Special Containment Procedures: 5182 is to be kept in a standard 5-meter by 5-meter by 5-meter stainless steel and acid-resistant cube. 5182 is to be kept at the site [DATA EXPUNGED], and testing is to be handed out by Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] and 05-COUNCIL-MEMBER [DATA EXPUNGED]. The cube that SCP-5182 is in has to have a hardness scale of 9.
When near, the anomaly makes the nearest person have an irresistible urge to go engage it.
No contact with SCP-5182 is allowed. All contact with 5182 needs to be approved by the 05-council.
Level 4 security clearance is required to engage 5182.
As of 2/17/2021, there are only 3 instances of unauthorized personnel and 7 instances of authorized personnel engaging SCP-5182.
In case of containment breaches, SCP-5182 is to be recaptured by teams of 3 or higher. All personnel in the area will attempt to re-capture SCP-5182.

Description: SCP-5182 appears to be a standard American toilet stall with no features that indicate any abnormalities. The entity appears to be sentient and all attempts of communication with 5182 will cause the personnel extreme psychological pain.
5182 can move freely using its victim’s legs as the legs for the stall.

5182 uses acidic black ooze around the cube that it is in to try to escape.
SCP-5182 is 36 inches wide and 60 inches deep.
Victims of 5182 report hearing screaming after entering SCP-5182, which induces a fear instinct in humans. This scream gets closer to the victim until they feel a small pain in their legs. At this stage, the victim is now not able to leave the stall. Once they feel the pain in their legs, the entity triggers an extreme desire to get out. This causes the victim to start screaming in pain and fear for around 10-20 minutes. After this sequence of events end, the victim is left with both legs missing. If the victim doesn’t pass away from blood loss, the foundation will take them in.
Survivors of this incident will get interviewed, then get their memory wiped.
The entity does not seem to need any form of life to keep alive. However, foundation staff continues to feed SCP-5182 CLASS-D personnel in hopes of communicating with the creature.
All testing with CLASS-D personnel must be approved by Dr. [DATA EXPUNGED] or 05-COUNCIL-MEMBER [DATA EXPUNGED]
All attempts of communication with 5182 have to be approved by the 05-council.
As of 2/17/2021, only 6 requests for communication with SCP-5182 have been approved.

