Taken at SCP-XXXX twelfth appearance
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX at this time is uncontainable due to its anomalous properties.
All areas where SCP-XXXX manifest are to be taped off and listed as a danger to the public. 2 guards are to be placed outside the immediate area of SCP-XXXX; they are to be wearing the representative police uniforms of the country occupied by SCP-XXXX at the time to not rais suspicion by the public who tried to close to the area. All civilians who come within two miles are warned and told to turn around; if they do not heed the warning, they will be detained immediately. All the eyewitnesses that have reported the appearance of SCP-XXXX are to have a Class-D amnestic administered. As of 11/7/19██ , all researchers and MTF operatives have a psych evaluation every two years; if there are any signs of mental degradation, the person is to be designated three months leave and replaced.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity. Its height can be anywhere from 15 meters to 38 meters tall.
It is bipedal and is constructed out of burnt wood and ash; furthermore, SCP-XXXX has large plus small charred stumps and sticks coming out of its body, and It is very emaciated. It has antler-like growths on both sides of its head that can be anywhere from .9 to 1.5 meters in length, four small incisors, and two large canine-like teeth growths on the front of its face made of stone. SCP-XXXX is very fast for its size, and It has been seen to sprint up to 30 m/s in short bursts. Tho it doesn't use this speed often.
SCP-XXXX can not be killed by conventional means. Any instance where enough damage is caused to SCP-XXXX that would be fatal to another living creature, SCP-XXXX will collapse into a pile of ash and wood. SCP-XXXX will then reappear within an hour in the forest occupied at the time.
discovery: SCP-XXXX was first discovered in ████████ █████ Germany on 8/17/████ after a forest fire that burned down 74.18 km2 of forest. Reports came in of a “Sinder Elk stalking the burned-down forest.” upon which the foundation dispatched MTF Lambda-12 to the scene. MTF Lambda-12 went to quarantine the area and set up an observation area of SCP-XXXX.
Addendum-002: From 8/18/████ forward, Professor Thomas Cook will be holding a log on the studies of SCP-XXXX and its actions.

Hello, I'm Proffecer Thomas Cook, head researcher of SCP-XXXX, and today is the first day of log entries for SCP-XXXX! Woohoo!
Wait, maybe I should start over? This log is supposed to be a professional document, after all. Welp, too late!
So where to start
(Prof Cook poses for precisely 12.5 seconds)
Oh, I know! So when we got here, everything went smoothly. MTF Lambda-12 and nine other researchers, excluding myself, set up the camp, and the forest was taped off as a restricted area. But when we got to the SCP-XXXX location, it was just standing there, staring at us. Well, at least that’s what it felt like to me; anyways, SCP-XXXX hasn’t moved in the last 7 hours; we have tested its reflexes by shooting tennis balls at it, the thing is fast for how big it is! It caught every ball we launched with precision, and after catching the ball, it just dropped it on the ground. After the test, Dr. ████, Dr. ████ , and I collected the balls, and the grey powder which came from SCP-XXXX was tested and discovered to be ash! The thing is either made of ash or just covered in it! This very interesting. We will have to collect more samples.

So today was fascinating. SCP-XXXX Started walking and haven’t stopped since 7:30 AM. It’s pretty strange like it just walks in a straight line. What is it doing? where it's going? There’s no rhyme nor reason for its actions!
We followed SCP-XXXX for 12 miles straight, and it finally stopped! But what was interesting is where it stopped; it stopped right at the border of the burned-down forest! And then it just stood there looking into the green and lush forest for 3 hours. Then it turned around and crouched down. We’ve never seen this behavior before! It crouched down and started digging in the dirt! And after searching for 30 minutes straight, it stopped and then filled the hole back in with the soil it had dug up. Then it started heading back in the direction it had come. We left some men behind to dig up the area that SCP-XXXX had dug up to see if they could find anything of importance will we headed back first to stay with SCP-XXXX.

<Begin voice log recording>
Welp, today was quite eventful; we had our first human test with SCP-XXXX!
And the results were fascinating. So apparently, SCP-XXXX is very fragile to human touch! I'll leave the experiment log here:
[Test 002-A - 8/29/████
Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: D-Class 2371 set to interact with SCP-XXXX.
Results: the subject is instructed to come within 2 meters of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX does not move. The subject is instructed to go within reaching distance of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX takes two steps forward, upon which the subject panics then falls over. The subject is instructed to go and touch SCP-XXXX. Personnel does not comply; a warning is given to the subject that it must comply upon which the subject does, and gets up and goes up to SCP-XXXX. The subject is instructed to touch SCP-3372 Right leg. The subject complies and touches SCP-XXXX’s right leg, upon which the leg starts to disseminate into ash, the reminisce of ash blows away. D-Class personnel instructed to come back quickly.
Analysis: samples of SCP-XXXX the ash was discovered to have no significant molecular difference in it from normal ash and is completely composed of the ash in the area of its appearance. SCP-XXXX seems to be calm and docile to the point of no interaction with living things. Furthermore, SCP-XXXX is very fragile to human touch.]]
