SCP 4089

SCP 4089#: Object class Euclid

Description: SCP 4089 is a humanoid creature with a crimson skin colour a deformed face and noticeably bloodshot eyes. 4089's arms are the length of an average males except for the hands which are replaced with three sharp and extremely long fingers which touch the floor, and this is the same for the toes. 4089 will draw a mark in a suitable location - we are still looking into what 4089 sees as a suitable location- and will then walk around 50 meters from the mark chasing down cutting open and remove the organs of any creature that enters the 50 meter radius. 4089 will then proceed to place the organs on the mark. The mark is made up of three lines down and one across them and a P shape that joins with the horizontal line. 4089 can make this mark in any material without damaging itself. If the mark can't fit anymore organs on it, 4089 leaves the mark by 120 meters or can't get any organs in 6 months it will search for another suitable location.

Special containment procedures: SCP 4089 is to be kept in a 50 by 50 meter room made out of 7cm of titanium in case of the mark getting full somehow. Every 6 month 4089 should be heavily sedated so a class-D can remove the organs from the mark. Also once every 6 months any alive creature or class-D is to be placed in the 50 meter radius of the mark so 4089 doesn't try to breach containment.

Addendum: SCP 4089 was located [REACTED] park in [REDACTED] when 3 children wondered into the woods located next to the park and into 4089's radius. 4089 chased them out and grabbed one and dragged them back into the woods -later revealed to have all of their organs removed.- They called the police which then later contacted us. This is the only information we know about 4089 and we are still looking into the connections between 4089 and the mark.