The entity communicates using the blood of his victims to write on the wall. The entity appears to enjoy this way of communication, however, the entity does not appear to have much blood at its disposal.
Due to the uselessness and the danger of the creature, there is now a termination order for SCP-5182.
As of 2/17/2021, SCP-5182’s termination order is pending. As of 2/19/2021, the termination order of SCP-5182 has been declined by the 05-council as they believe that SCP-5182 potentially could help neutralize anomalies. They also believe that SCP-5182 could be a good source of intel if they can successfully tame the anomaly.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5163 is to be contained within Site-740 Site-741 in a Class 2 biological containment unit no smaller than 500 square meters in total area. This containment unit is to be furnished according to Level 3 Humanoid Living Quarter standards. In addition to these standards, the following items are required to be present within the containment unit:
- One large round table, measuring no more than 4 meters in diameter
- Ten large office chairs, upholstered with leather and ergonomically cushioned with high-density foam or gel
- At least ten standard Foundation Electronic Review and Observation System (EROS) units
The aforementioned biological containment unit is to be outfitted with hardened steel, magnetically sealable door in addition to the standard compliment of security measures afforded to a Class 2 biological containment unit. Any additional security features may be suggested to the Site Director and may be granted per the approval of the O5 Council.
In the event of a containment breach, all foundation facilities within a 25 km radius of Site are to undergo Stage 3 lockdown procedures and shutoff any and all methods of communication until directed to reestablish communication capabilities by O5-█.
In the unlikely event of SCP-5163 encountering SCP-049, commonly referred to as a "Ten Pin Scenario" by Foundation agents at Site-741, the Site Director is to be immediately notified. Upon notification, the Site Director is to notify the O5 Council of the scenario immediately and Protocol 5163-Γ "Dissenting Opinion" is to be enacted.
Description: SCP-5163 is a group of nine human medical professionals of various disciplines and expertise hereby referred to by the designations SCP-5163-1 to SCP-5163-9. Most of these individuals show little in the way of physical anomalies, however, their origins and expertise has proven to be highly anomalous and vary highly between each individual member of SCP-5163.
Each individual member of SCP-5163 is a member of an accredited medical board or medical advisory group. Examples of which include the American Dental Association (ADA), Center for Disease Control, CDC and ████████████████████, ██████████. When contacted, none of the associated organizations had knowledge of any of the other doctors, nor were they aware of any associations between the nine members. Further research into the official and sealed records of each individual organization is ongoing.
Communication with members of SCP-5163 can be accomplished via normal communicative means, including but not limited to direct interaction and conversation, email, and telephone. Though these methods have proven successful, certain individuals in the group have shown resistance to some of the methods based on reasons such as fear, lack of understanding, and inefficiency. In these cases, direct communication via conversation or written letter is recommended.
SCP-5163 is commonly known to the general public, though its exact composition and members are unknown. This is due to the public's numerous instances of SCP-5163's approval of various medical and non-medical products. An archetypal example of this depiction of approval is included below in document SCP-5163-V1.
Given SCP-5163's members having a potentially powerful sway on public opinion regarding certain products, The Foundation has decided to limit their ability to opine on items that may lead to mass-casualty events or potential XK-class scenarios. Any request to review a specific item must be relayed to the Site Director, who will review the request and give preliminary approval, pending O5 approval confirmation.
While most of these interactions are generally benign and usually disregarded as a marketing technique by the various companies that create these products, The Foundation maintains that these nine doctors do have the ability to effect the public perception of products that they endorse or disapprove.
Addendum 5163-α: The Plague Doctor's Incident: On ██/██/2017, a request was made by SCP-5163-1 to attempt to find what he referred to as the "chairman of their board." SCP-5163-1 insisted that in order to further their medical research and ability to conduct their "medical duty," the tenth member of their group would need to be reunited with the rest of the group.
