Special Containment Procedures: Scp-0393 is to be contained in a 4 by 5 meter three layered concrete wall container, and the container is to be a quarter filled with liquid nitrogen. It is not required for it to be kept inside, because it is free to roam the facility, but if it wants to sleep, or wait, it will send itself to its own containment.
Description: Scp-0393, when in its active form, is a reptilian/aquatic creature with tall spines on its back, and a tail with a mouth. It has two normal sized arms that fad to black at the wrists, and two small arms below the main arms. It is shaped somewhat like a velociraptor that walks on all fours. It also has long tentacle like ears that have a sack filled with possibly bioluminescence, which can be used for sensing almost everything 100 meters within its range. It also has a bulb filled with bioluminescence as the top half of its head. It has to yellow orbs in fixed position inside the orb, which are guessed to be its eyes. The inactive form of int is just the orb on its head without the body but just a back dot the grows to be the bodTy when transforming. The creature is fully continue and intelligent, capable of speaking and willing to meet other scps any time it can. It has been recorded to female and is way more intelligent then us. It prefers a cold environment and is usually friendly to us.
Addendum: can take control of any entity, it does so by using its tail to “bite” the entity, then the entity’s head will decompose in seconds, only for its head to be replaced with inactive form of 0393, it now has full control of the entity. When it leaves the entity, it un decomposed somehow, remaking the entity, which does not remember anything after being “stolen”. Scp-0393 is our friend in the scp foundation.
