP-3199 shows extreme distress throughout the process, with personnel describing the sound as 'not dissimilar to a scream'.
SCP-3199 produces its eggs to fill unoccupied space. There is no known limit to the number of eggs SCP-3199 is capable of producing, and the standing theory is as follows: given enough time, a single instance could singlehandedly perform an LK-Class species transmutation scenario. The termination of a live instance can be achieved through a variety of equally effective methods- SCP-3199 has proven to be around as resilient as a standard human subject. However, complete eradication has proven impossible difficult, as all instances of SCP-3199 (regardless of age) carry one egg within a specialized stomach-like organ upon birth, assuring that one living instance will persist through even ordinary means of constant and lethal assault. This biological phenomena is presumed to be, in itself, anomalous in origin.
A single SCP-3199 egg can bear a tremendous amount of resilience, maintaining its form and purpose even following continual subjection to:
- Extreme blunt-force trauma.
- Pressure exceeding 180,000 psi.
- High-precision blades (serrated and non-serrated).
- Long-term acid exposure.
The application of plastic explosives was considered, but quickly rejected by higher administration. Heat is a primary component in the growth and development of SCP-3199's eggs (see Addendum 3199-04), and Foundation Researcher Pwygh-Bythell was particularly apprehensive towards the idea, believing it would almost certainly result in a second containment breach.
SCP-3199 was issued Keter classification on 10/6/2017 following a containment breach. SCP-3199's prior containment method (a sedated water bath) was disassembled, and replaced with a revised containment procedure as listed above.

Special Containment Procedures: Assuming theory one, SCP – XXXX has already infected every living human. A containment is thereby impossible.
Assuming theory two, the anomaly can be easily contained, by keeping civilians away from SCP – XXXX – 1.
SCP – XXXX – 1 can be used as a normal Foundation Site. Only the SCP’s, that were stationed there previously may be kept in SCP – XXXX – 1 until further notice. The data SCP – XXXX – 1 provides may be used to create containment procedures. Those anomalies must be transferred into SCP custody.

All testing of SCP – XXXX’s effect on former employees of the ‚Kaiser Foundation’ or members of the group ‘Are We Cool Yet’ is prohibited by order of the ethic committee. Kaiser Foundation personnel should be monitored until further notice.
Description: SCP – XXXX is an informational hazard. The effect of which is triggered by entering SCP – XXXX – 1; a containment site in ████. In construction and purpose not unlike a SCP – Foundation site, although apparently created by the ‚Kaiser Foundation‘. The containment site was labeled ‚KF – Site – 02‘6
When an individual enters SCP – XXXX – 1, they may gain knowledge of the Kaiser foundation.
There are two theories about the precise nature of SCP – XXXX:
Theory one: Everyone has lost their memory of the Kaiser Foundation, because of an antimemetic effect, SCP – XXXX. For some reason entering SCP – XXXX – 1 is canceling out this effect; so people, who had previous knowledge of the Kaiser Foundation, regain their memory. This theory is supported by the sheer size of data found in the KF database. In this data, records of an antimemetic entity called ‘the Great Deer’ were found that apparently attacked the Kaiser Foundation. Another factor that supports this theory is the existence of KF – Site – 01, that was found in the ████ dessert.
Theory two: The Kaiser Foundation never existed and entering SCP – XXXX – 1 modifies the memory of random people. This is supported by the effect SCP – XXXX has on the people that were supposed Employees of the Kaiser Foundation (See interview log XXXX – b).
In SCP – XXXX – 1, several other anomalies were found that are now in SCP custody. The KF database also contained security protocols for those anomalies that are now used by the SCP Foundation.
SCP – XXXX came to the foundations attention after information about the Kaiser Foundation were found in SCP database. SCP personnel did not know of the origin, which is still an open question, since no date or researcher signature was found.
Immediately after the anomaly was discovered, the employees of the antimemetics department, who are constantly supplied with nestics, were questioned about the Kaiser Foundation. No member of the department seemed to possess any knowledge about it. This could have multiple explanations:
Since the Kaiser Foundation was comparatively small, not many personnel were assigned to monitor the group. It is entirely possible, that the information about the existence of the Kaiser Foundation never reached the antimemetics department.
Of course, some see this as evidence that the Kaiser Foundation did not exist.
A highly improbable third option is, that SCP - XXXX is an antmemetic phenomenon, that through unknown means, is strong enough to cancel out nestics. This is extremely unlikely. However, if enough evidence is found to support the theory, SCP - XXXX must be [Data Expunged]