We took more samples of SCP-XXXX ash to take a more in-depth look into its makeup. There was no different from that of normal ash. Furthermore, we also discover that the ash that SCP-XXXX constructed isn't just any ash; it’s completely comprised of the ash in the forest. Isn't that interesting? And we don’t know why the DC didn’t want to follow our commands. I'll be having an interview with him soon.

Okay, what to say.
(Prof Cook pauses for 5.6 seconds)
welp, I guess I can tell you about Test A-003. We wanted to see how SCP-XXXX would respond to fiscal trauma. First, we started with a paintball gun, and there was no response or movement at all, unlike when we were launching tennis balls at it. Then we had a D-Class hit it in the leg with a bat, and again there was no response or movement from SCP-XXXX. What was more interesting was how the D-Class said it was like hitting a living tree at the base as hard as he could. So we just continued to make the tools more and more deadly, you could say. We used a sword! And It cut SCP-XXXX leg. Taking a chip out of it! But still, it didn't seem to affect SCP-XXXX. It didn't even flinch, and it just continued to stand there. But in the end, we decided to use live rounds of an assault rifle to see if they’d affect SCP-XXXX, and they did! After five gun rounds to the chest of SCP-XXXX, it collapsed into a pile of wood and ash! And let me tell you, it scared the crap out of me. I thought we had accidentally killed or “Naturalized,” as they call it. But thankfully, after a 7-hour search, we found SCP-XXXX! You can’t kill this thing by conventional means, but I wonder why it fell apart in the first place? We’re going to need to test this more.
Dr.████: Cook! SCP-XXXX collapsed!
What? What do you mean? It collapsed!
(Cook and Dr.████ run out of the tent)
(people outside the tent can hear running and shouting faintly for 6 minutes)
(the sound of a car engine and cars driving away can be heard)
(7 hours pass until the sound of approaching vehicles can be heard)
(shouting and running can be vaguely picked up)
(Prof Cook can be heard talking outside)
What? Okay, I'll pack my stuff up.
Crap! I left this thing on!
Erm, I should tell you what happened. So basically, SCP-XXXX collapsed into a pile of ash and wood out of nowhere, and we have no idea why! And we went searching for it, but we couldn’t find it anywhere. Therefore we're going to be packing our stuff up and leaving the area to continue to look for it tomorrow, but we don’t know where it went.

[Hello, I’m Professor Thomas Cook, head researcher and study of SCP-XXXX for roughly five years. Wow, I can’t believe it’s been that long! We intercepted a message that retained information on what could be a new appearance of SCP-XXXX. We will be leaving in 2 days to head that way to check it out.
Man, I’m so tired of chasing this thing all around the world! At least this time, it’s in the ██. Wait, I can’t say that. Well, whatever, it will just be inked over later anyways. so much stuff has happened, with Dr. ████ committing suicide in his one tent 3 years ago and
I need a vacation, a long one at that! To get away from SCP-XXXX, and it’s constantly moving. I can never get any sleep! Even when it stays still, it creaks and cracks like crazy. It's so annoying, and don’t get me started on the creepy call sound it makes! After this, I’m probably going to take a leave for a while. Oh yeah, I forgot to say that we finally figured out why SCP-XXXX leaves an aria out of the blue all the time! So after an extensive search of every place SCP-XXXX has been, we found one thing in common: all of them had vegetation returning to the area!
So at least we finally figured that mystery out! I was getting mad at the lack of purpose that SCP-XXXX has like it seems mindless, like it’s just there to be there. But this new information could lead us to learn so much more about SCP-XXXX that we never knew!
<End log>
On 11/2/████ in ███████, California. MTF Lambda-12 and all the researchers assigned to SCP-XXXX were dispatched due to SCP-XXXX citing in the area. Upon arrival, MTF Lambda-12 taped off the area of SCP-XXXX and then started searches for SCP-XXXX. Upon discovery of SCP-XXXX, all ten researchers set up observation, and no physical changes were apparent. Furthermore, there were no behavioral changes visible. Until Professor Thomas Cook collected a sample of SCP-XXXX’s ash and wood, upon which SCP-XXXX swung its left arm, hitting him and knocking him into a nearby tree, killing him instantly. Upon which MTF Lambda-12 opened fire on SCP-XXXX. After five shots to the chest cavity of SCP-XXXX, it collapsed into a pile of ash and burnt wood.
Immediately a search party was sent to find SCP-XXXX. Upon discovery, a more tactical and safe observation area was set up(the cause of SCP-XXXX aggression is unknown, but it is theorized that it is because the forest fire was caused on purpose instead of by natural causes)[[footnote][This theory has been proven. See Document 002-A][[/footnote]]
Due to the events on 11/2/████ the A message was sent to Foundation's Director of Task Forces on site-██ and after 3 months it was approved for the creation of Mobil Task Force or MTF-Delta-007 (Cinderella) by the 05 council. to be the representative group to research SCP-XXXX.
Addendum-002: [By no means is there to be any destruction, burning, or killing of an animal or plant in an 8-kilometer radius of SCP-XXXX.
Due to the events in Document 002-A, If this does happen, all personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to evacuate immediately.
