Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4197 is to be kept in a protected area around it, spanning a 6 Mile radius from a central shack, with 10ft concrete wall around the border, and thick barbed wire at the top. No one is permitted to enter, unless they are there for testing procedure. Permission of a Level-3 Senior Scientist is required to enter. Once the subject enters the containment area, it is not allowed to leave under any circumstances, and subject found leaving is to be terminated on sight. The site is to be guarded by 5 security personnel per 2 miles circumference. and are to patrol those two miles every six hours in groups of 3 or more. [See incident 4197-1b] 7 Security Personnel per 1.5 miles circumference, which are to have 1 team of 3 or more every 1 mile patrol every 6 hours, with every patrol team being 3 hours apart from the other.
Description: SCP-4197 is a small wooden shack, 5 feet by 10 feet in area, and with a height of 8 feet, though with a seemingly endless storage system of tools, supplies, and foods. There is a small camp in the area, spanning about 1/4 of a mile outside of the shake at the farthest. Occupying these houses are seemingly reanimated corpses and previously inanimate objects, all with various stitches across their bodies and heads. These beings are sentient and have a tribal structure of society, with a Chief, a short, thin, Native American man with a staff, dubbed SCP-4197-1, who looks to be 4'10, and around 85 lbs, and his staff being around 5' and 6', depending on the observation. His second in command is a large stuffed bear, with a name-tag saying "Yippy" on it around his neck, the entity is also known as SCP-4197-2,the bear has been observed to be around the same height as SCP-4197-1, with a crude stone hatchet, and several stitches around his chest. All inhabitants of the area are docile, unless provoked, unless they are carrying a stuffed animal, in which they will be killed on sight with severe ferocity, the body is then dragged into the cabin, and is seen later, reanimated from 1 day to 3 weeks later, [See incident 4197_1a and Incident 4197_1b] with stitches all over their body, the state of people who've been reanimated (called SCP-4197-3) have what the Science department calls "Caroline Syndrome", due to the button-patterned pupils on their eyes.
Though the postmortem procedure of the subject's Resurrection is unknown, it has been noticed that the subjects had more cuts along their torso and back than their limbs or head, seemingly as if on purpose. [See exploration tape 4197-001] As the area has grown over the seemingly thousands of years of it's existence (no data has been available or been to dangerous to staff to obtain.) the population of SCP-4197 seems to be somewhere around 300, with about 75% being human specimens, most of which show up as "Missing" or "Presumed Dead" on government files.

Reason for Discovery: Dr. █████, found a large amount of missing persons in the █████ area of █████, In Northeast USA.
Incident 4197-1a: On ██/██/██, three Class-D entered the containment area, (D-9321, a tall, brawny Caucasian male, wanted for arson. D-4992, a short, thin, Indian Female wanted for extreme larceny, Grand Theft Auto, and Human Trafficking. D-0983, a Average height, heavyset black male, wanted firing an unlicensed gun, owning a gun without a licences, and 1 account of murder.) and D-9321 was given a small stuffed bear. They all were given a gun, which were all loaded with blanks. This test was to see how 3 non-stitched humans would react to them, with a stuffed bear as a gift. Once the three entered within a 5-mile radius of the shack, D-9321 was attacked and killed by SCP-4197-2 and some other warriors. The other two fired their weapons, and realized they were blanks, but not before the guards and SCP-4321-2 were provoked, and attacked and killed the remain D-class

Incident 4197-1b: (Due to the relevance with Incident 4197-1a, this is classified as a second part to Incident 4197-1a.) On ██/██/██, around 2 weeks after Incident 4197-1a, in [REDACTED], a section of the surrounding concrete wall was destroyed by a large group of Instances of SCP-4197-3, about 100-150. All of them were armed with some form of primitive stone weapons, such as hatchets, hand axes, and spears. There was no patrol during this time, as they happen every 6 hours. once the wall was breached, 4 of the guards from each post went to the area, and called for MTF assistance, MTF team [REDACTED] arrived to find only 6 Security members were left, with multiple security personnel killed with the primitive weapons to the limbs, causing major blood loss, which was ultimately how they ended up dead. The 3 D-class subjects were seen at the break out, and were dispatched due to their open carrying and firing of firearms, which killed 3 other security officers. Upon examination of the shot security persons, they were actual gunshots, with 3 9mm shots in two of the deceased, and 5 in another, all of which hit the head area, but did not break until the 4-5 shots, which pierced the skull in the nasal bridge.
Incident results: 9 Security officers dead, bodies were put inside of containment by SCP-4197-2.

Dr. ██████ : We here at █████, █████ are about to dispatch test 002 for SCP-4197, which the scientific team here as dubbed "The Stuffed Army" the purpose of this test is to get a corpse of a dead SCP-4197-3, which could allow us to see the change of the anatomy of those effected with what we call "Caroline Syndrome."
Dr. ██████ : I am sending 3 D-Class, D-3256, a Russian Male, tall and heavyset, D-9675, an Indonesian women of medium height and thin, and D-5623, a short man with normal weight for someone of his height. These three are not here for violent crimes, only mass burglary, and illegal drug dealing, and are not given weapons, any stuffed animals, or anything that we think might provoke them. I am passing this recorder to D-3256.
