Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4290 A.K.A "Cone head is to be contained in a 8ft x 10ft box with no contact to any person unless during a test. During a test 2 MTF guards must be on duty surrounding the area with a 8 ft long metal pole to push SCP-4290 away. SCP-4290's diet contains of street tar and pebbles. The food is delivered by drone seeing it will attack any human that comes in contact with it.

Description: Cone head is a person like creature dressed in a lab coat with no face but a black orb. His hands are also black orbs. He has green hair that is dyed with some sort of plant. He also wears a 28" Traffic Cones - Black Base on top of it's head it is made of ██████. The cone seems slightly damaged but when attempted to destroy the traffic cone no damage was shown. Cone Head is 6'2".

If someone comes in contact with Cone head the persons head would be encased in a traffic cone as though as steel and suffocate in about 20 seconds.//Cone head/ is usually docile unless When shot completely 4290 shrinks into it's cone for about 10 minutes or more depending on his damage and during that time tiny legs spurt and it will just walk around in a cone usually returning to his cell.

Cone head is very intelligent having the Ability to talk when he feels like it. He can mess with one way doors and open them from the other side. it knows his powers and is usually kind to personnel. During a black out or he is stuck in a dark room, he will enter a 'scared' state by screaming then charging anyone in his view. During a blackout MTF and SD should carry flashlights to shine on Cone Head. After 30 seconds of light he shrinks into his cone and returns to his cell.

SCP-4290 was breached at site-██ during the blackout caused SCP-4290 charged 21 personnel and killed all of them. He was re contained after.He was reclassified as keter after this.By O5 command. SCP-4290 has a lab coat that gives him any card he wants. Including a clipboard with all notes written by the person closest to him. Due to this he is locked away alone to him away from getting nuclear war codes.