Special Containment Procedures: Embedded agents in workplaces are to monitor and confirm any occurrences of SCP-XXXX. MTF Xi-5 ("Cleaning Duty") is to clear any remnants left over by SCP-XXXX and transport them to Site-01 for analysis and storage. To minimize the spread of knowledge surrounding the anomaly, any mentions of SCP-XXXX are expunged from any planned public safety manuals. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are to be detained in humanoid confinement chambers and provided basic necessities in accordance with the United Nations Anomalies Right Act.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a poorly-understood procedure that occurs in workplaces, often in unsupervised or visually obscured areas, such as toilets and break rooms. In the latter, surveillance footage is retrievable, yet the complete sequence that each human subject (hereby designated as SCP-XXXX-1) undergoes during SCP-XXXX cannot be ascertained. As described in the following:
- SCP-XXXX-1, often seen working, abruptly stops and surveys its surroundings slowly.
- After two minutes, SCP-XXXX-1 exits the workplace, disregarding any prior work done.
- In 68% of occurrences, SCP-XXXX-1 walks to the break room. If this room is occupied, SCP-XXXX-1 positions themselves furthest away from coworkers, and looks at their mobile phone7 until they leave.
- Once the room is empty, SCP-XXXX-1 locks the door and switches off the lights.
- SCP-XXXX-1 positions themselves and stands, immobile, at the center of the room for 30 seconds.
- After which, it yawns, and begins to convulse. Their head snaps up to the ceiling with the mouth opening agape multiple times in quick succession throughout the entirety of the footage.
- The entire body seizes in its upright position, while the arms twist at unnatural angles, including fingers. SCP-XXXX-1 then collapses with their lower limbs dislocating themselves.
- SCP-XXXX-1 exhibits internal hemorrhaging; a mixture of blood and a viscous black liquid begin to escape from any orifice.
- Large, irregularly-shaped protrusions extrude from the body, before they settle back down. These bulges begin from the lower limbs to the head, causing unnaturally large expansions of their body parts. Subsequently, the view is completely obscured by human viscera and blood.
Investigations by embedded assets reveal the aftermath of SCP-XXXX: a hollow corpse identical in appearance to SCP-XXXX-1, without their skeletal, muscular and digestive systems. The eyeballs are torn from their eye sockets.
A trail, composed of human blood (identical in DNA to SCP-XXXX-1) and a viscous black liquid (examined to contain cortisol hormone levels higher than the average human) leads from the remains to the nearest ventilation shaft. Subsequent examinations of the vents did not reveal any findings, apart from occasional civilian testimonies of hearing muffled yawns, sighs and sobs from the vents.
30 minutes later, an instance of SCP-XXXX-2 emerges from the same shaft. SCP-XXXX-2 is the collective designation assigned to an unconfirmed number of emaciated humanoids of varying height and weight. Various abnormalities include, but are not limited to:
- Charred pigmentation of skin, which exhibits greater elasticity than the human epidermis. Applying pressure exudes a viscous, black substance identical in chemical structure to the trail.
- Three orifices equidistantly interspersed on their face.
- Two orifices are hollow and situated on the upper half of the face. The third remains open at all times, revealing a full set of adult teeth and gum.
SCP-XXXX-2 instances do not vocalize, save for audible wheezes through their third orifice. These also suffer from retrograde amnesia, often being unresponsive to visual aid or audio snippets of their loved ones.
Currently, 58 instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are in containment. 47 of these instances sit on the floor, tapping repeatedly on any nearby surface with their fingers; the importance of this behavior is uncertain.

