Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4123 is to remain in a combination secured vault at site-██ no Class-D personnel are permitted to access SCP-4123 at anytime, only foundation personnel directly approved by the 05 council are to have any contact with SCP-4123 any unauthorized use of SCP-4123 will result in immediate termination.

Description: SCP-4123 is a Diamond with an unusual red tint that gives the user the ability to make a wish. After the wish has been spoken reality will change to match the users wish. after using SCP-4123 it will become inactive and unusable until it recharges, recharge time is exactly 1 hour.

Notes: SCP-4123 first came to the foundations attention after a 911 call was placed in February 2014. See Addendum File Incident Roger Delta One.

[2/14/2014] Addendum 1 - Incident Roger Delta One: Authorities responded to a 911 call placed by a mysterious individual referring to himself as Harbinger. Harbinger said he bought a gift (SCP-4123) for his girlfriend who was later identified as Helen Brooks. while holding the red diamond (SCP-4123) he made a joke about wishing she was a mindless toy after she acted as stated for over an hour Harbinger became concerned that she was not playing along with him and something had gone terribly wrong. an undercover foundation agent in the Cherokee county police department later transferred SCP-4123 to the foundation site-██

[6/10/2018] Addendum 2 - Incident Roger Delta Two: During a containment breach by the chaos insurgency SCP-4123 was [DATA-EXPUNGED] afterwards SCP-4123 was recovered by foundation personnel however SCP-4123 was severely burned and shattered it has ceased functioning.