**Test A-005- -11/06/████ 14:36 **
Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: A Singular eastern white pine sapling, a canister of precisely 2 gallons of gasoline, and a small box of matches is placed 3 Meters away from SCP-XXXX. One D-Class personnel is instructed to go to the sapling and dowse it with gasoline and light it using the matches.
Results: ones the sapling was doused in the gasoline and the D-class proceed to light a match, SCP-XXXX sprinted into Him, throwing him 10 meters, breaking five ribs puncturing his right lung, and breaking a femur in his left leg due to impact with a stump of a tree.
After which, SCP-XXXX continues to pursue personal. Upon which MTF-Delta-7 (Cinderella) opened fire on SCP-XXXX, Neutralizing it for the moment being.
Analysis: due to the violent reaction from SCP-XXXX towards any burning or destruction of wildlife, we have concluded that humans were the cause of the violent response from SCP-XXXX on 8/2/████ and the death of Professor cook.
No further tests involving these things should be prohibited due to the dangers they pose to personnel.
*11/06/████ 15:12*: After Test A-005, all personnel was instructed to get ready for a search for SCP-XXXX. But the search was unneeded because SCP-XXXX had come back to the area of Test A-005(it is noted that SCP-XXXX has never gone back to the point of Neutralization). after reaching there, SCP-XXXX proceeded to attack personnel and destroy equipment (an instance of violence from SCP-XXXX like this has never happened before) all personnel was ordered immediately to evacuate.
Interviewed: [D-class 2371]
Interviewer: [ Professor Thomas Cook]
Foreword: [Questioning of D-class 2371, and his reluctance to follow orders during Test 002-A on 8/29/████ for SCP-xxxx]
<Begin Log,>
Interviewer: [Tell me D-2371 why were you reluctant to Follow orders? Were you not told SCP-XXXX is not hostile.]
Person: [Well, they did tell me, Prof Cook! But you don’t understand! You didn’t feel what I felt!]
Interviewer: [What do you mean by feeling what I felt? Please explain.]
Person: [well, when I got into the distance of SCP-XXXX, I looked into its eyes and felt this indescribable amount of fear! It’s like without speaking, that thing was telling me it wanted me dead!]
Interviewer: [D-2371, are you telling me that you felt a killer intent coming from SCP-XXXX?]
Person: [Yes! Unlike anything I’ve felt before! And that's the reason I freaked out when it moved. I thought I was going to die! That it was going to kill me!]
Interviewer: [So this is the reason you were reluctant to comply with the orders to touch SCP-XXXX.]
Person: [yes.]
Interviewer: [Okay, there will be no further questions. you are dismissed.]
<End Log,>
Closing Statement: [D-class 2371 reason for the reluctance to follow orders was due to an unknown anomalies effect caused by SCP-XXXX. Further research into this anomaly’s effect revealed that it happens to every person who is at least 3 feet away from SCP-XXXX and looks into its eyes.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held within a secure facility sized approximately by 7m x 7m x 7m. SCP-XXXX is not to be within 1 meter of contact with any human Personnel. Testing that involves any human subject is to be approved by over two Level 3 Personnel. Testing that does not involve a human subject should be approved by only one Level 3 Personnel.
Description: In appearance, SCP-XXXX is a Casio PT-80 Electronic Keyboard, presumably manufactured in the 1980's. The keyboard was discovered in a small two story house in the town of Chester located in the United Kingdom. Screaming was heard by surrounding neighbours who informed the police force of the noises coming from the house. On discovery, the police force discovered a presumable corpse playing "Für Elise" on SCP-XXXX. Once removed from the chair of which the corpse was sat upon, the corpse prominently melted into a form of black mucus. The corpse of those who play SCP-XXXX has been classified as SCP-XXXX-1.
Addendum XXXX.1: Effects on the Human Body ██/█/██ After several tests on SCP-XXXX including D-Class Personnel, it has been discovered that SCP-XXXX has the ability to melt ones brain into the dark, tar-like mucus that made up the corpse on discovery. Upon contact with any key, the now disclosed SCP-XXXX-1 has been noted to "not be able to stop playing" as they continue to repeat Für Elise over and over again. The Human subject repeatedly screams until eventually they are completely encased in the tar-like mucus. Although their screams are silenced, however, they continue to play Für Elise until forcefully removed from SCP-XXXX.
Addendum XXXX.2: Communication ██/██/██ SCP-XXXX has shown signs of communication over the coming months. At this current time, SCP-XXXX has only the ability to talk through the notes it can play, these being: A, B, C, D, E, F, G. This method of communication was discovered when [DATA EXPUNGED] was closely examining the abnormal electronics that make up that of SCP-XXXX. After discovery of this ability to communicate, an interview regarding Dr. James Afton and SCP-XXXX was organised in order to more closely understand SCP-XXXX's intentions and thoughts after its now gained sentience. The following is the interview conducted by Dr. James Afton during the investigation of SCP-5328's current signs of sentience.
Interviewer: Dr. James Afton, Site-██
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. James Afton: Are you awake 5328?
SCP-XXXX: B E D
Dr. James Afton: I see. So you have just currently awoken. Understood.
