Due to SCP 27000-X being an event it is impossible to contain
however this SCP would not need containment procedures as according to the 05 it is a "Helping Hand"

Description:

SCP 27000-X is an anomalous event that happens at 9:00 at the [REDACTED] city mountain zone
on the 27th of July every year and does not cause harm what so ever in any way
.When ever a group of 4 people (All must be the same gender) can ask questions and he will only tell the truth

SCP 27000-X gives everyone the name "Parma" it is unknown why he does this but when asked he simply replied "Reason…Unneeded"

Its apperence is mainly SCP 27000 but it is made out of purple lights emmited from a location unkown
