Description: SCP-9789 "The Little Balloon Man", is a human-figure SCP made completely out of ballons, seemingly having no organs or insides. The Little Balloon Man stands about 5 feet and 11 inches tall, with a 9 inch tall head with a seemingly drawn on smile. The SCP behaves like a normal human, however. The SCP can walk, jump, and do seemingly every other human-like move, however, the SCP is unable to talk currently. The SCP seems to be part of a family of three, Ballissa seems to be the wife of Ballnathan, and Ballchele is the daughter of them. Ballny also seems to be a friend with Ballnathan. The SCP was found in an abandoned home in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Neighbors reported seeing glass breaking, the door being left open randomly throughout the day, and odd sounds also randomly throughout the day.