SCP-XXXX: C A G E D
Dr. James Afton: Caged? What do you mean by this XXXX?
SCP-XXXX: C A G E D
Dr. James Afton: You believe you are caged? Trapped even?
SCP-XXXX: C A G E D
Dr. James Afton: You are not caged 5328. You are contained.
SCP-XXXX: B E G
Dr. James Afton: You will not be released XXXX. You are responsible for the murder of [DATA EXPUNGED] people.
SCP-XXXX: D E A F
[END LOG]
Interviewer's Note: (SCP-5328 often displays "D E A F" in music notes when it no longer wishes to communicate)

ALL INFORMATION REGARDING SCP-5658
Description: SCP-5658’s are abstract art piece’s that appear to be heavily inspired by modernism paintings between the years 2004 through 2015. According to information provided by SCP-5658-A-2, Presumably, all of the SCP-5658’s are from the “Light may not gaze upon death” art collection showcased in the Musée Toulouse-Lautrec located in Albi, France. As far as the foundation is aware, this art collection has never existed and has never been showcased in any art gallery or museum to date, making the official origins of SCP-5658 currently unknown.
As of right now, handling and observing activated SCP-5658’s has no anomalous effects on the handler or observer. However, If anyone is to observe either a digital or physical copy of an inactivated SCP-5658 without any form of protection or eye wear, the observer will immediately become entranced by the SCP-5658 and will be unable to look away. Approximately 5 minutes after observing, The observer's body will begin to overheat, and their heart rate will begin to rise at an extremely fast rate until eventually, the observer goes into a fatal cardiac arrest, terminating them. Once the observer is terminated the SCP-5658 that was observed will activate, and begin to transmit anywhere between 8,500 and 38,000 mSv in Ultraviolet radiation, stretching into a 14 square kilometer radius from the exact point of the observer's corpse, for approximately 12 hours. Causing concentrated rapid mutations and cell growth to any surrounding material, both organic and inorganic.
The appearance of these mutations varies depending on the materials being mutated. However, they all have a consistent theme of bright vibrant colors becoming more prominent and the material itself stretching out into unrealistic lengths while becoming more glass or metal-like. It is also fairly common for the mutated material to begin to emit a faint aura of phosphorus and other glowing-based chemical compounds. This process of rapid mutation causes the atoms of these materials to become unstable, making any materials extremely radioactive. Despite this more then lethal amount of radiation, any biological life form caught within SCP-5658’s radius will not receive direct radiation poisoning. Instead, they will undergo a slower mutation process similar to that of normal materials mutated by SCP-5658's. (All biological humanoid life forms inflicted by these mutations are classified as SCP-5658-X-?.)
The psychical mutations that an SCP-5658-X-? might receive are usually beneficial, Examples of this include; excessive bone and muscle growth, regenerative properties, controllable adrenaline hormones, and an increase in agility and strength. These mutations however do seem to also affect brain function, causing a majority of SCP-5658-X-? to see signs of severe Psychosis and Depression.
Addendum-1: An SCP-5658 Will only inactivate if it is being damaged in some form or is in an environment with less than 35 mSv present. Using a modified military grade Geiger counter. A device for measuring radioactivity by detecting and counting ionizing particles.on site staff are able predict when an SCP-5658 is about to inactivate.
Addendum-2: If someone observes an SCP-5658 and they are removed fast enough, they are in fact able to be recovered before they reach the cardiac arrest phase. Thus stopping the activation process. However Therapy may have to be applied to the observer afterwards.
Addendum-3: While it is not yet tested, illustrations and vivid thoughts of an inactivated SCP-5658 may possibly cause activation. This method may also be able to manifest or create new SCP-5658. This however has also not been tested.
Addendum-4: SCP-5658-X-?'s appear to have extremely unpredictable personalities and motives (See incident: Booker-5658.) Along with this they seem to know a great deal of history involving SCP-5658's.
Discovery: On 2019/01/04 at 15:43 pm, Dr. Boletus received coordinates Via Instant messenger on a private social media account from one: "TLRF#9809." The foundation was made aware of this as a potential anomaly and began to run an investigation on the account. However exactly 4 minutes after the investigation began, the account was deleted along with any and all information regarding said account, thus leaving no evidence of its existence.
On 2019/01/11 at 5:03 am, a small MTF team was sent out to the coordinates sent to Dr. Boletus. There, they discovered 4 paintings concealed with what appeared to be bed sheets. These paintings would eventually be brought to Site-██ and would later be classified as SCP-5658-A, SCP-5658-B, SCP-5658-C, and SCP-5658-D respectfully.
Incident: Amelia-5658
Location: Site-181, ███████████
Anomalies involved: SCP-5658-A, SCP-5658-A-1
Total number of casualties: 18. After incident: Booker-5658 it is now believed that SCP-5658-A-1 and SCP-5658-A-2 where both staff at Site-181. Therefore the originally reported 18 casualties has now been recounted as 16.
Damage report: Site-181 has undergone several major mutations causing intense structural damage and layout changes threw out the building. Due to this the entire west wing of the building has collapsed. And the basement has become flooded with an unknown radioactive liquid.
