Special containment procedures:SCP-4283 is to be locked in a cube made of carpet and water washed on SCP-4283 daily. However, All personnel except for D-Class is allowed in SCP-4283’s chamber,But no one is allowed to interact with it without permission.

Description: SCP- 4283 is a small gold and black colored ballpoint pen but with instead of storing ink, it stores blood. SCP- 4283 tends to tempt people with ritualistic backgrounds or people with hemophilia (although when touched, it has the same effect) When SCP-4283 is interacted with, SCP-4283 cannot be removed, even by amputation/surgery. When SCP-4283 is interacted with, it will start to cut into the victim’s skin and remove its blood until there is none left. When the “tank” is full then SCP-4283 can be used as a “normal” pen for an average of 48 hours.An added note is that SCP-4283 can be immobilized by liquids (the fastest being water) which can explain SCP-4283’s containment procedures.
