Special Containment Procedures: SCP-2921 is to be contained in a nonporous oxygen free cubic sealed cell made of carbon steel. The size of the cell can vary as long as it is large enough to contain a human specimen. The door to SCP-2921's cell is to be sealed with a pressure vacuum lock system to endure no cracks, holes or crevices are present. The carbon steel cell is fitted with a single camera to monitor its activities daily. SCP-2921's containment cell is located at site 177 with three guards at the command chamber at all times
Exactly 100L of oxygen is to be pumped outside the nonporous carbon steel cell at 12:00 and 24:00 daily. Oxygen must be present outside SCP-2921's cell to ensure escape doesn't happen. Research on SCP-2921 shows that the entity has difficulties breathing and moving in an oxygen environment. The oxygen around the carbon steel cell is a safety measure incase SCP-2921 escapes its containment cell. Furthermore, SCP-2921 can't travel through carbon steel which is why its containment cell must be made of this type of material.
Description: SCP-2921 is a highly intelligent sentient entity made of mostly carbon dioxide gas with a feminine humanoid face. SCP-2921's face is the only visible part of the entity, as the remainder of its form is composed of carbon dioxide. It is unclear why SCP-2921's face is visible to human's since some of the prior research was destroyed about the entity following the termination of Dr. Baros. Dr. Baros a foundation scientist is the only known creator of SCP-2921. What little research remains from Dr. Baros showed he used carbon dioxide, a particle accelerator and other resources to make SCP-2921.
The foundation terminated Dr. Baros for his experiments right in front of SCP-2921. Due to the termination of Dr. Baros SCP-2921 holds resentment towards foundation staff. It seems to show a sense of care for Dr. Baros and threatens to escape containment often. Further research shows SCP-2921 possesses an ability to enter a living entity. Previous video logs show SCP-2921 entering a test subject and causing the subject to choke on carbon dioxide gas until the subject expired. This research concludes that SCP-2921 can travel through any crack, hole or crevice in any material.
SCP-2921 achieves this by morphing its body into a smaller state to fit any porous material. SCP-2921 can also deform itself and reform itself in a new area in exactly two seconds. This appears to be a form of teleportation that SCP-2921 has learned. However, carbon steel prevents this type of teleportation since SCP-2921 is a carbon based entity. Finally, scientists discovered by watching video surveillance of the entity that it appears as a blur to the naked eye due to the speed of its movement. The footage indicates SCP-2921 can reach speeds as high as 300 km/h.