Incident: On 2019/01/22 at 1:22 am, a test was being conducted by Dr. Boletus in testing chamber F-2, only 18 staff where within the building at the time. The experiment was to have D-4593 create an illustration of SCP-5658-A and SCP-5658-B. Approximately 15 minutes into the experiment (1:37 am) SCP-5658-A reactivated, causing D-4593 to enter a cardiac arrest, This cardiac arrest quickly resulted in her death. The cause of the reactivation is currently unknown.
Shortly after her death SCP-5658-A began to emit 21,909 mSv. Rapidly mutating the west wing of the building causing walls and floors to momentarily become electrified from an unknown source.
After another 15 minutes (1:52 am) Dr. Boletus, Dr. Kultyas, and Dr. Hench attempted leave the testing chamber's main observatory room. While leaving Dr.Hench took it upon himself to record footage of this event on his cell phone. The recovered footage shows Dr. Kultyas and Dr. Boletus running from the testing chamber's observatory, as they failed to navigate the now altered layout of Site-181. They progressed down the hallway towards the newly located north wing only to be stopped on the emergency stairwell by an unknown humanoid entity. (Presumably an SCP-5658-A-1) Once stopped, the unknown entity begins to flinch and writhe in unpredictable fast jerky movements, before lunging at Dr. Hench breaking the cell the phone, stopping the recording.
Approximately 4 days later (2019/01/26) The 05 council decided it was in the foundations best interest to attempt to retrieve SCP-5658, and samples of any byproducts created. On 2019/01/26 7:35 am, MTF Beta-7 was sent out to Site-181 on a containment/exploration mission. However due to the dangerous levels of radiation the mission only lasted 28 minutes. During the mission they where able to successfully discover and collect SCP-5658-A, SCP-5658-B, SCP-5658-C, and SCP-5658-D in various locations threw out the building, along with various material samples and radiated items, including Dr Hench's phone. The bodies of Dr. Boletus, Dr. Kultyas, and Dr. Hench where never found, nor was the unknown entity seen on the footage. At 8:03 am the mission was concluded and was deemed as a success.
Incident: Booker-5658
Location: Site-95, ██████
Anomalies involved: SCP-5658-A-2
Total number of casualties: 1
Damage report: Site-95's standard keter class humanoid containment cell has received radiological burns on both the interior and exterior of the cell. Along with this, the cells original steel and bronze alloy has become mutated into a new unknown radioactive substance, emitting radiation of about 65 mSv.
Incident: After the events of Amelia-5658 Site-181 became a research ground for anomalous radiation research and SCP-5658 experiments. On 2019/02/13 14:14 pm, a junior research staff member on site had spotted a humanoid entity roaming the north wing of the building. The siting was reported and approximately 17 minutes later (14:31 pm), MTF Beta-7 returned to Site-181 to contain the entity. Once the MTF team arrived the entity in question was waiting for them by the front entrance of the north wing, assuming a surrender position.
The entity was then placed into a portable lead containment cell and delivered to Site-95. While at Site-95 the entity was placed within a standard keter class containment cell within the basement of the facility. The entity in question was then analyzed and classified as SCP-5658-A-2. At the time of its containment SCP-5658-A-2 was very docile and appeared to be incapable of speech, complicated motor function, and proper understanding of its surroundings. After 6 days of somewhat idle behavior and no attempts to escape, eat food, or even sleep, SCP-5658-A-2 was announced brain dead.
However, On 2019/02/26 13:29 pm, SCP-5658-A-2 suddenly entered a panicked state and began banging and scrapping its hands against the cell walls. Director Higgins was then quickly notified of SCP-5658-A-2's extreme behavioral switch, however Director Higgins decided it was "too dangerous to allow anyone to enter the cell, let alone calm SCP-5658-A-2 down." And so staff where only permitted to only observe, and nothing else. After 8 minutes (13:32 pm) of this behavior, SCP-5658-A-2 began to burn several messages into its cell with some type of radiological heat emitting from its hands. The following is every tangible message that was burned into SCP-5658-A-2's cell:
"How much longer?"
"Not enough time."
"..The paintings are from france, the Musée Toulouse-Lautrec…Light may not gaze upon death collection.."
"I am not a monster."
"Then what are you?"
"Stop struggling."
"Who are you?"
"Stop."
"Why must you deny me."
"Its so hot."
"Stop laughing."
"Why are we here?"
"Why are you inside?"
"Inside of what?"
"The paintings are too strong for you all to contain."
"You are all murderers."
"do you exist?"
"How many of you are there!?"
"You can't fight me."
"I'm not trying to fight you."
"Who's fighting what?"
"I'm not fighting either you."
"Are you?"
"CALM DOWN."
"You never answered my question, who are you?"
"James."
"James Boletus?
"Yes?"
"WHY IS IT SO HOT!?"
"…The painting of purple and sharp lines isn't made by man nor woman…"
"How do you know that?"
"The lines."
"SHUT UP!"
"Cathy is that you?"
"You all need to silence."
"Light may not gaze upon death."