Special Containment Procedures: Because of it's nature, SCP-XXXX can not be contained traditionally, only by deleting information about the ritual and administering amnestics to people who know anything about it. The main goal is to completely erase all traces of information about the existence of the ritual.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a ritual that can summon the angel-like entities, referred to as SCP-XXXX-01. Person performing it need to feel the desire for revenge, must be a victim (or a close relative if the victim is dead) of a crime, where perpetrator is known, but for some reason could not be punished by the human justice system, mainly due to the lack of evidence or the fact that such a person is somehow influential and can avoid the punishment.
SCP-XXXX exist as an old legend known mostly by elderly people in UK, especially Wales. According to it, SCP-XXXX-01 instances are absolutely neutral and punish people based solely on the summoner's beliefs, therefore in case that the chosen person turns out to be innocent, the summoner will be simply left with a sense of guilt, as a punishment of sorts. This is included as a warning in the original version of the legend.
The ritual includes saying a special "prayer" (See Document XXXX-001 for more details), offering few drops of blood and writing all known information about the perpetrator on a piece of paper in red ink. If all these conditions are met, the ritual should result in the appearance of one or more instances of SCP-XXXX-01.
Based on the testimony of people who had contact with it, SCP-XXXX-01 is the group of entities that, in most cases, resemble the common image of angels present in various religions or cultures with fair hair (mostly golden blond), lack of the physical body and being dressed in flowing white robes. Many witnesses also mentions that the perfect facial features, no expressions and the color of their skin makes them look like statues carved out of ivory, but in most cases their bodies appear slightly translucent too. Face features of SCP-XXXX-01 instances are presented differently by each person, the height also varies, but they are always taller than the average person, measuring around 2 meters in height.
However, what distinguishes SCP-XXXX-01 entities from the image of typical angels are dark blue eyes that lack any pupils and huge scarlet-colored wings which glisten slightly in the light, as if they were made of rubies, although the feathers look similar to ordinary ones, just much bigger in size. It also seems that when the entities try to establish verbal communication, their lips do not move despite the fact that the voice is heard, but the people summoning them are subconsciously sure that it is the voice of the SCP-XXXX-01 entity.

After saying this words, summoner needs to puncture their skin, preferably on the finger, and let a few drops of blood to fall on a piece of paper that contain information about the chosen person.
Addendum XXXX-001: SCP-XXXX used to be known by small group of people, but lately started to spread quite fast online and it came to Foundation's attention because of increase in cases where mostly some rich and influential people, possibly engaged in criminal activities, were disappearing. A thorough investigation of both these people and potential victims of their activities revealed the anomalous nature of SCP-XXXX.
Summoners, when asked if they know what is happening to individuals whom they have identified as the perpetrators to SCP-XXXX-01 instances, say that the entities show how the chosen are simply "wiped out" of existence, which additionally seems to cause them great suffering.
Addendum XXXX-002: On 01/08/20██, young woman from UK who summoned SCP-XXXX-01 was brought into Foundation custody and, while being questioned by Foundation, took out a piece of paper from her jacket pocket, handing it to the agent. On one side was a very carefully crafted drawing of SCP-XXXX: one male and one female figure in the foreground, quite different from each other in appearance, three very similar looking male figures in the background. On the other side of the paper there were notes in neat handwriting, but apparently made in a hurry, in fragments of sentences.

When asked how she got so much information about each individual instance of SCP-XXXX-01, woman said that she simply asked the entities, got an answer, and later wrote it down.

Special Containment Procedures: Containment of SCP-XXXX can only be established once a particular manifestation occurs. If the presence of SCP-XXXX is confirmed, immediate surveillance of it's location is to be established for the entire duration of its manifestation.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid with the appearance of a 60+ year old Caucasian female. Cross-referencing existing surveillance material with archival footage and photographs has identified multiple manifestations of SCP-XXXX throughout the last decades with the earliest dating back to 1988 in the Belarusian Gomel Region. Since then - sighting are spread around the globe and do not seem transfixed around a certain area or location.
SCP-XXXX will manifest around ares of war, famine and natural or ecological disasters. It will take the form of either a nurse or doctor working in a premature termination facility for infants. The existence of such official facilities is not mandatory, as due to the dangerous conditions state hospitals might cease to exist or offer such services. in such a case, SCP-XXXX will emerge as an independent nurse single-handedly offering infant termination services to those that seek them; location varies but it will be an inconspicuous apartment or cellar.
SCP-XXXX is fully capable of normal human interactions - recordings show it has the mannerism and voice tone of a compassionate and emphatic medical personnel. While interactions with pregnant women differ on a case-by-case basis - it will always, once only, ask the mother if she is certain of her choice. No further dissuasion attempts are made in case of a positive response, and it will even try to encourage and provide emotional comfort before and after the procedure.

Description
SCP-XXXX is an anomalous banner advertisement that appears on numerous popular websites. Although the contents of the advertisement vary, it typically contains a white background with the text "Join FireDiamond now!" and some russian characters spelling out "FireDiamond".
When clicked, the banner redirects the user to an empty webpage, and an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 will manifest near the user.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a humanoid entity approximately 182cm in height. It refers to itself as Jerald Maestro, and occasionally Jeremy Master. Upon manifestation, it begins to tell any nearby people about his awesome website, FireDiamond, describing it as a "website where you can find your OWN genre!".
SCP-XXXX-1 vanishes as soon as the opened webpage is closed. Communicating with SCP-XXXX-1 is not possible, as the entity ignores all attempts from other people to contact him. Refer to Interview XXXX-A
