The following SCP is to be released to only level 3 and up! If this is read by level 0, 1 or 2 they will be tracked and killed

Description: SCP 0965 is a [DATA EXPUNGED] that is capable of pratically anything but death, the following description comes from 3 2 different people

The SCP looks like a dream, a litteral dream split into nightmares and good dreams the weird thing about it is that it really does look like something out of this world, it can teleport, fly, explode, kill, form things out of midair, make things, destroy anything, make SCPs, destroy SCPs, can cause REVERSE death and a lot more

The SCP is not what i would call as being a keter, also what is with it and it being able to do anything LITTERALLY anything, i would ask it for something but no, your not allowed to do that, anywho the SCP is taller then the average person, and it is just an amazing being.

Special Containment Procedures:

The SCP must have class 15.4 containment procedures the SCP must have this "made up" procedure for reasons unknown

Note: there is a reason behind the weird and only used for this SCP classification, the SCP is unpredictable, it can also leave the foundation whenever as long as it comes back and doesnt tell anything about us.
