Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4316 is to be kept within a sound proof (25ft by 25ft) room which is to contain basic living materials such as a bed and a table and a chair. SCP-4316 is to be fed a basic balanced diet each day at 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM its food must be delivered through a special dumbwaiter which must be remotely locked at all times until food is delivered to it. Nobody is to enter SCP-4316's room ever and it must never leave its room either, one scientist is to constantly observe SCP-4316 along with 3 armed security guards and are to use a speech to text machine to see what SCP-4316 is saying without hearing him speak.
Description: SCP-4316 appears to be a white human male in his mid 30s coming in at 6"2ft, SCP-4316 is capable of making any person it talks to directly do anything it says without question. SCP-4316 does require basic human needs except social interaction and does appear to age, SCP-4316 was discovered in alone in a police jail cell in [DATA EXPUNGED] the entire staff at the police station appeared to have died from self inflicted gun wounds to the head leaving SCP-4316 alone in its cell and was successfully contained after it was made unconscious.
Addendum #4316-1: SCP-4316 has only be subjected to one expermiment which involved SCP-4316 being put unconscious by a tranquilliser gun and having a group of 6 Class Ds enter its cell and waited for it to regain consciousness. When it did SCP-4316 immediately told all Class Ds to "Leave!" , the Class Ds immediately began ponding on the door asking to get out when we refused to free them SCP-4316 ordered for the Class Ds to "Kill each other please". The Class Ds immediately began strangling each other and beating each other to death as SCP-4316 sits and watches, when only one Class D remained SCP-4316 ordered the Class D to smash his head into the glass screen which we were observing from until his head was smashed in. After this all experiments with SCP-4316 are to be forbidden and nobody is to enter its room, this report will be open for other questions. - Dr Knight