Shortly after the final message was burned, SCP-5658-A-2 began to smash its face against the wall with enough force to make indents into the cell. It was at this point that Director Higgins decided too send in 3 armed guards to prevent SCP-5658-A-2 from taking its own life. However it was of no use, On 2019/02/26 13:41 pm, SCP-5658-A-2 had terminated itself with extreme blunt force trauma to the head. SCP-5658-A-2's corpse was then taken to Site-██ for further autopsy and investigation, And Site-95 was deemed: "Too inept to secure even the most basic of SCP." By the 05 council.

Item#: SCP-5658-A
Total number of causalities caused: 16
Total number of SCP-A-1's created: 2
Description: SCP-5658-A is an oil panting approximately 24x16 inches, painted with high concentrated Sennelier brand oil paint. Heavily insinuating that SCP-5658-A has some type of European origin. The painting itself appears to be a humanoid mask or face shrouded in a void of miscellaneous shapes and vibrant pastel colors. The painting appears to have a consistent theme of repeating subtle patterns and shapes threw out the piece. However Strange jagged and irregular shapes also appear, having certain angels and strokes that are almost too precise for human creation, combined with the information provided by Dr. Boletus's recovered research, it is believed that SCP-5658-A is not man-made.

Incident: Camila-5658
Location: ██████, Bermuda
Anomalies involved: SCP-5658-D
Total number of casualties: 1,094
Damage report: [REDACTED]
Incident: [REDACTED]
Current status: ACTIVE
Current status: ACTIVE
Item#: SCP-5658-B
Total number of causalities caused: 0
Total number of SCP-5658-B-1 created: 0
Description: SCP-5658-B is an abstract oil pastel painting approximately 22x12 inches baring light shades of blue and white, to form basic shapes with terrain like textures. Unlike other SCP-5658, SCP-5658-B rarely repeats shapes and patterns and seems to lack any obvious humanoid like imagery. However, several researchers claim to see multiple humanoid eyes subtly hidden within the painting, these claims have been written off as Pareidolia.
Current status: ACTIVE
Item#: SCP-5658-C
Total number of causalities caused: 8
Total number of SCP-5658-C-1 created: 2
Description: SCP-5658-C is an abstract phosphorescent painting, approximately 20x20 inches baring only 3 colors, that being red, black, and white. The painting itself has been interpreted as several different images, however the most common interpretation being that of a blood red clown missing chunks and segments of its face. This specific SCP-5658 has caused the fastest cardiac arrest phase out of any other SCP-5658.
Current status: INACTIVE

WARNING: [DATA CORRUPTED] - Maria Jones, RAISA.
Item #: SCP-3379
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: [DATA CORRUPTED]
Description: SCP-3379 is an alternate separate dimension, connected to baseline reality using unknown methods. The full contents of SCP-3379 are currently unknown, but it has been shown that at least four (4) anomalous objects (designated SCP-3379-1 through -4) exist within SCP-3379.
The following descriptions of these objects have been provided below, please beware that these descriptions may contain mistakes as the objects are still being researched.
SCP-3379-1: A humanoid merged with a box at the waist. The humanoid superficially resembles a baseline human male. The instances inner body possesses no anatomical structure, and is completely empty. Despite this, SCP-3379-1 behaves as a baseline human male.
SCP-3379-2: Resembles a cardboard box that teleports to a random location in SCP-3379 every 14 seconds.
SCP-3379-3: Overwatch Command, but contains SCP-3379-3. It can also be described as being an infinitely-recursive object. The exact appearance of SCP-3379-3 is currently limited to Overwatch Command members.
SCP-3379-4: A typical housefly with the ability to speak any words written by O5-2 in it's language.
Addendum-667: An investigation has been conducted and concluded to find any other anomalous SCP-3379 objects within SCP-3379. The existence of 2 more SCP-3379-X instances have been confirmed.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid Neutralized
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, containment is currently impossible. However, containment is not necessary so long as the guidelines below are followed in the case of a XXXX-Alpha event.
1. Within 72 hours of a predicted XXXX-Alpha event, weather advisories indicting heavy rains are to be sent to the town of Pipestone, Minnesota. These advisories will also encourage residents to leave the town.
2. Within 24 hours of a XXXX-Alpha event, all internet and phone access is to be cut to the town of Pipestone. This is to be done under the guise of the incoming storm. In addition, Mobile Task Force XXXX is to be contacted and requested for assistance in containment of XXXX-Alpha.
3. Within 6 hours of a XXXX-Alpha event, MTF XXXXXX is to move to the perimeter of the town and complete a sweep of the town, checking for any residents who failed to leave. Any residents found are to be temporarily detained at observational post 21 until the end of a XXXX-Alpha event. Once the event has concluded, they are to be amnesticized with Class B amnestics and are to be returned home.
4. Once the sweep has been finished, all agents are to return to observational post 21 and wait until after the event has concluded to do a second sweep of the town. Any individuals found are to be amnesticized and returned home.
5. After the second sweep has been finished, all personnel are to evacuate the town and return to observational post 21, where observation of potential XXXX-Alpha events will resume. MTF XXXX are to only be present at observational post 21 when a potential XXXX-Alpha event is predicted or occurring.
