Description: SCP-3251 appears to be an antique telephone from 1910 made entirely of steel and mounted on an Aluminum pole standing at 1.2 meters in height, on its side is a label that reads 'Kamabo Co. 2119 Telephone Unit'. Periodically SCP-3251 will produce a viscous ink-like liquid, tests have concluded that this liquid referred to as SCP-3251-1 is comprised of [REDACTED], [REDACTED], and liquefied Octopus vulgaris
