Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4438 is contained in a Fun Sweets large size tub that is measured to weigh 4 oz. of cotton candy, but instead weight tests reveal the tub to contain 8 oz. of cotton candy. There are currently 45 tubs in 3 crates, each crate holds approx. 15 tubs, all crates are to be contained in Storage Unit 12 at Site-77. All tests of SCP-4438 need to be approved by two (2) Level 3 clearance Security Personnel of SCP-4438. SCP-4438 tubs that contain serial numbers will be traced and only viewable to the O5-Council

Description: SCP-4438 and all instances appears to be a 4 oz. cotton candy tub (which weighs 8 oz.), and the tub appears to be a Fun Sweets Branded classic cotton candy flavor designed tub though the actual origin of the anomaly is unknown. The exterior side of the tub reveals itself to be manufactured in Valentine's Day, the tubs were manufactured exactly in 2/14/████ according to the tub's serial numbers. Testing has shown that the anomalous properties only activate when SCP-4438 is consumed, common symptoms are Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes. Partnering symptoms are unpredictable as common partnering symptoms are headaches, and vomiting. But anyways, Class-D Personnel that consume SCP-4438 have to be body tested after the conclusion of the current test of SCP-4438 to make sure that symptoms from SCP-4438 are not detected in the Class-D subject. Five (5) tests hosted by Dr. ███████ and Jr. Researcher Kevin were the only tests of SCP-4438 that were scheduled, at least until the Ethics Committee cancelled testing until further interrogation of SCP-4438 concludes.

Note: Class-D subjects that were detected with SCP-4438's symptoms will be re-classified as a Class-E Personnel until subject is cured of SCP-4438's symptoms. If the Class-E Personnel does not recover in 5 years the subject will be terminated.
