Description: SCP-4398 was a reptile-like organism similar in appearance to an ankylosaurus, a dinosaur from the cretaceous period. SCP-4398 appeared to be approximately 60m in length. SCP-4398 appeared to be irradiated, though iradiation ceased after Incident 4398-021 (See Addendum 4398-1a), and, effectively, its neutralization.

SCP-4398's properties manifested in its vocal cords, as it appears to be able to create fatal sonic pulses using its throat as seen in Incident 4398-021.

Agent T███████

When agent T███████ landed on Iwato Island to rescue his friend and colleague K████████, the two men discovered SCP-4398 and another docmented object, SCP-028 locked in battle on the island. The two items eventually tackled each other into the ocean, and disappeared. The pilots reported their story to the authorities in O████, who determined that SCP-4398 was a creature that lived alongside SCP-021¹ in prehistoric times, and like SCP-028 had been reawakened by nuclear testing. MTF Eta-5 enforced a blackout on the city and used flares to draw SCP-028 away, but when a group of prisoners escaped from a prison bus as it was evacuating, they led the police on a high-speed chase that ended with a gasoline truck crashing into a refinery and starting a huge fire. This fire quickly spread and drew both SCP-028 and SCP-4398 into O████, where they resumed their battle. The objects tore apart the city as their battle reached O████ Castle. SCP-028 tackled SCP-4398 into the building, then bit down on his opponent's neck. SCP-4398 roared out in agony as he began to bleed profusely, and was thrown into a moat by SCP-028. As SCP-4398 attempted to stagger back to his feet, SCP-028 unleashed his radioactive breath, incinerating SCP-4389 and leaving him victorious.