In addition to these guidelines, the Foundation is currently in the process of convincing the remaining population to leave the town, so-as to be able to close the town permanently. Attempts have been unsuccessful, however further immigration into the town has been suspended for the indefinite future. Until the town can be permanently evacuated, all researchers involved in the containment of SCP-XXXX are to remain at observational post 21 to monitor weather patterns and potential information leaks from residents.
Special Containment Procedures: With the construction of a dam around the Southern branch of Pipestone Creek, all anomalous activity has ceased. Observational Post 21 has been left manned by two level two researchers and the necessary weather monitoring equipment for potential XXXX-Alpha events.
As of April 24, 2010, no XXXX-Alpha events have occurred and the designation has been changed from Euclid to Neutralized.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a weather anomaly and entities that exist during the event. The first being a heavy rainstorm occurring over the town of Pipestone, Minnesota. This rainstorm, and the subsequent fog that follows, is referred to as a XXXX-Alpha event. Following the rainstorm, a large fog will settle on the town and entities comprised of water droplets will wander aimlessly until they encounter other sapient creatures, these entities are designated XXXX-1. The number of entities fluctuates between events, with the most being recorded at 48 and the least being recorded at 12. The fog will last until precisely 6:53 pm, wherein both fog and XXXX-1 entities will dissipate.
Meteorological scans have shown that both the rain and fog can occur when not physically possible despite temperature and precipitation patterns, the source of this phenomena has yet to be determined. Regardless of the current weather, within three days of April 24th, small clouds will begin to migrate and accumulate over Pipestone. For unknown reasons, the water in the Southern branch of Pipestone Creek will begin to float through the air into the sky and fill the clouds, creating storm clouds. Once the clouds have reached appropriate weight, rain will begin around April 23rd and lasts until the early morning of April 24th; fog will begin to settle as the rain ends. Testing of the water which comprises XXXX-1 entities has failed to show anything beyond normal atmospheric water, with standard levels of sediment and pollution that would be expected of any precipitation.
When XXXX-1 entities viewed digitally or from a distance greater than fifty meters, XXXX-1 will resemble child-sized humanoids comprised of water. When subjects view entities at a closer distance, SCP-XXXX-1 will resemble the deceased child John Nelson, subjects will feel compelled to play with the entity and help it in any way they can. Despite there being multiple entities, subjects under the effect of XXXX-1 will only see the first instance they encountered and always identify it as John Nelson. Subjects will also claim that XXXX-1 can speak to them and will be able to recollect bits of conversation they had with entities. To date, no recording or observation from a greater distance has shown that XXXX-1 is able to communicate or is in any way related to the Nelson family.
The only time XXXX-1 has shown itself to be hostile was on April 24, ████, it's discovery date. For more information involving it's discovery, see Addendum XXXX-01.
Addendum XXXX-01: On April 24, ████, SCP-XXXX came to the attention of the Foundation as pictures of XXXX-1 entities flooded social media sites. Mobile Task Force XXXXX was dispatched along with level 3 researchers to investigate the town and stop the spread of anomalous information. When MTF XXXXX arrived on scene, they fell under the effect of XXXX-1 and helped it carry out the murder of Tim Larson. Afterwards, bodycam footage showed MTF XXXXX escorting the body to the Southern branch of Pipestone Creek and promptly submerging the body in the creek. The body was never recovered and this event was titled XXXX Incident Delta. Every following XXXX-Alpha event has been standard and uneventful since Incident Delta.
Following the first XXXX-Alpha event, towns members and MTF agents were interviewed in the hopes of better understanding what occurred during Incident Delta.
Interviewed: Jay Shellson, a resident of Pipestone at the time of Incident Delta.
Interviewer: Dr. D███, referred to as 'Doctor'.
Foreword: This interview was conducted at observational post 21 after the conclusion of Incident Delta. After the interview, subject was administered Class B amnestics and returned home.
<Begin Log>
Doctor: You claim these beings were someone you knew? Who?
Jay Shellson: Hey, I didn't know the kid all too well, I just heard about when he died ya'know?
Doctor: You identified the entities as John Nelson, is that correct?
Jay Shellson: Like I said, I didn't Nelson's kid, all I know is that he died a while ago. It was all over the news, local kid falls in the river, body's never recovered, stuff like that.
Doctor: And you felt something you said?
Jay Shellson: Yeah, yeah. When I saw the kid or whatever the hell it was…it looked sad. It looked like it didn't belong…and I don't know, like he needed help. All I remember is following him and talking to him, can't really remember what we did besides playing together.
Doctor: Mr. Shellson, do you remember going to the creek?
Jay Shellson: Ye-no. No, I don't. All I know is we were in the street and the kid wanted to go biking but we couldn't find a bike.
Doctor: Thank you for your time, please follow me out.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: Jay Shellson was present at Incident Delta yet can't remember it. Similar reports from other involved individuals have been reported.
Interviewed: MTF Agent Sarah ██████████, referred to as 'Agent'.
Interviewer: Dr. D███, referred to as 'Doctor'.
