The building must be located in a single story building with 5 guard towers outside. 20 arm guards wearing level 5 Skirmisher armor armed with high caliber m97a3 rifles, m24 grenade launchers loaded with 40mm buckshot, flashbang and high explosive, 1 m1911a1 pistol and 1 Zeus stun lance must guard the cell. 10 guard holding extendable metal riot shields with level 5 riot armor and scorpion SMGs must be sent to the cell in case of a containment breach. 5 sniper must be in the guard towers 24/7 with different people every 2 hours armed with Barrett m89a3 20 mm sniper rifles loaded with mark 397 APIHE tank killer rounds. 7 guards with a13 40 mm rpgs must be on stand by. Description: scp 3409 is a man with a British accent with a large suit a top and and a plague doctor mask that can’t removed he is 7,4 and has a weight of 159 pounds but is mostly bone and muscle and is reportedly able to rip steel like paper. Scp 3409 was found in *redacted* after reports of him killing strippers reach the streets, hence the name. He uses a knife to kill all his victim and nearly cut one of his victims in half. He also used a grapple gauntlet and bombs for arson and getaways. Scp 3409’s personality is described as manipulative and insane spontaneous laughter taunting and somehow knows what is troubling a person. When being captured all of the round fired at him bounced of and he was only captured when one of the soilders fired a rocket at it. He reportedly pulled the members of the strike team closer and then stabbed them with his knife. The armored truck with a automatic turret that the strike team was using was picked up by scp 3409 and thrown straight at 4 members. A strike team member rush scp 3409 with a shotgun but was picked up by the throat and had his neck snap.
