Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3651 is to be contained within a glass box on rails which is to be moving at all times at 5 miles per hour or more inside of a long tunnel approximately 20m below the ground at Site-██. SCP-3651 is to be contained in a glass mobile box with steel on the top and bottom. SCP-3651's mobile box must move at 20 miles per hour or more, depending on the situation. SCP-3651 can affect documents within a 50 meter range, so any documents that look to be affected by 3651 are to be backed-up on a USB drive just in case and then deleted.
If the glass box stops moving, or if there is a power outage, back-up power is to be routed to and focused on SCP-3651's mobile glass box and the railing system to prevent a breach.
If re-routing back-up power fails or there is no power at all, even back-up power, Code Bloomega is to be announced, and all personnel evacuated outside and escorted far from Site-██ by either
air travel or land travel.
Description: SCP-3651 is a crystalised substance which appears to grow if not travelling at least 5 miles per hour. SCP-3651 cannot be destroyed, and will regrow quickly if chunks are taken out of it. SCP-3651 is able to create an instace, SCP-3651-A. SCP-3651-A is a crystalised creature resembling that of a dog or wolf, with an elongated mouth, large eyes and spikes on its back. SCP-3651-A is extremely agile and fast, and will tear any orgaic being not made out of the substance it is made of.
SCP-3651-A will not kill other instaces of itself, even if forced somehow.