When asked for any defining characteristics regarding the missing member, SCP-5163-1 listed the following characteristics:
- Above average height, "maybe about 2 meters."
- Slender build
- Penchant for wearing black clothing and a mask with a big nose
- An older gentleman, but his exact age was unknown
Based on this description, a request to transfer SCP-049 to Site-740 and after approval from O5-█, SCP-049 was transferred via ███████████ in order to avoid any potential public exposure.
When SCP-049 arrived and was introduced to the members of SCP-5163, a small dialogue began.
SCP-049: Good afternoon, colleagues. It has been too long.
SCP-5163-1: Indeed it has, █████████. Are you ready to continue our research?
SCP-049: Yes, though I fear that much time has passed between our last meeting. I am not familiar with your current research.
SCP-5163-2: We'll get you up to speed, doctor. Please, take your seat here.
SCP-049 took a seat between SCP-5163-6 and SCP-5163-7 at a table within SCP-5163's containment cell. A small tube is produced by SCP-5163-4 and is placed on the table for the doctors to review. Video surveillance in the containment unit reveals the tube possesses a label with the words "Rhinosterinohyde - The next phase in facial cleansers" and contains a titanium-white colored cream.
Several hours pass with the members of SCP-5163 and SCP-049 debating on the usefulness of this cream. Upon conclusion of their deliberations, and on the recommendation of SCP-049, all 10 of the doctors approve the use of the cream for "only medically recommended uses." The meeting is concluded in short order, the doctors shake hands, and SCP-049 approaches the door of the containment unit. SCP-049 requests to be returned to his containment unit, which is granted.
Within the next three weeks, television commercials advertising "The newest, doctor-approved treatment for the 'scourge' of acne and psoriasis" were noted as appearing on all major television networks. The advertisements note that the "'pestilence' of these debilitating diseases has finally been 'cured!', which caught the attention of Foundation agents within multiple media corporations, given that the wording used in the advertisements was very similar to the wording used by SCP-049 to describe the "disease" he has been researching and developing a cure for.
After six weeks of the advertisement's broadcast, at least ████ deaths related to consumption of Rhinosterinohyde had been reported to the United States' ███ and the ███. These deaths were remarkable in that the individuals who perished had perfectly clear skin, but appeared to have been reanimated to varying degrees for up to 9 hours. In three cases, the deceased demonstrated near full control of their extremities, though showed none of the typical signs of life.
During the initial 18 weeks of advertisement, █████ people were recorded deceased as a direct result of Rhinosterinohyde use. Foundation agents undercover in the ███ worked to remove all instances of Rhinosterinohyde and its derivatives from retail store shelves.
In response to this incident, SCP-049's access to SCP-5163's members has been completely revoked, and SCP-049 was moved to its previous site location. SCP-5163 was relocated to Site-741 in order to ensure that SCP-049 could not find his colleagues at their previous location, should SCP-049 ever escape.
Protocol 5163-Γ, known to Site personnel as "Dissenting Opinion" was developed to ensure that any further potential incidents could be contained before the public.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a dried red rose found on the coast of Newfoundland, Canada found [REDACTED]/25/1988 it shows no signs of decomposition, SCP-XXXX In its inactive state shows no signs of anomalous activity and shows no effects of its symptoms, but through 5PM CDT - 6PM CDT (Central Daylight Time) SCP-XXXX goes into its active state, causing anyone to fall in love within a 5 kilometer radius of SCP-XXXX
every couple being consisted of a boy and a girl, the couples show no anomalous effects when dating, once dating, they will be transported to Newfoundland, Canada. and after about 1-10 months will be teleported to SCP-XXXX-2, a beach on the coast of Newfoundland, Canada, 2 personnel are to be kept there posing as life guard due to the popularity of the beach. Then once the couples (referred to as SCP-XXXX-3) then pass out immediately and transfer to Site-553 in Winchester, OK. After that, the couples are given Class-B Amnestics. Then SCP-XXXX-3 are to be married by personnel that were Ministers or D-Classes that were Ministers.

