Special Containment Procedures:
Scp-4534's cell is a humanoid cell time two (2) in length with over 10 Auralex Acoustics layers beneath the walls, floor and ceiling and upon the walls, floor, ceiling. the cameras are on each corner looking at SCP-4534 24/7. the cameras shall always be on 24/7 with no audio recording what so ever. If a camera is audio recording it must be turned off immediately with no hesitation without playing the audio itself. The subject must wear a tracking chip inside of its head to prevent a CK if subject somehow manages to escape the facility, the tracking chip will begin to give a signal to the MTF units that the subject has broken out of the facility and the SCP alarm will go. There shall always be two guards guarding the cell no matter what. The guards must wear soundproof helmets to be safe if the subject breaches containment cell or if they are ordered to terminate SCP-4534-1.
Description: SCP-4534 is a humanoid creature looking exactly like a teen reaching approximately to 5'4 in height, wearing a grey coat and brown pants. SCP-4534 has long hair covering its whole fa. SCP-4534's has a normal human face with black eyes with no sign of any pupils. SCP-4534's mouth is three times more bigger then a normal human beings mouth. subject has been shown able to talk but it seems that the subject doesn't prefer to talk but mostly prefer to sing. (This has happened in an interview as SCP-4534 has accepted the interview)
When a personnel views SCP-4534, the subject will begin to hallucinating and will get major trauma as 4534 seems happy and excited by that, 4534 will begin to laugh and giggle for itself before attacking the personnel and begin to feast on the personnel slowly. When a personal viewed the subject they shall immidetly seek medical treatment.If a interview or a test on SCP-4534 the scientist must take anti-depressants or any medicine that would prevent to hallucinate and get traumatized.
When someone hears SCP-4534's singing (they will be preferred as SCP-4534-1) will go in a heavy mental break down in sorrow. The mental break down takes up to 30 seconds til SCP-4534-1 raises up and begin to kill everyone in sight or itself (this chance is 50/50 so no one knows exactly what 4534-1 will do). no methods can make SCP-4534-1 normal again so it must be terminated immediately or prevent the personnel to hear SCP-4534's song. If SCP-4534 is attacked in a lethal way SCP-4534 will scream extremely loudly causing as a self defend. walls, windows etc. Will break or completely shatter. If a personnel hear the scream they will hear a small beep tone that gets louder and louder til there eardrums explode.
Where Subject Has Been Found
SCP-4534 was found in an abandoned home in an old town where a riot happened 1 year and 3 month's ago. The subject we're hugging a white teddy bear singing a song for itself repeatedly. But they managed to capture it.
Termination Tests Benefits
SCP-4534 shall not be tested on any SCP subject with a mindset either a SCP that is currently know to be extremely dangerous as the song on it would be a huge risk to take. If the SCP listens to the song and ends up on that it will kill everyone in sight. Thay would just cause a huge XK. But if the affection by SCP-4534's singing dosen't effect then it can be considerd. But this needs to be discussed on befor hand. But it need at least 3 voters by the O5 council and a approval from DR-████
