Special Containment Protocols: SCP-10000 MUST be monitored at all times by at least 1,5000 galactic outposts from all points in the universe within visible proximity of SCP-10000. Upon any unpredicted movements detected in SCP-10000, a mass evacuation must happen immediately. All Foundation personnel (excluding D-Class), civilians, living organisms and SCP's that may be helpful must be moved to a portable dimension prepared by Dr Qi Everything else must be left behind. D-Class are to monitor the earth for two Earth years afterwards. They will notify the remaining humans once the two year period is over.
Any information collected that may have a potential correlation to SCP-10000 must be given directly to Dr Qi. The information will be classified into four parts, depending on what the evidence may contain.
