Description SCP-1214-J Consists of 2 entities. The first is a clown whos first apperance dates back to 1960 which from now on shall be reffered to as SCP-1214-J-1. The second entity (known as SCP-1214-J-2) is a carnival which the location of is unknown, SCP-1214-J-2 is filled with red and white carnival tents with many medieval torture devices in them. SCP-1214-J-1 In its angered state (see below) will actively seek out "sinners" though how scp SCP-1214-J-1 determines who someone is a sinner is currently unknown,
when SCP-1214-J-1 encounters a sinner it will grab their person and teleport to SCP-1214-J-2 which SCP-1214-J-1 will then torture and kill the sinner, after killing the sinner scp SCP-1214-J-1 will then carry them to a black and white tent and put the body in the tent, SCP-1214-J-1 will then teleport himself back to his Containment cell.
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-1214-J-1 Is to be kept in a 4.5 meter by 4.5 meter cell, SCP-1214-J-1 is allowed to be supplied with anything clown related is requests (Oversized shoes, horns,etc)