Profile: Theodosia is a young looking woman with curly brown hair, that usually shows up at work in a vintage inspired outfit. She isn’t the most trusted personnel due to her beginnings at the foundation, and also for the fact that she has close relationships with some SCPs, but most people don’t seem to really mind it. She is often described as a pretty understanding and kind person, but she can be very stubborn with her ideas, especially when she thinks she is in the right.

Profession: Psychologist
Location: Site-18 (formally), Site-19
History: Before working at the Foundation, she unknowingly worked as a psychologist for the Chaos Insurgency along with her partner who was an agent there. She came to the foundation to gather information about it and the SCPs. Her partner made a fake business card for her to get approved.
Theodosia wasn’t seen suspicious by any of her coworkers, in fact, a lot of them said that looked happy and grateful for been there. After a year she moved to site-19, due to the lack of psychologists and people’s poor mental health at the time.
One of her coworkers caught her talking to her partner outside the site. They reported her to the higher authorities, who sent her to another site for 5 months to make sure she cuts all ties to the Chaos Insurgency. She was brought back after only two months, because they couldn’t find enough people willing to take her schedule. She continued working as a loyal member on site.

The main gate leading to the legendary library (designated SCP 4001) opens with a whooshing sound. When one of the O5 Council member's keycard touches the electric panel located on the left of the gate. It had taken him more than 15 minutes to get here but he knew why the library required so much security so he doesn't mind it. He had been busy with the termination attempts on SCP096 and cant remember the last time he took a break and went outside his lavish office.
He had come to the library to read old books. He enters the library, he can see the shelves stretched as far as his eyes can see. The bright lights catch his attention. He starts walking and takes a left turn from the entrance and immediately finds a collection of ancient, old books. He turns around, confused. His guards hadn’t reached. Strange because he had asked for 3 highly trained security guards and he couldn't see any of them behind him in the distance. Despite knowing the possible terrible outcomes, he keeps walking because he had been to this library many times and he can relocate after he is done what he came for.
He keeps walking and picks an interesting looking book that catches his attention out of the books from one of the many seemingly endless shelves. He opens it and reads the title, “Aphrodite” it says. This seemed strange to him as he had not seen any file in the foundation archives related to the name ‘Aphrodite’ before.
He sits down on one of the benches near the shelf and opens the book. To his surprise it is that the book refers to the the Greek Goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, passion and procreation, ‘Aphrodite’. He flips open the book out of curiosity. On the first page is the usual thing you would find when you open a book in SCP 4001. The book contained the records of her birth and everything she had done in her lifespan. He flips to a random page in the thick book and stumbles across a chapter which he had not yet heard about. He holds a great interest in the Greek Gods so this was unusual. He starts reading and finds out that this chapter had meant to be kept a secret and that's why no-one knew about it until then.
The chapter narrates a tale related to Apollo, the God of sun, light and healing. It was about Aphrodite secretly liking Apollo, but him not knowing about it. Aphrodite kept this to herself until one day she decided to tell this to her friend, Hecate, the Goddess of magic. Hecate told Aphrodite to confess her love to Apollo or to try to win over his heart. Aphrodite agrees and tries to gain Apollo's attention in every way possible, but he never got a clue about what it all was and was busy with his own work all the time that he didn't have a minute to spare for Aphrodite. After a few attempts, Aphrodite decides to give up.
Hecate finds her crying in her room one day and approaches her. She reassures her that everything will be alright. Aphrodite wipes her tears, gets up and holds the hand Hecate was lending out to her. She follows her and they walk into a room she had created for the magic she wanted to perform. She just needed the approval of Aphrodite. Hecate chanted, “Apokalýpto̱!” Commanding a black curtain that could only be seen when Hecate wanted it to be. The curtain reveals, Hecate opens it and takes Aphrodite through it. Hecate keeps talking about the magic she is going to do but Aphrodite does not seem to understand a single bit of it. They enter a room which seems to be made out of glass when walking on it, but none of the walls were reflectant, neither were the ceiling or the floor. Aphrodite assumes it was made out of magic. She keeps walking as Hecate guides her through emptiness. Just as she thought she had been walking for so long and she should ask Hecate about what it was all about, she spots a huge pillar in front of her in the distance which has a bright light, contained in a piece of glass. As soon as Aphrodite took a glance at it, she had to immediately look away because of how bright the light was. Hecate looks at Aphrodite and somehow Aphrodite knows exactly what she was asking. Maybe because she felt this anomaly was one that people deserved and needed to not go through the same situation. Aphrodite nods and Hecate lifts up the glass which now looked like a curtain because of how Hecate lifted it up. The strange bright light now seems to be rapidly growing in size and it makes Aphrodite look away and then it passes through the ceiling with ease as if it didn't exist. Aphrodite looks through her window and sees the bright light divide into several parts and then it splinters away into the day light.
He closes the cover of the book and reflects to himself while he stares into nothingness. Thinking about what he had just read realizing that the anomaly was in fact the emotion of love affecting everyone's subconscious. The anomaly was so close to everyone that it existed in the human psychosphere.
As soon as he closes the book, he hears a small stampede then stands up and follows the footsteps. He meets his guards again and they escort him out of the library.

Special Containment Procedures: A 2 man patrol will be stationed at every bridge in the NYC area. When SCP-XXXX is located, a containment team will be deployed, and place the bridge "under maintenance," until the event has completed. From there patrols will resume until SCP-XXXX appears again. Better methods of containment are currently being investigated
Description: SCP-XXXX is a phone sitting atop the railing of various bridges in the New York City area. The device seemingly dead, and unnoticeable to the public. Any attempts to remove the device have so far failed, the device returning to the bridge once it has left its area. On April 25, the phone powers on and displays an SMS messaging app, displaying to an empty chatroom. As this event occurs, a blonde-haired woman in a black dress (hereon known as SCP-XXXX-1) appears and picks up the phone, and begins texting. At this time, it is unknown what SCP-XXXX-1 is entering in the phone. After approximately 45 minutes, the woman begins to cry, and sits on the railing, facing the river. At this time, five individuals will approach SCP-XXXX-1. (Due to the way they interact with the anomaly, they are all collectively dubbed SCP-XXXX-2.) They will begin to try and comfort the subject, failing on multiple attempts. At so far observed random times, SCP-XXXX-2 will begin crying and start pleading with SCP-XXXX-1 to come down. At this point, SCP-XXXX-1 will set SCP-XXXX down on the railing, and stand on the edge before all instances of SCP-XXXX vanish, and SCP-XXXX powers down. After this, SCP-XXXX will vanish to another bridge in the NYC area.
Addendum: Two fingerprints where able to be lifted off of the screen, and one was a match to a NYPD officer in Brooklyn, the other is assumed to be the woman. After the interview, the fingerprint was unable to be lifted again
