Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4060 is to be contained in a 10m x 10m cube comprising of glass and steel. SCP-4060's container is to be at a temperature of 10.0c to prevent further growth and hostility. SCP-4060 is to be contained at all times in its container (except during feeding) located at site-██ (containment area ███). Under no circumstances shall any personnel enter SCP-4060's containment area except for SCP-4060's monthly feeding of one centimeter of human skin.
Description: SCP-4060 appears to be a snake like entity approximately 13 meters long. However it is possible for a single instance of SCP-4060 to be between 3 meters and [redacted] meters. Currently there are ██ confirmed Instances of SCP-4060.
SCP-4060's anomalous properties activate when an adult instance of SCP-4060 enters a human body SCP-4060 prefers to enter the mouth of its prey however it can also enter via [expunged] SCP-4060
enters its prey when its prey is most vulnerable.
After SCP-4060 enters the human body SCP-4060 goes for the stomach where it will lay its eggs and start its second stage. If the path to the stomach is blocked SCP-4060 will attempt to avoid the area that is blocked if it cannot then it will forcefully break its way to the stomach causing immense damage to its prey.
After SCP-4060 finishes its first stage SCP-4060 will begin to grow exponentially eventually breaking open the stomach. At the end of the second stage SCP-4060 will be long as a single adult humans leg. After SCP-4060 completes stage two SCP-4060 will begin to [expunged] causing paralysis to the subjects lower body.
Next SCP-4060 starts stage three SCP-4060 begins to sprout nerve like connectors. SCP-4060 then begins to rap around the hosts nervous system allowing SCP-4060 to control the hosts lower body. SCP-4060 then begins to [expunged] killing the host.
In the last stage SCP-4060's eggs will have hatched and in ██ minutes become fully matured instances of SCP-4060. The new instances SCP-4060 will go into the trachea and will wait for an opportune moment to shoot at another human starting the cycle again.
SCP-4060 does not appear to affect animals as they do not eat animal flesh. SCP-4060 instances will also prefer humans that are more vulnerable and have more food for SCP-4060. SCP-4060's growth is dependent on how warm it is at 10.0c SCP-4060 is in a weak state requiring less food to keep it alive.
Addendum: In order to prevent a possible pandemic no personnel will be allowed to enter SCP-4060's containment area to prevent tampering with SCP-4060's container. ~ Dr. ████
