SCP-4176

Item #: SCP 4176
Object Class: Keter
Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4176 must be kept inside of a large containment room at all times, and any signs of leaving will result in the enire room filling with neurotoxin, subduing SCP 4176. Any substance that leaves the room will result in the lockdown in the entire site - and Nine Tailed Fox will be forced to clean out any substances in the facility. If NTF cannot contain the site, nuclear detination will be authorized for safety reasons. Bulletproof glass must be used in a viewing room at all times, and with a guard stationed inside.
Description: SCP 4176 is a large, red and black spider like creature that has eight large appendages, and pores from the appendages can release SCP 4176-1. Origins of the creature is unknown, but test signs of the skin show signs of a mix of Octopus, Spider, Dolphin, Human, and DNA of unknown descent. The creature is 10 feet by 10 feet in diameter, and each tentacles have large blades, which can be used to attack staff members, and damage any cameras in the area. The creature also has the ability to hatch eggs in nearby bodies, resulting in identical copies of SCP 4176. SCP 4176 has been proven to be able to speak, but the creature can only speak some sort of language of unkown descent - see Interview with Dr _. SCP 4176 is some sort of hive mind of some sort, having the ability to speak to SCP 4176-2. SCP 4176-2 hears these comands, and proceeds to follow the orders as promised. SCP-4176 uses high frequency radio transmittions to communicate with SCP 4176-2. SCP will destroy any visual devices-such as cameras, but oddly will not destroy audio devices, such as speakers and microphones. SCP 4176 cannot be killed, as any attempt to kill it will result in it being in a catatonic state. After a period of 3 days, SCP 4176 will recover from any injuries, and will resume it's regular activities.
SCP 4176-1 is a airborne gas that travels at an incredibly fast pace. SCP 4176-1, if met with a human host, will go down the lungs, and will hitchhike the oxygen rich blood of the host. The gas will enter the heart of the host, and will spread throughout the body. The cells will reform, and bind together, resulting in the host being in immesurable pain, and eventual transformation into SCP 4176-2 - see Incident 1
SCP 4176-2 is a humanoid drone that spawns as a result of SCP 4176-1. SCP 4176-2 is a drone creature in what we call the "4176 hierarchy". -4176 is greyish in color, and has some sort of advanced form of Pus coming out of large holes in it's body. The pus can be used as a protective shield, and is proven to be highly resistant to physical trauma. After a long period of time, SCP 4176-2 will explode into a liquid puddle of corrupted pus, and eggs will appear inside of these puddles, resulting in babies. These babies will result in identical copies of SCP 4176, and will multiply endlessely. If killed, SCP 4176-2 will release SCP 4176-1, and will infect the nearest host nearby. The only proper way to eliminate SCP 4176-2 is to cover the body in Fluoroantimonic Acid.
Interview with Dr _-
Dr _- "Ok, recording is starting, hello, my name is Dr , and I am a researcher for the SCP foundation, do you understand me?"
SCP 4176- (clicks uninteligably)
Dr _- "Well, first question - where are you from?"
SCP 4176- (screams in agony)
Dr _- "Ok, stop recording! Stop recording now!

Incident 1 report-
An experiment was set in place, where 3 D-Class was placed in the room with SCP 4176. 2 of the 3 D-Class were subsiquentially killed, but the last one was infected with SCP 4176-1. The D-Class was then transformed into SCP 4176-2, and was transformed. The man was transformed, and neurotoxin was to be released, and when scientists came in to inspect the body, they were infected by SCP 4176-1. The facility was then overun with the SCP, and NTF could not go near the site. However - the NTF filled the site with toxic gas, eliminating any SCP-4176-2's inside, and the site was wiped. The bodies were safely flushed, and the copies of SCP 4176 perished. But the original SCP 4176 remained unmoved, and was still alive. Research continues for SCP 4176 to this day.
