Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4003 should be kept in locker room A1 in a separate room in site 65 with both a electrical padlock and a standard locker padlock with each padlock to be having different pass codes and be chosen by the site leader and a personnel that has level 3 security clearance.
A security personnel should guard the locker with a vest that has steel rod poking out at the back and a Glock 18 with 4 clips of ammo for the firearm.
The guard should retreat to the front of the facility if their is ever a containment breach in any sector with Euclid or Keter SCP's.
Description:
SCP-4003 is a sweater that seems to be 1 foot tall and 6 inches in width.
The tag on the sweater says '100 percent cotton' the sweater seems to be sentient and will swift fully go speeds to 10 miles per hour
to the closest person and forcefully stuffing itself down and moving the persons arms in to there desinated sleeve and chooses them as the 'wearer' and moves their arm to the wearers neck and chokes them to death or unconscious .SCP-4003 seems to be flexible and is able to fit on people
thats not its size and shows to be impossible annihilate although is able to be subdue.The SCP will come together with in 30 seconds exactly, no matter the damage dealt.The SCP seems to be colored orange with a stripe that's 4 inches and is colored yellow going through the middle and a stripe that's also yellow half the size of the first stripe 1 inch above the bottom. both stripes go horizontal.
