Special containment procedures:
Scp 4213 remains only partially contained with a 50m by 50m fence at 7m high, this is due to the nature of this scp. There must be a swat team patrolling the area incase of any civilians coming into the radius of this scp. If a civilian is to climb over the fence they must be terminated and thrown into the nearby water outside of the scp. There must be signs warning the public to not come near and to say it is a restricted area.
Description:
This scp has memetic properties in the way that it entices anyone within a 10m radius of the scp to jump of the end of the pier. No one has ever survived. There are multiple explanations to why, It could be that they fall of the edge and there is an anomaly within the tide of the water, There is poisonous chemicals in the water or there is a interdimensional anomaly within the water. This scp is also know to have a much higher tide than the rest of the beach even though the bed is at the same level as the rest of the beach.
