Special Containment Procedures: Scp 4456 is to be kept in a circus-themed containment cell with soundproof walls, and multiple songs that make it “Exited”. Description: Scp- 4456 is a man dressed in a clown outfit carrying balloons most of the time. The balloons are mostly filled with poison. Many scientists at the foundation believe this clown used to give balloons to children (without poison), then took a life of crime. It is unknown how Scp - 4456 managed to get these horrible powers, yet the foundation personnel is almost to the edge of discovery. Scp - 4456 thinks his name is David. Foundation has searched all over the world for his government records. And we only found something of a peaceful man named David Roy. No felony crimes were shown. He only got a ticket once for speeding. We all knew that was not him.
Foundation personnel who hear a joke from the clown immediately laugh. Approximately for four and a half minutes unharmed. After those four minutes, the victim begins to lose air. Then once most air is lost the eyes begin to bleed for about two and a half minutes. After those two minutes, the victim dies. In those eight minutes, the victim begins to grow immortality. Apart from the bleeding faze. Foundation personnel nicknames this Scp the monster clown, from his telekinetic abilities and his frightening appearance. Class-Ds who have survived are people (very rare case) who usually make Scp - 4456 very frustrated or angry. Scp - 4456 usually attempts to pop one of their balloons in his/her face (mainly successful).
Foundation personnel nicknamed this anomaly: David the killer clown. Many people think this name is amusing and on a serpents hand attack, they named him Mr. Silly. (No anomalies were stolen in the process.)