Foreword: Agent Sarah ██████████ was involved in Incident Delta and remembers different information than other individuals involved. This interview is being conducted to discover more information about why Incident Delta occurred.
<Begin Log>
Doctor: Am I correct in assuming that before Incident Delta you had no knowledge of John Nelson?
Agent: I've never been here before, so no, I didn't know him.
Doctor: What do you remember from your time under its influence?
Agent: I remember it feeling…hurt. It felt betrayed, and alone. God, he felt so alone. He just wanted to see his mom again.
Doctor: Did you see more than one child?
Agent: I only saw John, no one else.
Doctor: Can you recall what happened at the creek?
Agent: He wanted to show me his favorite bike path, he showed me this real muddy hill. Looked so unstable, especially during the spring.
Doctor: Agent?
Agent: He fell, and he was so cold…he couldn't breath. The water was too deep, he feel in, off his bike. And he didn't help him, he just stood there and watched.
Doctor: Who are you talking about?
Agent: I…I… I can't remember.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: After additional testing and interviewing, Agent Sarah ██████████ was granted Class B Amnestics, wishing to forget her involvement in Incident Delta.
Interviewed: May Nelson
Interviewer: Dr. D███, referred to as 'Reporter'.
Foreword: Mother of the child subjects reported seeing. Interview preformed in her house thirteen hours after Incident Delta. Subject was informed that this would be an interview for the local news channel. Subject was amnesticized after interview.
<Begin Log>
Reporter: Mrs. Nelson, you claim that these entities were nothing more than water?
May Nelson: Well…yes. I know some people were talking about how they looked like children but I just can't see it. Always was told I wasn't the creative type.
Reporter: I know we already covered it some time ago, but we'd like to talk about your son if that's alright.
May Nelson: Seems the only thing I'm good for nowadays is remembering him. No one else comes around anymore now that he's gone, god rest his soul.
Reporter: Can you tell us about his disappearance?
May Nelson: He was with his friend on the old bike trail, that old Larson kid. I always told him to stay in town but he was headstrong like that, real persistent kid. Real terrible what happened, they both got of their bikes and swam in the creek, 'corse it was in April so the snow was melting and the creek was a lot deeper than it usually is. Their bodies were never found.
Reporter: Excuse me, but did you say their bodies?
May Nelson: Well yeah. Both kids drowned that day.
Reporter: Are you sure about that?
May Nelson: I try not to think about that day, but I know both of them went out and neither of them came back. That's all I know about it.
Reporter: In the original report you gave last year, you said only your son drowned. Are you positive both children died last year?
[Mrs. Nelson becomes more agitated]
May Nelson:Sir, I'm telling you what happened. I know I'm old but I ain't that old to be forgetting things yet. Both kids drowned. Is there anything else you want?
Reporter: No…I'm afraid that will be all.
May Nelson: Then you can see yourself out.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: Subject was restrained by MTF and administered Class B amnestics. Additional interviews with residents have given similar responses, despite Larson being alive until Incident Delta, everyone in the community believes he died last year with Mrs. Nelson's son. Investigation is ongoing.
Addendum XXXX-02: After several years of containing the yearly anomaly, a new concept has been proposed on containment. A dam is being constructed around the site of Incident Delta to cut off water flow into the creek. Should this dam nullify Alpha events from occurring, Object Class will change from Euclid to Neutralized.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 3 meter by 3 meter room, but can walk around the facility freely.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a 15-year-old human boy, approximately 172 cm in height. It has curly blonde hair, its eyes appear to show a solar system. When a subject looks into SCP-XXXX’s eyes, they describe it as “The most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen.” SCP-XXXX’s eye displays the anomalous ability; whenever a subject looks into its eyes, it can only tell the absolute truth. Has an IQ score of 199, it is completely mentally stable and even stops to have conversations with its guards. When the guards were asked what the conversations consisted of, they said they were about different events in history. SCP-XXXX is shown to have extensive knowledge of events in history as well as scientific and mathematical knowledge. SCP-XXXX wears a white button-up shirt, a red tie, a red sweater vest, and black pants. It carries a small pocket watch with a star emblem on the top. The pocket watch has been designated SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX never parts ways with the SCP-XXXX-A. SCP-XXXX-A has the ability to travel forward and backward in time when adjusting the hands on the watch.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX has had multiple cases of disappearing from his CC, whenever staff go to give it food. It was gone, SCP-XXXX was found in a near-by city attempting buy a, quote 'real meal'. He was re-contained shortly after. When asked why he escaped, he simply stated "My sweater vest was getting too small. The food you give me is not the best for trying to stay slim." SCP-XXXX is now known to care about his weight.
Addendum: During an interview with SCP-XXXX, it expressed interest in becoming a researcher for the foundation. SCP-XXXX was granted an application to the O5 council for review. The O5 granted SCP-XXXX a trial period to see how well he preforms as a Junior researcher.
Addendum: SCP-XXXX is now a researcher for the foundation. He has been allowed clearance level 3 and is free to walk around the facility. This will not only prevent him from attempting to escape, but could also prove to make some break throughs.
