Description: SCP-5001 wears a ripped black suit along with a top hat. He always carries a wooden cane. SCP-5001 has been found to have dark blue hair. SCP-5001 has been know to converse with staff & personnel whom are inside SCP-5001's containment area. Studies have shown that SCP-5001 cannot manipulate Subject when Subject is behind a wall. SCP-5001's Origin is unknown.
