Special Containment Procedures: Mobile Task Force Unit Epislon-11 “Nine Tailed Fox” are the only ones allow to transport and recontain SCP-10003. They may be outfitted with gas masks during recontainment of SCP-10003. SCP-10003 is to be kept in a hidden place unknown to all personel including the 05 Council in all Sites. Only █████████-██ and the ███ department may know where and how to activate SCP-10003.

Description: SCP-10003, Code Name: Max Death is a gas substance that is hazardous to all. It is kept in a steel container and is hiddin in all Sites of the Foundation. SCP-10003’s main purpose is to █████████ the entirety of the 05 Council if needed be. **SCP-10003 is extremely dangerous and exposure to this without proper equipment given to only ███ and ███████-██ members result in immediate death within 5 seconds. Procedure: D-1028 and D-1079 entered the testing chamber and SCP-10003 was released.

05-█: What are you hiding Administrator? We’ve heard of it, SCP-10003. What is it all about? We’re 05 after all.

Administrator: Nothing you need to care about, yet. It is restricted, even for you.

05-█: I sense it is something definitely about the Council and us. Tell us what you’re hiding immediately! Note: At this point, Mobile Task Force Unit Alpha-1, Red Right Hand members enter the room.

Administrator: Curiosity kills the cat. At this point, Mobile Task Force Unit Epsilon-11, Nine Tailed Fox members enter the room and stand behind the 05 members.

Closing Statement: After Epsilon-11 members enter the scene, the Administrator walks out of the room with Epsilon-11 members following. The 05 Council members present make no apparent movement and stay sitting on the chair for another 4 seconds. Suddenly, ███-█████ is released into the room and all the 05 Council members and Alpha-1’s present inside the room collapse and expire.
