Containment Procedures: SCP-4196 is allowed free roam throughout site-██. SCP-4196 has a tracker on it's scales to make sure SCP-1496 should not leave the facility. SCP-4196 should be brought back to his cell after 12 hours of free roam. SCP-1496's cell is a glass room having 13 rocks laying around the cell with plastic plants and grass on the ground.The door is glass with no space underneath and the fan is on 24/7.

Description: SCP-4196 is a snake looking creature that is flexible and very thin.When SCP-4196 a loud crack can be heard like plastic turning. The scales are blue and green spots. The scutes is a peach color with a ripped off tag on the side that is red and white.
