Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4038 is contained in a standard humanoid containment cell, no contact is made with SCP-4038 more then one (1) time a day. SCP-4038 is given $500 everyday for good behavior.

Description: SCP-4038 is a humanoid, wearing a hood. The face is not able to be seen, SCP-4038's clothing appears to be part of it's body.

Addendum: SCP-4038 was discovered in [REDACTED] during [DATA EXPUNGED] in 19[REDACTED].

SCP-4038 is capable of coming back to life when it is killed, however it cannot come back to life if it is killed by an AK-47, SCP-4038 does not like SCP-999. If SCP-4038 attempts to breach SCP-999 will hug it, SCP-4038 does not feel happiness it obeys anything, that anybody tells it.
