The walls of SCP-1337-j's containment chamber are to be made of reinforced concrete. Site personnel may only enter 1337-j's chamber for purposes of supplying the aforementioned energy drinks, or for research purposes. A backup generator must also be hooked up to SCP-1337-j's containment chamber. In the event of a power outage, the backup generator is to be activated no less than an hour after the initial outage.

SCP-1337-j-a and SCP-1337-j-b are the designations for a pair of disembodied arms. both arms measure approximately 32.5 inches in length each and always remain 6 inches apart from each other. Neither arms contain any flesh, tissue, or bones, and visible holes are located where each arm would connect to a human body. Despite this, SCP-1337-j shows impeccable dexterity and skill in video games, In particular rhythm-based games. SCP-1337-j shows very little need for rest, and only appears to enter a sleep-like state once every 167.9 hours, and will remain in this state for approximately 1 hour before attempting to return to the nearest personal computer. If not SCP-1337-J is not able to interact with A personal computer for longer than one hour, it will begin to enter an "Salty" state. When in it's "salty" both arms begin to flail frantically with exponentially increasing speed and force. After approximately 1 hour of being in its "salty" state, SCP-1337-j is able to break through almost any material, with minimal visible effort. No known material is able to withstand SCP-1337-j for more than 1.5 hours. Individuals within a proximity of 10 feet of SCP-1337-j while it is in its "salty" state will also begin perceiving audio hallucinations of a person speaking. Said hallucinations have varied from being either male or female, and are of an approximately 17-25 years of age. Hallucinations are always perceived to be spoken in an "angry" or "yelling" tone. The subject of these hallucinations are usually based in competitive gaming and rhythm game culture, most commonly referring to "the meta", "cross-handing", "fucking lasers" and [REDACTED]. When playing particular rhythm games, or when having played any video game with numerical scoring systems, SCP-1337-J is able to achieve a score of
