Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 1 meter by 1 meter by 3 meter room lined with mirrors at site 24. It's kept in a small sealed reinforced glass container that requires class 4 clearance to open or can be remotely opened via a switch in a nearby room. In order to avoid death or influence by SCP-XXXX any contact even with tools or special equipment is to be avoided. Any personnel who are going to handle SCP-XXXX are to be given 2-Days of rigorous mental training.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small 6-inch shoe horn made of thin aluminum alloy with a small machined hole near the grip of the handle. SCP-XXXX was discovered at an abandoned shopping mall in █████, England by local authorities who witnessed SCP-XXXX's effect on a civilian. Any physical contact with SCP-XXXX will result in major mental impairment unless picked up with a pair of pliers or any other tool. Once a human or other sentient object touches SCP-XXXX they become extremely cocky and will begin to think that they are god and that nothing can kill them. At that point they are classified SCP-XXXX-2. After SCP-XXXX-2 announces that they are "god" they will begin to try to prove it to anyone who questions it. (See Experiment 7143-A-2) which often proves fatal to SCP-XXXX-2.
Experiments on SCP-XXXX have shown that any non-sentient objects will not be affected such as drones or robotic arms used to handle SCP-XXXX though other living mammals can be influenced by SCP-XXXX. Though originally believed that the effects of SCP-XXXX were irreversible if SCP-XXXX-2 is shown pictures of themselves or reminded of something familiar they will snap out of SCP-XXXX's trance and revert back to normal, the same happens when SCP-XXXX-2 views a mirror. When SCP-XXXX-2 is active SCP-XXXX cannot influence another person until SCP-XXXX-2 is dead or has reverted back to normal.

Procedure: D-Class subject (Female, 36, no mental incapacitations) is to touch SCP-XXXX and Dr.███ is to question the subject whilst under the influence of SCP-XXXX.
[Dr.███] D14534 please approach SCP-XXXX and pick it up.
[D14534] You got it, boss.
[Dr.███] How do you feel?

[D14534] No, I don't have to serve you.

[D14534 begins to climb up a staircase leading to a catwalk in the testing chamber]
